The employees there are very helpful. They take very good care of the equipment and the restrooms are always clean as well as the showers. A very wonderful experience and so glad I am going there!

Great Gym .

Been here a year and have had no complaints, very friendly staff

It says open 24 hours but my husband and I were gym shopping and it was locked even though we saw people working out inside. We also called and no one answered. Oh well.

Nice clean environment

Very unprofessional when me and my fiancee walked up the the door. One of the employees i forget his name opened the door and asked What do you want! Shocked by his remark it took me a second to respond to him, but before I could answer his question he said like he was annoyed This gym is for members only. After he said that I decided this gym wasnt for me. I didnt come to get bullied by some random guy. I said Never mind we will take our business Elsewhere. as we turn to walk away he said Youre lost dude!

Horrible gym. Absolutely no equipment to exercise your lower back. The staff is a bunch of Nazis. My girlfriend and I are on the same account and if we dont bring BOTH of our cards even during business hours they charge us an additional $20 per month for their already overly priced gym.The place is an absolute pigsty. Nobody sticks anything. People who go here are nasty and never clean after themselves. Staff obviously doesnt clean machines, floor or anything. Half of a protein bar stayed in the water fountain sink for approximately two months before I cleaned it out due to the horrid smell.Manager is a prick and extremely rude. Think he fancies himself as the snap constable of the south.Pretty much the only gym I know of out here unfortunately.

I have been a member of snap fitness for about a year and a half, its convenient because I travel for work and snap fitness gyms are everywhere. This is by far the worst I have ever seen, its filthy... the floors are dirty, bits of trash everywhere, the machines havent been moved and cleaned under in what looks like a very long time. The restroom is disgusting, sink, floor, toilet, even the walls. The staff just sit behind the desk on their phones or computers, even saw one act annoyed when a lady asked for paper towels, all 3 wall dispensers were out. I wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone, and Im sure the franchise wouldnt accept the way its being run.

This place is a convenient place for working out because you can come and go whenever you want. But, they have very little customer service sense. They charge you an extra month when a customer wants to cancel his membership even though customer paid over $50 a month, accessing it only once a month for 5-6 months. If you are considering this place, beware of their financial policy.
