I have been getting my nails done for over 20yrs and even though Ive had other nail salons do not so good work I would say this is one of the worst. I sat down and initially thought that I should go to my regular place but with me moving and my normal place being over 45min away I decided to try and find a salon near me. I took the leap was driving by and said to myself that I would stop. At first when he furnished taking my polish off there was still polish there but I know that usually what they cant get off with the remover that the portable file ( the thing that looks like a drill) will get it off. He started to put the acrylic on over the polish he didnt remove. And Im not talking about the polish residue im talking about actual polish.... after putting the acrylic on he used the portable drill in the nails but never smoothed the nil down. I didnt say anything because I just thought that by the time getting my feet done it should be dry. As I am sitting in the chair getting my feet done im look at my nails and it looks like little bubbles and streaks in the paint. So I told the guy that they look messy and first thing he said was I must have touched something Now I am never gonna say that I have never accidentally touched something while my nails where still drying buy Ive always owned up if I did. I told the guy that I never touched anything and that he did smooth the nail. He also used a clear coat that was very clumpy. I told he that and he repainted my nail and it came out the same way. When I asked for the manager just to show the work this guy was giving customers he said no manager was there.

Second time coming in and seeing tony! I absolutely loved my nails and he is great person also. Always talks to you instead of just doing your nails while you sit there.

Every time I go to AJs I have a good experience. the woman who did my nails also did my feet and she waited on me hand and foot and I really appreciated it. It made me feel like I was worth waiting on and I needed that.

After 7 years of being the only white person I am now being turned away. I went today, 4 chairs opened & was told the wait time was 1 hour. This is the 5th consecutive Saturday that Ive tried to get in with no luck. AJ didnt even look me when I walked in, just said no, wait 1 hour. Once I called ahead, waited the hour, went back & was told it would another hour. I finally got the hint.

They do a wonderful job very clean and and affordable love their work. Hands down best nail shop Ive been to yet.

Made and appointment for Friday morning 9:30 on Thursday yet the pedicure tech could not figure out who came in first the walk in or the appointment so he said nothing and left for the entire day!

Mr. Lee does my pedicures and he has been wonderful. Ive patronized him for the past 17 years. Aj the owner does my daughters nails and hes always professional and polite. I love this place.

Over all I was satisfied. Just Do not go to the gentleman with the arm tattoos. He does not follow directions well.

Best place to get your feet done. They take their time and make sure your feet get the love and attention they need.Go when there isnt a wait to get a fill he rushed and missed some of the old dark blue & pearl glitter and now I have French Tips so you can really see the spots.

I came here in a rush because my usual nail place was too busy to fit me in. Upon entering the shop I was greeted with courtesy and felt a very welcoming vibe. I got my nails done with Tony and got a pedicure and it’s safe to say this is my new spot moving forward after just one visit. I definitely recommend trying it out and they have excellent and affordable prices.

I didnt like my visit. When I asked how long was the wait, I was told 10 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and then was placed with what was supposed to be the BEST tech.. and the job I got was horrible. The color on the nails were okay at best and the actual nails were horrible. The acrylic nails came off in 3 days. When I went back, I took my nails and showed the tech and I was informed it was not his job it had to be something I did. I was shocked. Ive been getting my nails done for 8 years and never had a problem. I tried this place because I was informed they do good work. If they do.. the tech ruined my experience.

Horrible they did not give me the length I asked for but charged me for it I asked for coffin nails and they gave me fat and uneven nails and messed my powder up I hate it

My nails came out great, the pedicure was a little disappointing but I paid about $60 for both so not too bad.

It was during the week when I walked in so I was able to be seen right away. My nails were done as I expected and my technician was very friendly and we had great conversation. Highly recommend.

My wife went here and when they made each nail different thicknesses, lengths, and tried to convince her that their flaws were correct. Im a man and I can tell the difference (let that sink in). Not only that, she also noticed another worker being rude to another woman, and another worker were rude to child who was being a respectful kid. Some people will take your money and not give a F about you. Apparently, Aj Nails is one of them.

The gentleman who did my pedicure was kind.It wasn’t the best pedicure though. One big toe was square, the other round, and the paint job wasn’t the smoothest.Also, a LOT of gnats and mosquitos were flying around. A LOT. I believe I saw some small ants on the floor.Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went back to get my nails refilled and had a different guy this time, I really liked him he wondered who did them originally because he didn’t like them and I couldn’t remember. But I will from now on ask for peter when I go he was awesome.

Why would a technician stop and take a smoke break in the middle of doing your nails and constantly stoping to to text? The worse part is this person is the owner/manager. Its happened several times. Its time to look for another nail salon.

Sitting here for an hour and a half... no service yet. Woman comes in, sits down and in 10 minutes, they are doing her pedicure... another woman here... came after me, gets mad and asks why... they go and do her feet.... thanks ajs... Im still here waiting, feet in water almost 2 hours still waiting!

I went in there for a overlay and a pedicure.. Walked in they were playing cards... They pawn u off on anyone... The overlay was to thick i asked for thin and natural.. To much talking and not very professional and very loud in there was in there for (2) hours for a pedicure and overlay on my nails.. Want be going back I have gave this place several trys want do it again!! They are to caught up in being social with each other then trying to take care of the customers!!!

