I joined Samantha Taylor Fitness after I completed a trial which I recommend if you are interested in joining. The trial gave me a good idea of the vibe of the gym and all of the services the gym offered. After I completed the trial, I had a very informative meeting with Mary and decided to join Samantha Taylor Fitness. I initially joined Small Group Training and have now transitioned into the Boot Camp. I have had great experiences in both training settings. All coaches are encouraging, attentive to your needs, and offer modifications during workouts (if needed). I was initially hesitant to try Samantha Taylor Fitness after prior poor experiences with other personal trainers/gyms but I am very happy I joined. After joining Samantha Taylor Fitness, I have lost weight/inches and I have also visited my PCP who notified my that my cholesterol is now within normal range and my HGBA1C level is decreasing. I attribute these changes to joining Samantha Taylor Fitness. I highly recommend this gym!
I joined STF 2 years ago and had a long way to go toward getting fit. I was significantly overweight and totally out of shape. My goal was to get fit and healthier. The trainers at STF are fantastic! They tailor workouts to your current fitness level and encourage you to get stronger and more fit by challenging yourself. They’re very supportive and it’s a pleasure to work out with them. I’ve lost nearly 50 pounds in a healthy way! I highly recommend this program if you’re looking for individual attention and positive encouragement. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
I joined STF this year after determining to improve my overall health. I started with group personal training and from the first day felt acceptance and encouragement from my fellow group members and trainers. I wanted to get stronger to participate in activities I see others doing such as kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. My goals are increasing as I moved into the boot camp classes due to a change in my work schedule. The availability of days and times gives me the opportunity to enjoy boot camp 6 days a week! I really need STF as the 30 minutes clears my head, I get a healthy sweat on, and I feel such positive regard from the group and trainers. I love that it is all women, the quality of instruction and attention to detail provided by the trainers, as well as prompt responses by all staff if I expressed a need. This is a women’s only studio and the group personal training sessions are only 30 minutes. The trainers are very encouraging. I have had dropped my blood glucose from as high as 198 down to 89, 99. The meal plans provided by the nutritionist on staff are very helpful to keep you on track. I highly recommend Samantha Taylor Fitness!
I started the 6 week PT as a goal for myself to start leading a more healthy lifestyle with a meal plan and exercise program. I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose, but within 6 weeks I made quite a few changes in the way I eat and I feel stronger; sleep better and my clothes fit better. I went to group PT 3x a week and never missed a class. The trainers were awesome and very encouraging along with the women who were in the class. Everyone was there to support each other. Now that the challenge is over I joined Boot Camp and love it!
I have been doing the personal training for a year now with Samantha Taylor and I am amazed at the results. I feel better and look so much better. I work out with Paula and Andrea three times a week and just adore them. They are positive and motivating and make working out fun! Thank you ladies for making me fit into my skinny jeans again!
I have been a part of Samantha Taylor Fitness for four months and I can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions of my life. Samantha Taylor Fitness teaches people how to eat properly and workout effectively. It’s way more than just a workout facility. Each month they host nutrition seminars that I nevermiss, because the information is very valuable and has taught me a lot. They also host member socials with fun activities. My favorite part of Samantha Taylor Fitness are the boot camp classes that I attend.The boot camp sessions are 30 minutes long and they are the most fun and effective workouts I’ve done. All of the trainers are amazing, they take the time to get to know you and are huge motivators. In the four months that I have been working out at Fit Body Boot Camp I have lost 40lbs and have gained a lot of confidence in myself, not only with how I look, but how I feel and what I am able to accomplish. No matter what age you are or what your health goals are, I highly recommend this place.
Joining here has been a truly amazing experience!! Women of all ages and sizes come here to do one thing- do something wonderful for their bodies and minds. The workouts are 30 minutes and can be modified to your fitness level. Every class is something new so its always interesting. We cheer each other on and the class is over before you know it!! You will find all ages, shapes and sizes here. What you wont find are guys or anyone else making you feel like you shouldnt be here. The trainers are real people that are excited to see you get real results. If you are looking for a workout programs thats different a than just showing up at the gym this program if for you. Workouts are always different which means they dont get boring!
Joining Fit Body Boot Camp was the best decision Ive made to start living a healthier life. I started on February 15, 2017 and have lost 11 pounds so far. Ive gone from a size 10 to 6. Samantha and her staff are phenomenal and works very hard so everyone can get the results that they desire. I would highly recommend this program because it has changed my life.

