I have been going to Rosmy at frenchies for awhile now and I always get gel x. She is so good at everything she does and her nail art skills are amazing!

Literally the best salon in Tampa. Lauren is one of the most talented nail artists I’ve ever met. Every time I leave my feet feel AMAZING and they look so nice. I get so many compliments. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Highly recommend, especially booking with Lauren.

Love this place but love going to Rosmy most! She always does a great job on my gel ex and is always positive about the design wants I bring to her. She’s talented and has a great attitude. They use top quality products, higher end salon. I love the ambiance of this place and they go out of their way to disinfect everything on a schedule in between clients. I needed a basic gel manicure for a meeting tomorrow and they accommodated me with little notice.

I have many particular friends who rave about this salon! I had an important event coming up, and knew this is where I needed to be. Booking an appointment was a no brainer with the app, although I called because I like to get a feel of the place. I walked in the next day, clean, vibrant, open and welcoming lobby, and same feel into the nail area. I wanted to like this place so badly but unfortunately for how pricey they are it does not show in the quality. The inside of the salon is gorgeous and they have excellent sanitation practices as well as super friendly staff. I left overall satisfied with my service until my nail polish started chipping not even 24 hours later and within a few days most of my nails were either partially or fully messed up.

The BEST nail salon I’ve ever gone to! They listen to your wants, they are very gentle and give such a high quality service. I am always satisfied with their work when I leave. Not to mention they are super friendly and clean!

I wish I could say I loved this place but I didn’t. My nail tech was insanely sweet, but was completely overbooked. When I called to book my appointment I asked specifically for nail art to be done. The nail tech informed me that I wasn’t booked for any nail art, but that she would try to accommodate to get it done. I am now left with clumpy nails with chunks falling off of them for the two weddings I’m in this weekend. When I called to see if there was anything that could be done I was told that the nail tech was booked for the rest of the day and that there was nothing they could do. For a place that charges top dollar, this isn’t the service or end product I expected.

Have never had a less than satisfactory experience here. I get gel extension manicures every 4 weeks (they are healthier than acrylics or dip) with Rosmy and she goes above and beyond. Not only does she remember her clients but her work speaks for itself. Her work is clean and her designs have no limits. If you bring in a photo of nail art you want replicated, she can execute it flawlessly, or will be honest and let you know if she cannot. I will continue going to Rosmy until I am broke or move, whichever comes first! I have never been satisfied with a nail salon and found myself constantly hopping around until I landed here.

I purposely waited to go back a few times before giving my review. Three out of the four times I’ve been there I had Rosemy. Each time I’ve had her she has been super amazing, she listens to what I want, there is communication to make sure I am satisfied throughout the process, she is professional, kind and cares about making sure her client is happy. When I first went in there she took the time to hear me rant about what I was looking for with my nails and just having consistency. Rosemy has proven herself a genuine, consistent nail artist/tech. The ladies at Frenchies are all amazing, professional and kind (at least my experience). I would most definitely suggest this place to everyone. They are a little more pricier than most places, however you get what you pay for. Thank you Rosemy!

Everyone at the salon was so friendly and polite. They make you feel welcome! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon. What struck me the most? No overpowering, chemical smells from acrylics--because they dont do them at Frenchies. Tre, my nail tech, was awesome. I lovr how my nails look. I will definitely be back!

Very clean! Highly trained staff that takes the time to really clean your feet. I have long nail beds and this is one of the few places Ive been that has not cut my nails too short. Fun but relaxing environment. You definitely get what you pay for! Highly recommend.

She’s super knowledgeable I learned so many things about nails & the importance of keeping them clean & healthy . I never really cared much about manis/pedis now I go all the time . This gift was a hit. Gave to my 4 closest friends leading into the holiday season. They also fell in love with Ramon his magical pedicures. All 4 of them have been since returned for more pampering. The service is exceptional the envrionment is impeccably clean and sanitized. My favorite part is that it the smell, no harsh fumes so you can breathe deep and enjoy clean fresh air. Lastly for me the bubbly is just a cherry on top.

Super disappointed with the professionalism and customer service... I tried to book an appointment online and was having trouble with the system. I called the salon and confirmed over the phone my time and date and was advised that I was good to go for my appointment. I just showed up and they told me I was not in the system and they could not do my nails. Beyond frustrating as I booked this date and time the night before a photoshoot and for my bridal shower. On top of this.. there are no other nail salons open now since it is a Sunday night. So frustrating and very unprofessional. This was my first time trying out this salon as well and I was excited to go as I just moved to the area and need a good nail salon. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I quite literally just received the best mani/pedi of my life!! I love going to this nail spa because of the professional atmosphere and the sprightly and optimistic nail technicians. The overall vibe is chic, elegant, and opulent. I feel fancy when I get my nails done here. Kayla was my nail tech and she was fun to talk to and really zoned in on me while she was doing my nails 💅🏽. Everything here is clean and toxin free. Your hands and feet will thank you and you even get a warm compress to go around your neck while sipping from a glass of your favorite beverage. I absolutely love this place ❤️.

I recently planned a bridal party event at this Frenchies location and I was blown away by the experience!!

Love this place! It’s been my go-to nail place. It’s nice, clean, and quiet!

I went for a gel extension and my sister went for a mani/pedi. A bit overpriced. After leaving I got multiple comments that they looked like press on nails (wide and flat-ish). I asked nicely if they could remove a day or two later, and replace with regular gel. They let me know it would be an additional fee for replacement gel. (Most places will fix an unhappy job for free.) When she removed the gel extension she filed completely through my nail on the facial surface, ouch. She didn’t offer to replace a coat at no charge to protect the area, or give a recommendation for healing. My sisters toe polish was also done too thick and never dried, leaving them to smudge. Could be a fluke. The place was clean however. Just not efficient/customer oriented.