Never let Pete touch your nails. This shop is over priced and extremely rude. Aj, the owner stood there and watched Pete charge me a totally different price other then what was posted on their price list, smh. Horrible business practices. Do good nails but have no clue what customer service is, I ask for a color I couldn’t reach he made me jump til I got it. He did not put my nails under the light even though they were shaliac polish he made me sit under a fan, also when I was told to get under the fan he made me pick up my own belongings which also caused me To mess up my nails which he was mad he had to fix then before doing my polish he was yelling abt how he don’t have the color I want. I ask him to lower his voice bec Your embrassing. As he was putting on the polish he say u can’t chsnge your mind once you put it on . I’m a first timer I guess first timers get treated that way being that his regular client got that special treatment he got up got her colors told her he would give her a 10 percent discount and did not rush her nails and oh it’s my birthday such a way to be treated on this day

I tried this olace when they first opened and I wasnt impressed. I tried again because its close to home and again in disgusted with the atmosphere. They may do well with mani and pedi but they were loud and basically having a party with cards and chops all over the tabel. I asked if some one could help their co worker move things along they said no that they didnt want to take away from her tip. I go to mail salon to relax and leave looking great. I left with a migraine and annoyed! No professionalism!!!!

Nice place to get a pedicure

Arrived about 6:20 for a mani/pedi was told to come back in 40 minutes. Go back at 7:03 new people in the chair and Im told to come back in another 30 minutes. Now mind you they are supposed to close at 7:30pm.Prior to today I had stopped going because Brian burnt me with the drill. He squeezes your fingers so hard then tells you to relax your hand.

There were not enough staff to do 2 pedis... the music was too loud and they were wayyyyy too hard on the upsell

Very unprofessional! The first time I went I walked in and was grated. But I was told to sit at someones station and then got confused. The guy I was going to walked outside to smoke a cigarette. I asked the owner whats going on and he went to talk the worker who was clearly upset like he didnt want to do my nails. He then told me someone was doing my nails but this guy didnt seem to thrilled. I got up to leave and the owner chased mr outside saying no no we do. I left. Then I went back 2 months later after work because they were close and open. I walled in at 7:02 and was told no more! They close at 7:30! Im done with them mfs

Had a pedi and mani and normally I get it done by the owners but they were not there. The lady doing my nails got upset because the manager told her to come and complete my nails. I told her not to file my nail polish off because it will make my real nails weak and break. Sure enough they broke while in the shop and all she could say was I would fix it. I told her not to rush and that I would not need her service. She still continued so I walked out and left.... The owners are not like that. But the younger ladies cant do nails. Wont get my business any more. Been going thete for 10 years. Sad to say. The young lady had purple green hair and would not listen. Very unprofessional

This place is horrible!!!! I paid $50 for “ombré” gel acrylics and I wish I can upload a photo of what they came out like. They insisted that it WAS ombré and argued with me the entire time they were fixing them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! You’ll thank me later.

I went in for a mani pedi and eyebrows. The guy doing my manicure wasnt too bad, the lady doing my pedicure/eyebrows was literally falling asleep while working on my feet and lets not mention that when I got home I had to redo my eyebrows because she left all the hair on there. This place was also packed, not an empty seat in sight. The music was uncomfortably loud with curse words I also noticed people leave because they were forgotten about, the gel polish they used on me was doing some weird beading thing (which I looked up and it said that it was from adding too much polish remover to it). I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was serviced immediately, no waiting. The nail tech was so patient with my, even when I bumped my hand and messed up a nail. I dont get my nails done often, but I will certainly come back.

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday and that same week I got my nails done, I woke up and saw that my nail chipped off and was already coming out. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dont go here . If there was a way I could put 0 stars I would . They rush on your nails, have cheap polish and the guy who did my nails were rough. When I got my nails done afterwards they were lumpy at the top like he didnt know how to smoothen it out. My nails came off 5 days afterwards (no way a fullset should come off that fast) some of my nails fell off, some broken half way off even my two friends I came with nails broke off there horrible and a waste of money and charge FOR EVERYTHING.

Very unprofessional place. I went for a refill and a pedicure. When I got there they were all playing cards. They had me wait until they all finished the game ok fine. Then they came over to me with a bucket of sample gel polishes. Saying $25 refill with gel Polish. I declined the gel Polish and told him I just want the regular Polish with a pedicure. They start my pedicure, then they started blasting the music very loudly ok again. Then then guy says my refill is going to cost me $20 with no gel. The sign says $14. He claimed the price increase was due to my length which by the way are short to medium. Not long at at all but ok again. Then the guy comes over to me at the pedicure chair, with all the nail stuff to do my refill at the pedicure station. This was the most uncomfortable refill pedicure ever. My arms were in the air, I couldnt turn in the massager bc he was doing my nails. I told him that the position I was in was very uncomfortable. That Id rather wait after the pedicure to do my refill. The guy continued to do my nails at the pedicure station. All of the sudden none of them where understanding my request. Like all of the sudden they couldnt understand English. I became very upset. The powder from the acrylic was all over my shirt. I couldnt use my phone. The music waz loud. My arms where in pain. Never again. Ill never come back. Also the icing on the cake! My refill looked horrible, so did my pedicure. I as done with everything in like 30 to 40 minutes. When I got home the Polish was bubbling and had streaks and so did my toes. It was horrible and a complete waste of money. AND to tip it all off. AS I WAS WAITING FOR MY NAILS TO DRY. I NOTICED THESE PEOPLE CLEAN THE PEDICURE BOOTHS WITH DEGREASER!!! Shouldnt it be cleaned with some type of disinfectant?! Horrible place!

I Got my nails done saturday went back tuesday because a few nails had lifted. I paid $25 originally on saturday came tuesday and paid $17 for a fill in..... It wasnt even a week the only reason it needed a fill was because the nails was lifting at the base...the lady tell me its because i didnt call...she said NEXT TIME.... It wont be a next time

Very rude staff except one man nice mani/pedi but the nail polish doesnt even last a day came back to get it fixed and not only was I told that I did not get my nails done here by some very rude lady who claimed to be the manager but also was made late by there crappy service
