I was a walk in and everybody took care of me the minute I stepped in! Katie was my nail tech and she did amazingggg! I love my nails!! 🥰 I’ll be coming back as a regular for sure!

Asked for curved nail and was told they only use one type of tips here, the gentleman put on tips that are too narrow leaving my natural nail exsposed. This will eventually cause brakeage (nail tech should know this)and then tired to file my natural nail to match the smaller tip . Going to another salon to fix this terrible set that cost me $36.00....

Hadnt been to this nail salon in a while. Its completely renovated, spacious and its quite lovely. The owner, did my gel manicure. My mom had a pedicure. He mentioned hed done most all of the renovation, himself, with a couple of helpers. The new space is relaxing, with peaceful music playing, and waterfalls on a large flat screen mounted high up on the wall. Many services offered, with decent prices, and friendly service

Horrible. I thought maybe it was the person I used last time...polish all over the place and thick and thin spots.Thought Id give them another try. Different person this time. He was rough and fast. My nails still have cuticle nips, the end of my nails do not have polishon them and my pedicure is a mess.NEVER, NEVER if they were the last place on earth will I go to this salon again.

Ive gone to this nail salon a couple times before, and Ive never had any issues previously. However, I did last time I went in for a pedicure. I suffer from ingrown nails, unfortunately, and whenever I get a pedicure done and the ingrown toenail is cut, my toe can get irritated and be swollen until the day afterwards - no big deal. The last time I came in, however, she was super rough with my toe and actually made me bleed (and she made me bleed on the side of my toe that didnt have the ingrown problem). She did not address the bleeding, just put my foot back in the water. And when I left, I honestly was still satisfied and left a decent tip. The days afterwards, however, my toe began to swell up and its constantly hurting and hurts to walk. This picture was taken two days after my pedicure. It has now been about a week or so, and my toe is STILL red and painful. This shouldnt have happened, the pain from ingrowns never lasts this long, and it never looks as bad as it does. This is unfortunate, as Ive been going to this salon for a few and never had issues until now. But I will not be coming back. I suggest future customers just be wary of getting pedicures done at this establishment if you have similar issues.

Beautiful nails and 5 Stars Service!A couple of months ago, I was referred to Pro Nails & Spa by a friend whose nails looked fantastic. After 20 years of using the same nail salon, I finally decided to visit on 11/21 and to my surprise I walked into a full service Nail Salon beautifully remodeled, spotless and received excellent customer service. The best part of the experience are the results and technicians; my nails look amazing. I walked in for a manicure and decided to do a pedicure as well as the services are reasonably priced. Needless to say, I will become a regular customer and look forward to get pampered every couple of weeks.*Thank you Katie!

I do not recommend Pro Nails for a gel manicure. The color selection is VERY limited, and the quality of the manicure was even more disappointing. The finish looks uneven, more than half of my nails formed small speck-looking bubbles, and another chipped within 3 days of getting the manicure (and Im not very active so it doesnt make sense why this is the case). Ive had multiple gel manicures before and this was by far bottom 3.

I used to come to this salon back in high school. I moved away and had to pick another place... since then I’ve moved back to this area and I found out they remolded!! LOOKS GREAT!These people truly care about your experience.Very professional, clean, attentive to what your needs are & extremely sweet and giving. They always offer something to drink and a snack.Katie is absolutely amazing at nails and super personable. When she is not available she works as a team with her husband and he does an amazing job as well. I never have anything to complain about. Their prices are pretty competitive to most. I am also a “get what you pay for kind of person” so even if they charged more I would say it is completely worth it. Thank you Pro nails for making my relaxation time the absolute best ❤️ Life is truly better when your nails and toes look BOMB 🤤😍

Good job with interior decor. Nice ambiance and relaxing music playing in the background. They offer a variety of services and their prices are fair. All the techs seem friendly. I give 4 stars because I wasnt entirely happy with the way my tech filed my natural nail. They were lopsided I couldve done a better job on my own.

When she has been out on vacation or maternity leave Kathy did my nails and she was very professional also. I have witnesses their desire to please all customers by asking are you happy if not we will redo. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a clean, professional establishment.

I had Jason do my nails. He is the best. I originally had acrylic nails that had dip powder on and he removed them and was so gentle and knew exactly what he was doing. He did gel on my real nails after filing and shaping them just the way I wanted. He did a fantastic job! :)

Great service and loved that the pedicure basins had a support that came up to holdyour feet / legs for scrubbing the heels, which is super convenient. Will be back again.

