This was the first time I used this car wash. I traveled across SR60 during the height of love bug season and the front of my car was plastered with their carcasses. The $16 wash got all of them off and left a nice shine on the car.

Damaged my car after nearly 2 years as a monthly paid member. Filled out form about 1 hour after damage to vehicle. Only to be told my vehicle cant be covered due to age of car and mileage on vehicle.

Not good. I continue my search for the best automatic car wash, and unfortunately this one isnt it. The back of my car was still really dirty. It didnt get any corners or even the spots next to my tail lights. It didnt get any bugs or spots off the front or even a minor spot off my windshield that I was able to later scrape off easily with my fingernail. The vacuum was pretty good, but unlike others, it only one vacuum per spot so if you have someone else there that can help you, they really cant. Also unlike many others, I didnt see a floor mat cleaner.These all seem to be around $18 for the top wash option. Riptide on Waters still does the best job getting your car clean, has free towels and air fresheners, the best vacuums and a floor mat cleaner for the same price. Maybe I should stop trying the others and just keep going there.

The staff loading the cars into the automatic wash is very friendly and efficient. I just came from a northern state and the wash itself did a great job at getting all of the road salt off of my car. The complimentary microfiber drying towels and finishing spray really helped me finish the job. Complimentary vacuuming is also available and did a great job removing all of the sand from my car mats.

The 1st time I paid $16 but the car wasnt exactly perfect so when I was done I expected I waited 2 days went back and did it again and It happened again.. The staff is very courteous though..

Worst experience of my life going through a car wash...will never go there or through a car wash AGAIN!!! 😭 I was told by the Asst. Mgr that it was a million dollar facility & theres no way my rims were damaged there...well we watched the video from the time I pulled into the establishment, thru the tunnel, & once I came out of the tunnel & my rims were not damaged before I went in. The attendants 1st words to me were, that didnt happen here, you did that before you came here...not Im sorry, I know youre frustrated, lets find out what happened...I had to go off & ask for a mgr to get the process moving. No mgr, but the asst. mgr Gerhard Pomales, never offered an apology, but he did write a lame incident report & said corporate would contact me by Tuesday, New Years day...Beware, Do Not Go Here!!!

Unprofessional, attendant wouldn’t spray my car with cleaner at car wash entrance ; even tho he sprayed the front AND back of the two cars immediately in front of me. I know why he didn’t, Its a shame to see a supervisor provide such poor service.

Love how they have rags and cleanser for the windows, my car comes out shiny and vibrant.

If i could give a 0 review, I would. I usually dont write these but i was so upset with my wash that I didnt want anyone else to waste their money. I spent $18 on the best wash they offered and once my car was done it didnt look any different! My windshield and grill were COATED in bugs. The gentleman who does the prepping didnt even spray my car. Super upsetting and would not at all recommenced.

The new company has done a great job with the on site facility. Prices raised a $1-2 but still a good automatic car wash for the money

This place is now called Buddy’s Car Wash. It’s been totally redone on the inside and is amazing now.

Bay Breeze is great if youre impatient like I am. The car wash has an automatic tire shine application towards the end of the drive through, and theres also a subscription service that has an RFID sticker for your windshield. If you pay for the subscription, you drive straight up to the wash, no need to even roll down your windows. Afterwards, free vacuum service (do it yourself) I have visited other baybreeze washes and gone straight through them also. It works at all of the Tampa and Largo car washes. When I get tons of love bugs splattered all over, I go through multiple times and only pay the monthly price. Its great! Theres a location up the 75 where people hand dry the remaining water droplets that hide in your mirrors and door sills. The one on Dale Mabry was my primary. I generally get out and wipe down the few spots that dont get blown off (because of the shape of my car) In and out in 5 to 10 minutes. I love this carwash! Going to get stickers for all my cars! Great job guys!

What a terrible car wash. I spent $18 for the ultimate wash, which includes tire shine. There was soap left all over the car once the car wash finished and the tire shine over covered half of the tires, which made the finished product look even worse. I wish I would have heeded the warnings in the previous reviews.

Absolutely terrible wash. Purchased the $13 wash and it left dirt on my car. The vacuum were weak at best. Ive got a better wash from a gas station.

