They’re always very timely, and I always get the best results here. They ensure that my gel polish is always neat & they apply extra coats for the best color. It’s my go to nail place!!

This was a first time going to Elegant nails & spa and I will definitely be going back. I choose to do acrylic and he did an amazing job. They were fast and extremely kind. Prices were also great in my opinion.

I have been to this salon several times and have only had one good experience, but this was the worst that will make me not return. I had an appointment, the second i walked in no one came up to me to ask for my name or anything, I then proceeded to sit and wait for nearly an 1 hour to wait for a guy to finish someone’s nails that they started just after I arrived, when an employee was finally available I had shown her what I wanted and then she said “We can not do that design we don’t have the tools.” They might have been the most frustrating response I could have gotten especially after waiting only to be told they don’t have those tools which it was nothing to it, it was a simple leopard print that requires tools all nail salons have. I just find it unbelievable, now whether they were just being lazy I have no clue but I certainly won’t return here.

The lady was very short tempered when I asked if she could cut my cuticle and when I tried to mention abou paying for that service she cut me off. She rushed on my toes and I believe it’s because I didn’t get a pedicure. She was already trying to make me pay while sitting in the chair when my feet just dried. I asked for the manager who was in the building while this occurred and he said he doesn’t care. I told him as a manager this isn’t or wasn’t professional. People work hard for their money and if it was a big deal she could have offered a pedicure in the beginning of service like any other place. I didn’t like how they made me feel. Hopefully they can learn from this experience because I won’t be receiving service from them ever !

Needed a pedicure today called ahead to make sure they were available and they were able to get me in before they closed they even stayed open after close 25 min to finish up.The luxury pedicure was 45$ and definitely worth it!!!Tammy did a great job!!

Sam does my nails and he does a fantastic job every time! I can always get an appointment with him and he’s always very nice and friendly. The place has a nice atmosphere and is clean. Definitely recommend!

Love this place for pedicure. I went twice for dip nails and they lasted less than a week and a half each time, so I found a different place for nails.

They are rude . I was greeted in a rude way. They were busy and seemed like they didn’t want any more clients at the moment . I left and was happy to find good service at another local nail salon.

If you’re going for eyebrows, then it’s great. For any nail procedure I would probably go somewhere else. I wasn’t impressed.

Always friendly and courteous. I get the deluxe pedicure which is a little pricey to me at $45.00 but they do a good job and good job on my eyebrows also.

I relocated to Tampa from Minnesota and needed a full set done for my birthday. I found this place a few blocks away from my condo. Sam did my nails to a perfection. He was very polite and carried on a great conversation while doing my nails. I also decided to get a pedicure and that turned out amazing as well. I will definitely go back and recommend others to go as well. Thank you all!!

This has to be the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. You can go anywhere for a regular pedicure and get callus removal and hang nail removal except this place. My boyfriend and I received a regular pedicure and he had those additional services done at no extra cost but they wanted to charge me an extra $10. Even though I tipped $15.00. I told her my feet still felt rough and they said it’s normal for your heel to be dry after a pedicure and that I should put lotion on it. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? My acrylic set was lumpy and both of my hands are uneven. So much space between the acrylic and my cuticle and it’s only been 2 days. My nails do not grown fast. The way the polish is already coming off is unreal. If I didn’t want to ruin my own nail bed I would rip these ugly nails off. Avoid this place and save your money. A sally hansen press on kit is better than this place.

Sam and everyone at Elegant Nails are wonderful. I’ve been getting my nails done by Sam for years now, his work and professionalism are priceless. I always look forward to my visits. At this point he not only does a great job but he’s become a good friend. I myself can highly recommend this nail salon.

I have been going here for years up until my final time this weekend. One of the nail techs loudly and falsely claims that my card was declined. I asked her to run it again via Apple Pay and it goes through after it processed for less than 15 seconds. I check my bank account because I was shocked it declined in first place only for that to be a lie and my card was charged three times.

I have been coming here for the past 11 years and have never been disappointed. Ever. Tammy is the best and has always treated me and any person Ive sent to them with respect and attention to detail. The shop is very nice as well with the new pedicure stations they installed a while back. A great family ran establishment who Ive seen grow over the last decade.

