I was able to get on the list, by going online. The lady who cut my hair did a great job. I usually call ahead, just to find out if its busy or not. If its NOT busy, you will not need to wait at all. They have great salon products. My favorite is the mint leave on, hair conditioner.

I get this is suppose to be for men but when the hairdresser is practically throwing herself at the client, it does make it very uncomfortable. I came in for a haircut not a first date! Kayla is someone clearly wanting to make her tips by flirting and being inappropriate rather than her skills. I see why though her skills are subpar as this is the worst haircut Ive had in a long time. The tapper isnt straight and she did not listen to what I requested. I see now why she works at a chain rather than a salon. I was in a hurry and needed a quick cut learned my lesson. I walked away feeling violated and with an ugly haircut I now have to suffer to grow it out and go somewhere else to get fixed. Take your chance on this place if you want but take my advice dont see Kayla unless you need more than just a bad haircut cause she offers everything but a good cut thats for sure!

Terrible service and awful experience from the Manager Christina. Arrived by the time the booking suggested and still had to wait additional 15-20 min. Not only that the so called Manager was very unprofessional as far as service! I told her it was my first time here and she said I was able to receive complimentary MVP package which include precise haircut, face and neck steam towel, neck and shoulder massage, and foil massage During my whole experience it looked like she was rushing instead actually servicing her client properly. She ended rushing me to checkout by still CHARGING me full price for the MVP package which by the way is $27 but earlier she said it was COMPLIMENTARY . She forgot my neck and shoulder massage and the foil shave, so i mentioned it to her subtly and youll never believe what the MANAGER said! O sorry? Did i not give you one? I thought I totally did then she quickly sat me down to give me a 15 second mediocre massage and totally FORGOT AND SKIPPED the foil shave. She is awful and should not be working as the manager especially after telling me she has worked there for 8 years.NO THANK YOU, LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THE SO CALLED FREE MVP PACKAGE

KT is awesome and everyone seems really nice. Even when I had schedule issue they figured it out so I could still get a cut. I love good service and appreciate the staff here for it.

I got the MVP haircut package and it was worth the money. On top of my haircut, I got my hair washed, massage, hot towel and she styled my hair afterward. Like I am gonna be honest I felt like a baller afterward. I am for sure going back again.

Outstanding experience. As a new customer I received the red carpet treatment with shampoo and massage which was a cool bonus. The store was CLEAN (with cool Halloween decorations) and they were strictly following COVID protocols - masks, cleaning, only a certain number of people allowed in, etc, etc. And my haircut was excellent. I feel bad because I cannot remember my stylists name but she was really cool.

So I tried to get my children haircuts for the start of school. I called ahead they said nobody is here right now, but if everyone who checked online was here wed have a 1 hour 50 minute wait. We checked in immediately and it told us to leave at 4:37 in over an hour. We left in 10 minutes, checked in at Sports Clips and had a 53 minute wait. We walk next door to grab a bite to eat since there is nowhere to sit in the Sports Clips and there are 22 people ahead of us. We were gone 20 minutes and our names were called. We come back and our names were not kept there as next to get a haircut like it should be. We were removed and when added back, the manager added us last again.I then caught on to what happened and when I questioned the brilliant move, I was told that I was put in the same place I was always in. I said, you are right. Im 53 minutes out again and Ive been here 30 minutes.We left. The stylists are great, but the management and online app are terrible. They spout off something about their MVP service. Let me tell you something, making someone not feel like an MVP is not the MVP service you want. By the way, nobody cares about the MVP service and making some customers feel less important is a bad marketing tool. Its just haircuts, keep it that.

This is a tricky one.I guess if I was a sports guy and was interested in their extended services the higher price would be ok and I would give 5 stars.But none of that is important to me and the much cheaper chain store prices with an equally good haircut equates to 3 stars for me.

I love the friendly staff here. It would be 5 stars but the price of these haircuts is pretty outrageous. I can literally get a $5 cut which looks just as good. Sport Clips differentiates itself by providing the MVP experience. Its great, but Im paying nearly $20 more for a 3 min scalp massage. I only come here when I treat myself. Love the staff too.

Dont bother going right now. They will force you to wear a mask. So if youre a sheeple youll be fine. If youre not, then f that. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ive always had a good experience going to sports clips. I just moved to Vegas and Im looking for my go to place for a hair cut. Well everyone was very nice but the lady that was helping me just didnt seem interested in asking what I wanted or how I like it. She just kind of trimmed it up. Then after like 10 minutes she just said okay your done! A little surprised but oh well.

Wait can be a tad long once in a while even if you check in online. Staff is friendly and usually give a good haircut and MVP...

Had the best experience here today! My son unfortunately had a terrible haircut elsewhere so we drove straight here to get it fixed. The customer service was top knotch, Jess was the sweetest and she did everything she could to fix his hair. We are so happy with the outcome, they definitely gained a loyal customer.

Staff is all friendly and does an excellent job for the most part. The only exception I have found is Christine. She is very nice but seems to lack confidence in all she does. Her hair cutting abilities are mediocre at best. Never had anything but perfect cuts with all the other girls here.

I have been going to Great Clips for over 10 years. I happened to be near this location and decided to stop in for a haircut and catch the NL Wild Card game. What an experience I had!The hair stylist was Charmaine and she was as nice and professional as I have ever seen.I know now where I will be getting all my haircuts from now on.

The Green Valley location is easily the best in the valley. Everyone is always so cheerful and friendly. And Haifa is the best, definitely worth the wait if it is busy.
