Bought tires at RNR in Gladstone and never had an issue. Moved so the Raytown location was closer and scheduled rotate & balance. Husband got there and they told him itd cost $100 AND they couldnt figure out how to get the tire off. So much for the RNR Advantage of FREE lifetime rotate and balance. By the way - have the tech look where the spare tire is - the lug nut tool is with the spare. Will not go back and do not recommend! Called Gladstone RNR and they confirmed its FREE! Highly recommend Gladstone!!

It takes so little to make people happy. The guys at RNR Tire Express put a big ol smile on my face when they took a screw out of my flat tire and patched it AT NO CHARGE! I filled the tire with air and drove it there because I couldnt get the lug nuts off...I couldnt even loosen them. I had an idea about changing the flat myself. Thanks to the RNR guys I didnt even need my spare. Im now a loyal customer for life.

The guy who helped me was very personal able super helpful but I did not like that I was not given an option on which tires I was purchasing. Overall the layaway plan is alot if info. The chairs are comfy. but 4/5 stars.

The salesman was very respectful and direct. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because their tires are so expensive. Then if you make payments...the interest is comparable to going to rent a center and that ends up costing a hella lot more than the product is worth. Very good tires just way too expensive on my budget.

I blew a tire on my way to Raytown. I was on the side of the highway with my baby. I called RNR and Wayne told me to bring it on in and they’ll do what they can. We made it, tire completely gone, on the rim. Wayne, Sal, and Brian put my spare tire on after hours. Told me I could come back tomorrow and they’d help me get a brand new tire. The customer service was unmatched. They understood my situation and went out of their way to help me. Grateful.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and customer service I experienced at RNR. I filled out the online application, someone called me immediately, and a few days later I had an appointment where I completed the application process in person by providing some detailed documents. My tires were installed and my time on-site was roughly around an hour. Each representative was thorough and courteous. I’m a call center Manager and exemplary customer service is important to me. Flat out I don’t leave reviews but you have to with this service. Came out the house tire on flat I manually pumped it up and walked right into RNR they instantly jumped to help me taking care of me like family. Service was faster then I could sit down. I came in to have an air leak repaired... I drove to a few of the other tire shops in the area and they were all backed up with appointments for at least a couple of days. RNR squeezed me in and had me out in less than an hour from me showing up... I definitely know where I will be investing my money next time I need tires! The service alone is worth that!

These guys got me in very quickly even though I had no appointment and I was out in less than half an hour. Firestone and Tires Plus would not get me in for 2 days. FIxed my flat and out the door. Michael from the Raytown, MO office was very thorough, patient, and down to earth. He was very relatable and I could see he approached each client at their level and was able to mesh well with each person’s personality. Which is a good thing. I’m glad he talked to me like a lady whereas other places I have been talked to me in technical terminology like I was a guy into tires and cars (I clearly am not). My sister ended up calling the franchise in Saint Louis, MO so she is getting financed for tires today out there. We both appreciate RNR and the way they run their program.