I have been coming to this nail salon ever since I moved to Tampa from NYC two year ago. They do an excellent job on gel nail sets, and I do just a regular pedicure. They also do nice, natural brow wax.Everyone is nice, hard working, they do a great job. My nails have never been this healthy or long, which I think has a lot to do with their double (sometimes triple) coat of gel. Just make sure if you are changing colors you request a manicure as well. If you want it. I prefer to do a manicure every time, not just a color change.

These Ladies are unprofessional to say the least. Good work but if you do not upgrade services to deluxe, they rush through and not care about good customer service. We tip over 20.00 each time I have been there to receive the service I did today...no more. Too many shops in Tampa to have to deal with attitude and unprofessionalism

I drive twenty minutes from Wesley Chapel to come here. The attention to detail, care and quality is outstanding. My pedicures last a long time and my manicures always beautiful. I kid you not best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had in my life. Ive been getting my nails done for 18 years so that says something. Could the place use a face lift? Sure, but I dont care because the technicians here know what they are doing. They take their time. There is no sense of rushing at all. Tammy is who I go to. Shes amazing. Skilled, kind, sweet and does an amazing job. If I win the lottery Im hiring her full time. I dont think youll ever regret coming here.

I have tried a few other places with friends/family, but this place is honestly my favorite. Ive never had a bad pedicure here. I do get the deluxe (about $30) and feel completely relaxed when I leave. They get rid of my heel gunk, always polish well, and give great massages. Chairs are very comfortable. Other places Ive had to go back because they miss the sides of the nail, leave feeling I didnt get heels cleaned up enough, or the paint chips within a couple days.

I am from Nebraska originally and have been trying to find a good nail salon in comparison to the excellence I am used to. I find myself at loss. The usual for shellac manicure is removal with cotton ball dipped in acetone, placed on the nail and wrapped in tin foil around each individual nail to soak and then a utensil is used to slide the polish off.This salon has you soak you entire hands in acetone that they use for more than one person and then they take an electric sander to the polish which ruins your real nail!!! Never once was I told to wash my hands in between. No nail care was preformed such as: cutical softening and trimming or lotion. My nails were literally sanded down and then filed for 30seconds to round. New shellac placed and I was done. He didnt even sand them after to clean up my skin attached to my nail or clean under my nail in any way.I had my daughter in, who is 4, and had her nails and toenails painted only. The board says $8 for painting and $20 for gel polish. They charged me $35 basically for us to get our nails painted is how I see it!Im outraged at the service!

Went in for a full set with gel polish for my birthday, didn’t know what to get so I asked for what he recommended and that I don’t like dip nails. He recommended the pink and white ombré, not really my cup of tea but I wanted something out of my ordinary. He proceeded to open a dip jar and use the acrylic liquid to adhere it to my nails. Don’t say it’s not dip, when the brand you are using is literally plastered all over your walls, just saying “dip means I dip your nails” doesn’t stop the formula from being the same. Dip does not stay on my nails so when I say I don’t like it means I’ve tried it. Also being hovered over and watched the entire time I’m getting my nails done is extremely unprofessional and rude. Not a good experience at all. Will not go back. Wish it still were United nails.

Great team of service professionals. They are not pushy and work hard. We had two different styles of pedicures, and both were wonderful. Very nice location with kind and hard working staff.

I had a really great experience with this place they were fast friendly enough and she actually listened to me when I told her what shape I wanted and for the most part got it right coffin nails are hard I get it the best part though is I smudged and took off a piece of my manicure about 30 minutes after I left the shop I came back and she free-of-charge redid the individual nail and even touched up another I dont ever get my nails done so its very hard for me to trust places right off the bat but this place is right near my house and she did a really nice job so I think Ill be coming back the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I was expecting gel and was given acrylic but wasnt really given a choice

Had a wonderful visit here. I was the only one there shortly after they opened, so one employee did my manicure while another did my pedicure. My finger and toe nails were an absolute mess, but they did a great job shaping and fixing them. Their prices are reasonable and I would definitely go back!

I literally just walked out of this place. I’m sitting in the chair to get a pedicure and my technician kept getting up to help everyone else that walked in after me. Helping other clients with their manicure colors. When I decided to leave, she was very unapologetic for the poor service. When people come to get a service all of your attention should be on THAT client. They are paying you for a service. It was very disappointing. I use to go to this place almost 10 yrs ago and it was great. I will never go back.

