Since they painted everything I thought the “engine” would be better. Not so much! I decided to try this place again since it looks like it was given a face lift. And that was just it. Last time I was there the entire water system stopped working and was charged over 10 dollars along with 2 different vacuums not working. Gentleman I talked to said he was going to go up there to check out things, never heard back from him of course. No number posted to call this time around. I will be fighting these charges on my credit card this time!!! Don’t use unless you want a dirty car and have your money stolen from you. Update, just like I thought, was charged 10 dollars again for a 2 dollar wash that didn’t work. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Bought the $10 wash and when I went through the wash didn’t activate. Thought maybe the card didn’t go through so I went around again and paid another $10 and made sure to select receipt this time. When I went back in the wash it never activated. There was no one in the office to speak to. The number I found online is not in service so there was no one to speak to about getting my $20 refund.

Unfortunately, even I paid 12$ the program was stopped in the middle whitout drying, tire clean and polishing. After complain, my card was credited back.

Much better than the other car wash in the area that leaves residual spots on your car after you are done. I went to the other location and those spots are still on my car when it is wet to this day. That is quite annoying. However, Ballast has a wide variety of different options and streaming systems that keeps your car clean. For people who are frugal, the $2 price tag is a little bit on the high side. A positive thing to keep in mind is this place does take credit cards, however, it requires an initial deposit of $10. Keep in mind, they do give it back to you after a period of time, crediting the money you did not use from the 10 back to you.

Used the auto wash and did the best package which cost $10. Just returned from a long road trip and while it did get all the bird poop off, it barely touched the bugs (see photos). The auto wash only uses water with high pressure and soap, no rollers that can actually scrub. If your car isnt super dirty and just needs a light wash, this place is for you. Vacuums arent included in the auto wash which sucks...for the same amount of money I can go to a gas station for a longer vacuum time. I have a van and $2 sunk into the vacuum didnt even get the whole thing. This was the first and the last time I will be going to this car wash.

Expect to have your money taken away from you because this car wash took 10$ from my account for a 3 min self-serve car wash that cost 2$. There is no contact information for a refund or in any case of an emergency. Very disappointed.

Paid $12 for the ultimate wash, only 25% of the features actually functioned. Basically the carrier went over my car 5 times with nothing being sprayed out.After talking with people attempting to use the wash bags, this is a common problem here.Would not recommend.

Bay 2 had a split hose which was left open for use. I put 4or 5 dollars in and got wet from it, therefore una3to wash car. Still havent gotten my money back.

1st the machine took $5 cash and the would not take any more cash so after trying cash for a while machine froze then went back to making new payments. So Instead it cutting my losses I decide to go ahead and pay with card $10. Only to start the pull in and realize they have the pipes that only allow little bitty cars to go through. So the $10 losses on me the $5 robbery is on the machine but it did give me a token for free vacuum so $15 for a vacuum thats great.

Since there is no contact information for refund satisfaction I give this establishment one star because zero stars is not an option. The automatic wash bay took the $10 for a Premium wash and sprayed foam over my car and stopped working! Thanks a lot.

The touchless did not clean! Did not give the spot-free rinse. Had to wash it after 😑 will NOT be back. Will check out new one on Gandy&Westshore.

Worst car wash ever. I went and paid for the automatic wash. It stopped half way through and my car is still covered in soap. Called the number like it says if you ever have any problems. And wow what a surprise no answer or call back.

Neither of the two bays we tried worked properly, and guy next to us had same experience. One bay had a hose with low pressure only, and the other bay had a foaming brush only. Waste of time and money. No phone # readily visible to call and trash piled high should have told us how little this place is cared for. Shame considering the convenient location.

Been using this place for a couple years now. The equipment is showing its age. Card readers are hit or miss, equipment needs some TLC, but I can always get in for a good wash. Great for the price. Still gonna keep coming back.

The drive through car wash has amazing pressure. Highly recommend this place for an excellent wash without shelling out $40 like down the road.

The automatic wash does a poor job and isnt worth the money. It does not wash light dirt well. The spot free rinse has weak pressure and does not spray the whole car. The blower does not dry well and leaves beads of water. The diy stalls are usually ok, but the spot free rinse isnt spot free. This can be a sketchy area late at night.

Ive come here several times over the last 2 months and each time the carpet shampooers are broken. One has been out of shampoo forever, and the other is jammed. Who is the dumbass that own this place?? Fix your machines.Dont waste your time here.

Decent price quarter wash,. Never too much of a wait. Always works. Automatic touchless wash. Very tight space; especially for trucks and full sized SUVs.

AVOID!!! I paid for the $5 wash and when I checked my bank account I saw it charged me $10! If you read other reviews you will see that this is happening often, so it seems either the card machine is broken or they are purposely stealing money.

They charge my credit card $10 when the self serve machine says it will be $2 for 4 minutes. The water stops at 4 min but I keep getting charged. This has now happened twice. I called the customer service number but just get an answering machine and no return call. These guys are thief’s!

Put 2 quarters in and it didnt register. I used my credit card instead and when it turned on the water lasted for a minute. Total ripoff.

Hoses broken and some leaking badly, not all feature functioning properly, difficulty getting it to start, needs maintenance badly, would not recommend use.

Didnt wash my car today. $2 is not enough time to fully wash your car,but it allows you one quarter at a time more.

Paid $10 for premium wash. Got soap squirted on my car and machine stopped. Attempted to call to get refund with no reply.

Hit and miss. Some machines work, some dont. Money changers rarely work so take a bag of quarters with you. Some shady characters are around the location, so dont go at night on your own.