Although conveniently close to my home. I wash my car every 2 weeks. I usually get the 13.00 wash. My score reflects that already the last 2 times I have been here the last spinner on the left side of my car is not working. Left watermarksarand soap on my jeep.. They should warn customers of this before us paying. I give only 3 chances than I move on.

The associate were bad at handling the issues their technology caused. I scanned my barcode and was given the cheap carwash instead of the ultimate, and only after I had to argue the fact that i had scanned my barcode and it obviously was used.

This is an affordable car wash only 6 dollars with options to upgrade. Place is always kept clean. I go here for the free vacuuming.

Admittedly I purchssed the cheapest wash without the bells and whistles. The wash was the same on all levels. I was expecting at least a clean car not a dust rinser. I have tire rims cleaned in some areas not in others and the bumpers looks the same as before washing. The vacuum was par average leaving lots behind but better than before I tried. Exctra credit given for cleaning solution and rags by the vacuuming area.

Its not a bad place, they keep it clean, car wash prices are nice and FREE VACUUMS with the purchase of a wash! Score! My only complaint is the vacuums dont work very well, the intake is very weak and it just pushes the dirt around, barely sucking it up. You get what you pay for I guess, which is nothing for the vacuums... So... Eh.

Quick and quality service. Though its automated so Im not sure how to tell how good of a wash it was. For ten bucks and free vacuums it was a steal and exactly what I needed to give my car a quick pick-me-up after having been busy for a few weeks.

The $7 car wash left more than half my car dirty with streaks in the dirty spots that were left over. Free vacuums that are kind of under powered, takes forever to vacuum up a small amount of dirt.Only pro is its kind of cheap.

The best bang for your buck when you get your car washed here. The wash track is smooth, the staff is friendly, and the vacuums are suck hard and always kept neat. If you forgot to bring a scent to make your car stink good, dont worry because they have some here, cleaning wipes too. This is my go to car wash in Tampa.

I needed a quick wash and vacuum. Got the medium car wash for $13, NOT DISAPPOINTED! This place is great. Customer Service is amazing! Definitely my new place!

I have gone to this place for a few years now and Im not sure if they changed products but when I pay $8-$16 for a car wash I expect my car to be clean. Im very disappointed. I still have dirt on my front window and front of my car. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because they have vacuums and its always clean. But very dissatisfied with the car wash.

I purchased a VIP membership here and use this location at least once a week. My only complaint is that this car wash is so good that too many people use it and cars back onto Dale Mabry Hwy. That is a little dangerous since there is no dedicated turn lane to get in here and its a matter of time someone gets rear ended. I love the tire shine, and I am always pleased with the quality of wash I get here. Love the big american flag outside so you know your almost there.

I love this car wash. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It has been a declining experience since more times than not the car wash isnt operable. It is periodically broken throughout the day for hours at a time. Appears that it breaks after very few cars. Im paying for a membership that I am only having access to half the month. Management NEEDS to address to keep valued customers.

Dont waste your time or money here. I wasnt going to write a review but Ive gone there 3 times and three times my car does not come out clean. I get that its a $4 car wash so every time I up how much i spend. $4 wash garbage basically just pour water on your car. $7 wash add 2 drops of soap. And then the last time i went up again. $9. Flem Filled spit shine. Why do I have to clean my car after the machine cleans my car? Again dont waste your money on this place unless youre spending $20 on a car wash.

I paid for their $4 dirt-blaster, but when I came out, my car was definitely still dirty. Free vacuum with every was was nice though. Powerful, non-cumbersome, long hose to get all the way to your trunk. But that was the only thing I liked.

This place is a car wash, machines often times do their job, but is acceptable overall, the interactions with the staff I have had were pleasant. Today I don’t know what kind of mood they had or what kind of substances were they consuming🤭😂😂, because I was asked not dry the water spot left on my car after the wash. I have no knowledge of any automatic car wash that dries cars perfectly after the wash, however I do like to take around 2-3 minutes to finish the work every time I go there for the last 2 years. Well, I do see a lot of times they are really busy and also I had waited for a vacuum spot to be empty. This occasion the gentleman approached me and asked me to move if I was not using the vacuum because there were people waiting. -wait, what??🤦🏻‍♂️. I did not finish drying the car and I did went ahead to vacuum. After five minutes the place became empty 🤪. I went back to the guys to explain that practice was not client friendly. The answer was - This is always happening but we will continue asking to move if people is waiting. Just stupid. I canceled my membership and all the family will, also I’m not coming back.👍🏻