So where do I begin? I had a 12 oclock pedicure appointment. I decided to arrive a little earlier so I didnt have to inconvenience anyone. 12:35 I was asked to sit in the chair where I sat for another 30 min. The water went from warm to cold. Its now past 1p.m. and the young lady comes over to me and starts my pedicure. While shes filing my toenails, she stops,with gloves on, and proceeds to clean the wax out of her ear. After shes finished cleaning her ear, yes it took that long, she then proceeds to go back to my toes WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES. I could literally see wax on the glove. Seriously??? The pedicure lasted an hour and fifteen minutes of which she forgot to do the design I asked of her. I couldnt stay any longer so I didnt remind her that I had asked for it. If you want a 2+ hour pedicure with less than satisfactory results youve got the right place. First and last time here.Thats for sure.

I got here at 9:30 on a Saturday, the time it says they open, but no one was here. Me and another customer waited outside. There was no one in sight, doors still locked and lights off. I had an event I needed to be at which is the reason for getting to the salon at the time they were supposed to open. I left after waiting 10 minutes and drove to another shop a few minutes away. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

They SLAYED my eyebrows! I’m thoroughly impressed with how good they look!

Going out of town the next week. Came to see if this is one of the places Ill be coming back for.Perhaps, due to a bit distance maybe Ill come back. But the service is good. Thank you, Ann!

She got the excess nail in the crease well but the way they keep their utensils is disgusting. After the scrub bar had been soaking in water with not only chemicals but my feet, she just threw it back in the drawer. They also just douse the other utensils with alcohol between customers. Very unsanitary, Im surprised no one has said anything before me. The last time I came here, I got a gel polish change, which chipped a few days later without excessive hand washing (I know water lifts it). I tried again, thinking maybe it was the day or the person but I will not be coming back here.

The price is good, but the guy who did my nails didnt make them even. I had to point out that my nails were lop-sided! I ended up just fixing them myself at home. Ill be going elsewhere next time.

First few times I went there it was reallly good and I got pink and white ombré acrylics but recently they started slacking. like I went today and one of the girl messed up my nails really bad. One of my nails is shorter and thinner than the other one and it all bumpy and not smooth at all. I showed her a pic of what I wanted— length and all. And I specifically said I want EXACTLY that and she started doing a whole different style. She had to redo the whole set on my hand. They’re good but not always. There’s only one guy I like who does them RIGHT and I’m only goin to him for now on. 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

It was alright the prices for pedicures are good, but the manicure is a bit much for the quality of the products used, Ill be going here for my pedis and another shop for manis.

I decided to treat myself to a mani-pedi on the advice of my girlfriend, who raved about the service at Elegant Nails and Spa. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Mary was my tech and took her time on both my feet and hands. The folks at this place are hard workers and welcome walk in clients. Seriously looking forward to my next visit😊

I didn’t.Then they asked me to go to a table to finish my gel pedi and continued to rest my foot on the ladies lapI thought that was so weird!!!! And it’s 46 for a gel pedi. What a rip off tbh i can go to a much better place for tbh the same price better service. And come to find out my gel pedi on my toe is meased up!

I called to ask the pricing and the guy said he needs to see my nails to give me a price. I asked more specifically about their shellack price and he said again that he cant give me a price until he sees my nails... I mentioned that it was different than what Ive experienced and he said Yeah okay bye and hung up on me...

Had a mani pedi was awesome could I have a little bit more oil on my legs but it was great and the price was awesome and the store was getting remodeled so they were really nice

Been a customer for 2 years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Being in the healthcare field I am constantly washing my hands and they do such a good job that my gel manicures will stay on my nails for 3 weeks! Always a long relaxing massage with the pedicure and great prices. $40 mani (with gel) and pedi?! Well worth it.

First nail salon I went to since moving to FL. I got a very rude technician, he barely said a word to me. Everytime I lifted my hand to look at my nails he pulled them away from me. I got a lumpy full set and several cuts. Never going back even though they are down the street.

Literally the worst nail place, unless you like being insulted and cut down the whole time youre there. I got insulted multiple times by the man who did my manicure tonight, then he went into a rant and complained about how I was a terrible customer because I wanted my nails cut shorter than he wanted to do them and that I was wasting his time. Will never go back!!

My nail tech did a terrible job on my nails ( they are very OBVIOUSLY uneven ), he was extremely annoying & kinda rude . he kept hitting my hands with the nail tools, he was kicking me underneath the table telling me to wake up & kept calling me lazy . i’m unsure of his name, but i’m 110% sure i will NEVER go there again !!