I absolutely love Samantha Taylor Fitness! I haven’t worked out in a group setting in a long time and was nervous about going. The workout, the instructors and the participants greatly exceeded my expectations! The workouts are difficult but manageable at the same time. I’m excited to go to my workouts now! I would definitely recommend this program!

Two weeks into Boot Camp and lovin it all!! 30 min workout early in AM and DONE. Thought I would have trouble leaving my friend SUGAR but so far I have done really well without it.I dont even crave it which surprised me! Meals and recipes are great and filling. This has been an entire healthy alternative to how I was eating and working out.
6 MONTH UPDATE:The neat thing about this update is that it is a 6 MONTH update! That means I found a program that keeps me challenged and keeps me going and has done so for 6 months! The struggle to workout is real - but - with this group of trainers - you cant go wrong! As a working Mom, its hard to find the time for me.. with this program, I schedule my workout and it forces me to take the ME time that we all deserve!!I have never felt so amazing in my life! I am no longer controlled by food and I will never start over again!! I dont feel like I have to hide because of my weight anymore and I can enjoy life NOW - not when I lose all of the weight. This program is amazing - we are all there for the same reason - come be a part of our journey!!

Fit Body Boot Camp in Carrollwood has a great location and quick 30 minute workouts that offer maximum benefits in such a short time. This workout fits my busy lifestyle balancing work, family & my own workout schedule. The workouts are challenging, always different and I do not get bored. Love it!
Absolutely love this program! I am very overweight, and working out has been very intimidating. I joined the boot camp in Carrollwood, and I am having a blast! Just finished a six week challenge and lost 24.8 pounds and 20 inches. You will love the awesome coaches and all of the encouragement that Samantha gives!
Awesome place, really nice staff. I already lost 30 lbs, and I have muscles now! It has been changing my life!!! With 30min per day I started to love exercising. You must go there.

I have been with Samantha Taylor Fitness for almost 6 weeks and I absolutely love it! I do the Fit Body Boot Camp in Carrollwood and the trainers are simply amazing! They are very positive and encourage you when the going gets tough as well as watch and correct form when need be. Its 30 minutes of HIIT and works wonders, the workouts are never the same and the time just flies by. Ive lost around 8 pounds so far and feel the best Ive felt in a long time. I would highly recommend @SamanthaTaylorFitness for anyone who is ready to live a more energetic and fit life!
Samantha Taylor group fitness class at the Carrollwood location is awesome. Smaller group size allows more focus from trainers to make sure we are performing the exercises correctly. Great trainers and encouraging women participants.Early and later training times available Mondays thru Saturdays. Come and try a session.There are also 4 other locations: Palm Harbor, Racetrac road, Wesley Chapel and Land O Lakes.They also have boot camp.I joined at the Carrollwood location when it opened in December of 2016. I had originally lost 40 lbs, but I slid backwards and regainedabout 18 pounds...due to unhealthy food choices. The trainers are great..encouraging and focusing on us to use correct form to prevent injuries. Members and trainers encourage each other. There are numerous sessions from early morning until about 6 or 7 PM on Mondays thru Fridays and also on Saturday mornings.Thank you Samantha, trainers, staff, and fitness buddies.

I was doing a drive-by to see when the newest location was opening in Palm Harbor, closer to me. I am familiar with their locations in Pasco and Hillsborough, but too far for Pinellas residents! So glad to see one opening in Pinellas, because I found them to offer the best combo of training for the money and the most expertise in the field, including Coaching and Nutritional Counseling,. Historically, this has been a great place to build camaraderie with women of integrity, especially Newbies to the Tampa Bay area!