So apparently the $4 car wash is only good if you drive a tiny 2 door car. Have a Nissan Rogue got the $4 wash. Apparently they only use 1/2 the equipment at $4 and the back of my suv didn’t get cleaned at all. Spoke with one of the guys working the lot, very nice. He went spoke to manager and basically I was SOL. I have been coming here for a while, however, after today I won’t be back. I’d rather go somewhere else even if I have to pay more but actually get decent customer service.

Good service at a reasonable price. Why the 4? Everyone has a little room to improve! I would give them a 4.5 but its not offered.

Business closed due to rain... It looks fully automated, so being able to wash the car and get water repellent when traveling long distances in heavy rains is important.

Great price, pretty consistent customer service. Courteous employees, great business hours. Ive had them for a little over a year and I cant think of a complaint and I am pretty demanding as a customer. I highly recommend them.

Love this place! I have a membership for $28 a month which gives me unlimited washes. Im in here 2 times a week since I use my car for work and it gets dirty quick. Staff is friendly, the wash is above average compared to other mechanical car washes, vacuums are free when you buy a wash.

The car wash left a nice shine on my car but it didnt get a lot of dirt spots out or the bird poop I just got 2 hours prior to the wash. I had to take a rag and water to it after just to get it off, which is the only reason I got the wash do e before it sat in on my new car. I will say their vacuums where pretty great though.

Look great from a distance but not value for money. Vacuum cleaners are like those found at the gas station very low pressure. Not good if you want to clean your car inside out. Good for drive in and out only.

Got the monthly deal which isnt a bad price. 4 stars because it closes kind of early and because the rinse at the end doesnt seem to do a great job of rinsing my back window.

It was my first time here and I was first in line when they opened. The guys acted a little like you should know exactly what to do immediately, without reading the signs. Also, Im not sure what this gives you as its just a drive through car wash with do it yourself vacuum, like you find at a lot of gas stations. Maybe its a good deal if youre a regular customer who buys the packages but its not convenient for me so I probably wont be back.

Dont bother paying more than the minimum car wash. Ive tried multiple times adding tire shine and some extras. Most of the time it gives it to a random person in line. It doesnt know which car picked it. Ive been scammed multiple times and they wont help you without a receipt, which it almost always never prints..

They are good and their price is decent. Also the staff is nice. They close almost 2 hours early on the weekends. I got their at 5:30 and they had already put the sign they were close up and the cones were up so you coudnt get through.

If it had a pre wash it may have been better .a wast of $20 would have been better off having school kids do it

Guy directing traffic did not see that I have an off road led lightbar on my truck mounted above the windshield. Stopped me saying he would allow it this time but I am not allowed to return. I have seen police cars use this wash with no issues and all of the economy cars with airplane size wings go through without issue but I guess the guy has something against trucks with offroad lights. Cant bring my truck back wont use them for my car either. If your car looks like a fast and furious prop you should be good though.

Update: My husband went by today for a quick wash, prices have double what they used to be but no increase in quality. Soap wasnt even washed off.Today was my last visit. Car came out wet but not clean at all, soap wasnt even washed off. The guy working the entrance did maybe one pass with a brush on the back fender but not the front like other places. They have allowed smoking in the vacuum area in the past making cleaning your car in the heat a miserable & dangerous for your health experience plus the quality of wash has gone down.

BE CAREFUL before you come here for any car wash deal from this place, you might pay a lot of money for your wash but you will get a basic car wash, they think people dont realize it and ripped them offDO NOT COME HERE

I went through the car wash to get some love bugs washed off. The car wash took care of the bugs, but left my truck covered with soap and hard water. It looked horrible! 10x worse than before I paid for the service. I had to go straight home and wash my truck by hand.When I pointed out the terrible wash job to the attendant he simply told me he didn’t speak English. Very frustrating!!!

Worth the $4 for a quick wash and free vacuum. Other options available for more money. Not a touch less car wash. Store Hours are accurate.