*Update: Mani (regular polish) was done around 6:30pm on Sunday. See pictures below for current state. I have a desk job and worked out yesterday—I was hopeful that maybe I could get 7 days out of this. More like a day. 😕Great place for a mani/pedi. The staff was very nice and attentive. I think what I was most thrown off by was the Instagram motto, “posh without the price”. I paid $75 for a $40 pedi (they were kind to provide $5 off for the upgraded pedi since they couldn’t get me in on Saturday) and $30 for a mani with regular nail polish (gel is $45). Yes, prices are listed so I get that. I figured I’d try it out to see what it was like, if there was something to it. But $30 at heavenly nails gets you a gel mani 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve also gone to a salon loft and it’s $35 for gel. I would encourage people to visit this salon if it’s convenient and if you don’t mind the price. Also, they do their best to be accommodating. Upon arrival, I inquired if it would be feasible to get a mani as well and they were able to make it happen. But the “posh without the price”...I wouldn’t say that’s accurate advertising.

I absolutely love Frenchies and having Ramon as my nail tech. The service and my nails are always superb! I love being able to choose which scrub and lotion will be used. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10!

This is one of the best natural nail salons in Tampa! I was a nail tech for 17 years so Im very picky about where I go, and this place is the one! Ive been going here since they opened and have had a perfect experience with every single appointment Ive had! I highly recommend!!

The clean and healthy theme is fresh without being overbearing. Extremely friendly staff, they talk with you and each other to make a welcoming atmosphere. High attention to detail on manicures, and they make sure to ask if youre happy with the work as they go along. Absolutely LOVED the lotions and scrubs. Amazing interior design as well, makes you feel clean and airy. Had a great time, will come back! Cant wait to get a pedicure next time!

My friend found this place through Yelp after they opened back up from the COVID lockdown. It was 5 stars on Yelp and I gotta say it totally earns the 5 stars. We’ve been multiple times and basically its our place for a monthly meetup to catch up. Love the staff and the pristine cleanliness of the place. Here you absolutely feel relaxed. :)

Frenchies is my absolute favorite nail salon. I love how easy it is to schedule appointments online, and how all of the services are described in detail so you know what youre getting. Only high quality polishes, lotions, scrubs, etc. are offered. Every technician Ive had has been personable and did a great job! Complementary wine or bubbles takes your experience to the next level. Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome. The whole entire company believes in a clean environment. I have been to a location in Colorado and I couldn’t be happier they are in Tampa. The services are beyond amazing. The products they use on you are not harmful and they smell amazing. I also love the variety of colors that are available. Their polish stayed on my toes for the duration of a beach trip and tons of snorkeling. Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed.

I have had my services done by several service providers and cannot choose a favorite-they are all amazing. My pedicure has never looked better or lasted as long. No harmful tools to mess up your nails and no walking away feeling like you smell awful like typical nail salons. My experience while at the salon was great! It was clean and they were super professional. They were all super friendly as well. However, my toe polish chipped within two days on several nails and my gel polish chipped at three days. Super disappointing considering these were wedding and interview nails for this week. I don’t have a lot of time in my schedule so when I pay for a nail service, especially since their prices are high, I expect it to all last at least a week if not more.

Overall it was a good experience. Ive experienced some nail salon horror stories first-hand and this place is not that at all! Its very clean, smells great, and the products used are fantastic. My only issue is that after about a week, almost all of my toe polish had chipped in some way. Otherwise, everything else felt great and my feet are nice and soft. Also, my technician was nice but not overtly friendly... Luckily the rest of the staff made up for that. All in all, I would return and give it another shot.

Nice ambiance. Very chic and cool. A little too expensive for basic amenities. Had a French pedi done, nothing special, and its like 50. Only to have the white nail paint chip off in a matter of hours.

This place is amazing. First off, it is adorable and the staff is wonderfully nice. Tracy, the owner, is so pleasant to talk to. They have an array of beverages they offer (champagne included) and the environment is very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, is the longevity of my gel mani. The products they use are amazing. My manis last AT LEAST 2 weeks. That has never been the case for me before. I will never use OPI gel ever again. I literally just went on vacation and stayed/worked on a farm and my nails still look gorgeous with no lifting or chipping. I AM SHOOK. Their color range is really nice. I love a good neon color and sometimes those are hard to find....not here. They can also do some super cute designs using stencils and even can free-hand. OH! And did I mention the warm lavender neck pillow??? It is heaven!!! Also, they are CLEAN. Their tools are so sterile you can literally perform surgery with them. They do not use UV lamps, but LED ones instead. The concept is to be very clean/sterile and I think in todays day and age, that is super important. Love this place!

My mom and I have been looking for a new nail spa to go to for pedicures. We had some high hopes for this place because it looks really nice, but unfortunately the service was horrible. The girls that did our nails kept talking to each other and the other workers around them which was extremely rude. The music was really loud pop music which wasnt relaxing at all. The girls that did our pedis didnt even wear gloves and the girl that did mine had those long stiletto nails, which she shouldve been taught in school not to have those because they hold onto bacteria. But the worst part was the girl that did my toes cut me twice with the edge of the nail file and made me bleed. I noticed it but the girl didnt say anything to me and I was in extremely bad pain for the entire pedicure. We did contact the owner about what happened and they wanted us to come back again. Unfortunately I dont ever want to go back. Even today, almost a week later, my toe still hurts from the cut that was given to me.