My nails didnt last a week. They did a poor job applying the polish, only three coats. My usual place does four.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!! Cheap prices, which explains why the service is awful. I had an older women with glasses who rushed through my whole pedicure and even left some of my old nail polish on my toes and got an attitude when I asked her to take it all off. Why should I even have to ask that? I ended up having to tell her to just stop my whole pedicure and have someone else do it. I have never had such a terrible experience! I will NEVER return back to this nail salon.

ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PLEASE, do NOT go here!!! I came in, immediately they try to PUSH me to buy more add ons to a pedicure. I WISH i wouldve taken a picture of how the older woman that works there did my nails. She left spots on my nails unpainted, irregularly shaped them, and on top of that, horrible attitude. I told them please, Id rather just get them re-done or get a refund because although it was only 25$, I spent my hard earned money AND time, plus I had to spend more time at a spa I didnt want to be JUST to get them re-done. They didnt even give me a discount and they demanded full payment on TOP of that, another woman told me to never come back!!! Horrible customer service... I dont even know how this business is still running. My friend got her acrylics done here and they came out atrocious! Please.. AVOID!!

Very rude customer service came in to fix one Broken nail I had done in another salon but decided to stop here because it was closer to home and the lady told me I needed a whole new set. I had just got my new set done a week and a half ago. She explained to me my nails were looking old and were not going to match my broken nail so I agreed to a whole new set. A week later two of my nails broke so I came back in to get them fixed and the lady told me she didn’t have the same glitter at that salon which I had just got done there, she then started asking me how to do the nail design. She was extreamly rude and rushing to finish. I asked for coffin tips and received share tips. They are over priced for poor services.

Ive been going to this place for over a year now and I think they do an excellent job! Staff is friendly, shop is always clean, and I believe services are fairly priced. However, I would agree that the color choices are limited.

The nails and the staff were nice but super overpriced especially for my first time visit.. They do charge small charges of 5 and 10 dollar fees for anything so I spent 111 on a pedicure and fresh set . Too too pricey.

Nails dont last a week. I went one time and asked them to take off old ones, put new ones just like in the beginning my own nails were as long as the gel ones but she didnt take them all off she just did 3 of them over and in 2 days my gels were coming off. It cost me 40.00 and then when I went in to show them she said they were going to fix them. But when someone new fixed them the right way I got charged another 40.00 so it cost me 80.00 to have them done right and still not last 2 weeks. What a rip off. I went somewhere else and they took them off did them the right way charged me 40.00 total and they lasted almost a month before they needed to be filled.

I gave this place a couple tries and it just depends on who you get..yes some of them do give you a nightmare experience but most of the time it comes out great! maybe their boss fired all of their terrible people!

Went for Mani-Pedi and the guy who i got was so ROUGH my toes Bled.I Told him 4 times to be gentle all he did was uh and GRAB my foot.# 5.I yelled Stop.He continued to hold my foot which eventually ended up in his face while I was TRYING to get him to let go of me. Finally someone finished my torture and was not charged.Today I call to check on a Gift Card. Whoever answered spoke very little ENGLISH but refused to let me speak with a manager. After two calls she suddenly became the manager.Im done.Good luck and take your own sanitizer ~~

They are horrible. I went for my first time to get dip powered nails... and I get this guy who obviously didn’t know what he was doing he asked me if I need a fill... I’m like what no the lady next to him goes remove then add powder... he was confused had no idea what he’s doing... then as he’s doing my nails he’s being ruff then he goes on and cuts my finger didn’t apologize then he re did the dip like 4 times and ruined them they look HORRIBLE!!! I’m so pissed getting your nails done isn’t cheap ladies so for them to be messed up just ruins your whole mood. After I get in my car I go back in talk to the lady in charge told me to come back and they will fix well I get off of work early and I called her first thing to get them fixed and she goes too late we are busy come another day... are you kidding me ?! I took off early to come in.. I’m never coming to them again there customer service sucks and so do they..

Got my toes done by an elder lady i think the manager and she missed half my toe nails and painted them horrible plus she made my big toe round when they were squared . i simply did not enjoy the way my toes looked at all and probably wont be coming back be cause out of the 3 times ive come to them 2 times they did my toes or nails horrible !
