It did the job but it took what they usually used as a nice wide cleaning brush to a little cleaning brush so it takes you longer and you spend more money

I have been visiting this carwash facility for at least six years. Felt it was time to finally leave a review. The owners take great care of the equipment and the products used seem to always do a great job. I drive from just west of downtown Tampa to this carwash as it’s that good. Keep up the good work!

Very nice self car wash. It was my first time so I didnt know how it actually worked. But there was another person washing his own car and he was very helpful. I will definitely return.

This place is awesome. All the equipment is always running and working. I spoke with Pat the guy who does the maintenance, and this is like the second time Ive seen him there making sure this place is running great. Thank you so much Pat for keeping the ultimate car wash looking good and running good.

Did a great job cleaning on the touch free automatic bay. Had technical difficulties the first time through but they were quick to make it right after I called! I also like the self serve bay but I seem to take too long and it ends up costing me a bundle, especially since you can just use your credit card!

Upd: the tricolor was low and was very disappointed. I always pay for the best wash. Usually washing twice. But there was no office to see about fixing it. Still my favorite place. Ill be there today.My favorite place to clean my car. I often run my car twice through the brush machine then touch free. However the drying process should be better. Wish i could save each time I stopped as well.

Decent place for a wash. Think its just slightly over priced. The auto dry doesnt really dry the back window if you drive a hatch with a vertical rear window. Got most the caked on crud, off, just remember to scrape off the Really caked on stuff and youll be fine.

One of the best automatic soft brush washes in the area for the price. The dryer could last a bit longer, but all in all a great value.

Have gone 3 times since the new automatic drive Thru washers were installed. Left the first time ($13 wash/dry) with car covered in soapy water (greenish tone). But theyd just installed the machine. Well now today I gave my third and final chance to see if things were corrected. No more soap/residue left, and the dryer works GREAT. But design flaw: After the dryer stops, you have to pull forward and exit, directly under the still heavily soaked and dripping wash-spinners/scrubbers. Ill certainly return if this is fixed/adjusted. Just frustrating to pay $15 these last 2 times, watch the car be blown dry very nicely, and then have to drive directly under water falling off of the cleaning/wash spinners.

Its okay I guess to get your car wash ... The vacuums need to be fixed. I lost $1.25 on the first vacuum it doesnt suck. And then the second was broken.

Fast and the owner was friendly. Will be coming back here in the future.

Did the touch free wash . The problem is the blower just makes one pass over the car when it’s done so car was still wet . By the time I got home the water dried and left water spots all over the car.

Just go there in the evenings do the touchless car wash chill out a little bit with the hot rod and enjoy the place thank you

Dont use your credit card in the self wash bays, it changes $10.00 for normal 3:30 minutes wash..😤

I really enjoy the shampoo machines that you can use for the interior of your car. They also have a hose that you can use to spray your car with a scent.I used the self-service car wash, which was a waste. The prices weren’t clearly displayed to tell you how long you had. I paid more to extend the time when it ran out, and the machine charged me $10! Plus the $2 I put in cash. think there was a glitch in their card reader because for $12, I didn’t even have enough time to do any of the extra wax/foam conditioner treatments. I had exactly enough time to pre-rinse, use the foam brush, and rinse off the soap. I wouldn’t recommend the car wash at all

Wost car wash ever, you send an email about not getting a service you payed for over a month ago, and you get no reply. I want my money back.

I went here on Aug 24th. I tried to use the vacuum hose and the shampoo hoses that are self-service pay with credit card. Once I inserted the credit card nothing came out of the hoses. The vacuum nor the shampoo hose turned on. I inserted the credit card again just in case there was an error. Again, nothing. There were ants crawling all over the shampoo hose from where it had been laying on the ground for who knows how long. I was charged twice and never got to shampoo or vacuum my car. I called the phone number listed online for the business. It was disconnected. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for this purchase.

Good deal for the money. Has outside Bay for larger profile vehicles. Has two automatic washes. Vacuum that I used had good suction.

A wash is 2.50 but if you use a card they steal 10 bucks

Went here for a touch free car wash. Took payment and nothing turned on! Waited there for about 10 mins kept going forward and backward the lights never came on for me to continue. No green light to proceed or red light to stop. It just didn’t start up.

Havent used any other car wash in probably over 3 years now. Always have $2 off deals if you follow them on fb. Had a few problems over the years but anytime Ive stated an issue theyve responded quickly and always give a solution that helps the customer. 👍🏻👍🏻

Quality has definitely gone down hill. I used to bring my car here all the time and be satisfied. Lately, the machine doesn’t clean like it used too. The only reason I come here is because of the touch less wash. I don’t want any brushes on my clear coat. From now on, I will probably be washing my car at home, and achieve better results. $15 down the drain.

Takes quarters, no debit card. Only 4 self wash bays. I have been to many car washes and this was not the ultimate.

Will pass up closer car washes to go to this one.

The car wash is exactly what you pay for. Youre not going to get a spot free dry from a blower, lets be realistic here. The self service car wash section is great and exactly what you pay for. I use them for storage as well and theyre fabulous. Always friendly and helpful. To top it all off they have free cookies inside on the counter.

Im not sure what changed from when they 1st opened but the last 2x Ive come here I did not have a good experience. I brought my truck a couple of months back and bought the $13 wash and it left a sticky residue that was next to impossible to get off. Then I thought, let me try again but this time i got the $10 wash. I just pulled off with my car full of water because it didnt dry well and it has a dull appearance. Im not sure if I will go back for a 3rd strike.

Ultimately feel a bit disappointed. My friend told me to come here, because she has had good experiences bringing her car to the touch free wash. So I figured why not, and brought my van and purchased the $15 touch free version, with Carnuba, and I feel like I honestly didn’t spend my money well. It left dirt particles all on the top of my car, and left the rims still dirty. I mean it’s a touch free wash, but I was still expecting more :(.

Not a bad place to wash your vehicle at all, well lit establishment and clean. Good surveillance in the area also. My only gripe would have to be that I wish it took actual quarters instead of the tokens the coin machine dispenses.

I used to come here a lot, but since Victory opened down the road Ive been going there, mostly because they have free vacuums. I decided to stop by here because its been awhile. Big mistake. I paid the $10 touch wash and my car looks like it was washed with dirty water. Theres so many hard water spots, wheels arent clean, etc. The air blower really doesnt do anything. I guess Ill go back to Victory because for $8 I get a better wash and vacuum.

The parking lot was very clean. The brush worked well. We did not get the wax or use the tire wash, but the regular soap that comes out the brush with a soft rag worked well removing the ick from the crevices of our rims that the brush didnt get in a quick couple of swishes.

I had a great experience here today. My car looks beautiful and I travel a lot for work, so it was pretty disgusting. The customer service is great too. The gentleman working today was very nice and pleasant.

I absolutely love the touch free wash. I ran my car through the one with the brushes & shockingly, made my car look awful. So I will stay with the touch free & sometimes run my car through two times. Only place Ill wash my car.

My favorite are wash even though I have a full service car wash in my appartments across the street!

**Updated review**Had an issue, wash sprayed soap and completely shutdown. Could not get in contact with anyone in charge for several days.Stacy finally got a hold of me and explained she just happened to go out of the country around the time of my issue. As you can see from her response here.Stacy was very friendly and helpful when we finally did manage to speak. She was very apologetic and took ownership of the issues right away. She offered me a few coupons to make up for the issues I had at her business.Overall Stacy has done superb in managing the customer service in her company.

I was pleasantly surprised their light-touch (brushed) car wash machine cleans so well. This was on a Hummer H2 and a Honda Oddessey minivan. Ive tried many drive-through car washes which do a lousy job on the Hummer because it is so big. Aside from cleaning well, Ultimate is very generous with their wax. My car was very shiny immediately afterward, even though I didnt hand-dry it. The wax is heavy enough that the surface feels smooth enough so nothing sticks to it. Im happy with Ultimate !

UPDATE 2: $15 was refunded, so I added a star. If there was an attendant there and it was less of a convenience, I wouldve given it another star.Around 12:00 pm on a Sunday, Picked $15 caruba soft brush. It never turned on. We tried multiple times backing up and going forward. The only thing it did was tell us to back up and made a siren noise and then dinged when you were far enough back. That’s it.Then went to touchless car wash and picked $15. It gave us the $10 wash and I was charged $10.There was no attendant. No one answered any numbers we called. Very bad.UPDATE 1: I was emailed a reply same day at 5:03 pm; however, I told my husband to leave a voicemail, and the company did, in fact, call him back to make things right, around 4:30 pm, same day. Being we r here on vacation, we can’t go back for another car wash, so we will be getting a refund. For that I added another star. Once the refund is actually processed, I’ll add another star or two. Credit should be given where credit is due and they are trying to make things right, and I appreciate that.I would, however, recommend maintenance be done more frequently so this doesn’t happen - or change the entire washer out - bc it seems this happens a lot from reading other reviews.

I came here after work at around 6pm for an automatic wash, the equipment was do old that I drove out of the car wash with dried spots on my car. Save your money and go to 7eleven, I had to get my car washed there a second time and got a much better wash for half the price.

Wow i read the bad reviews (also say the owner said equipment was upgraded) but this is by far worst $8 touch less wash ive ever been to!!! December 5th at 430 if you need that info but car is still dirty and i keep my car clean so it shouldnt be that hard. Cant wait to get back to Jacksonville, Zips and Johnny Clean are 100% better. Wasted $8

Come here to keep up the clean look, just make sure you do a good cleaning first. Also, do the touch free as to it will not damage the clear/paint coat!

I used to come here occasionally and use the soft touch wash but after today I might not come back. I dont mean to be the picky guy with the benz but I paid 13 dollars for a wash and it left hard water spots on my car.

The touchless car wash is really good! The water pressure is great and my car, tires, and rims were clean when it was done. Nothing beats a hand wash but I will use this service again for the convenience.

For the money I didnt think it did a very good job. I was vacationing in the area so Im not sure what is typical here but at the wash in my area there are attendants, and if you arent satisfied theyll let you run through again. I didnt see anyone here to talk to.

1st time visiting: Place was nice and clean; Vacuum and the rest of the machines works right. Card reader at the vacuum section charged me 3 times and the costumer service line didnt answer calls at least in this personal experience (That was the only detail I can complaint about). Learned from this and next time planning to use just exact cash.

Worst tunnel I have ever used, barely removed dirt and left a LOT of untouched areas, dont waste your time here.Update.Company contacted me and offered a code to use it again and it worked fine this time.

I have always had a good experience. Last week had to wait while a Ferrari was getting a wash in front of me. He was willing to run a $100k car through a self serve wash. Good enough for me when I dont want to wait 30 minutes to wait for a full service wash

Good drive-thru car wash. You can also use the spray wash and vacuum... everyone else seems to do so! Lots of people on the weekends, though the lines dont seem to last long.

Loved the works with color wax wash havent tried the vacuum but Im going again this week and gonna do the Inside so hopefully the vacuum works as good as the auto wash

Nice place, I like the touchless car wash bay but the blow dryer does not work great. Part of it is that there is still a lot of water coming off the cleaning apparatus even while the dryer is running.

Used to be great, but now its run down, dirty, and youre lucky if all settings and tools work. Spot free rinse doesnt work on one, brush doesnt work on another, and at $5 for 7min.....youre better off going to the Victory Auto wash down the road.

I have to recant my earlier review. After driving around I did find that prices here are quite competitive within the neighborhood and coupons are available for the thrifty shopper. So four stars

$8.00 for the cheap automatic wash, did pretty decent job.

I like using the touchless autowash once a week anyway. It helps keeping the salt spray and road grime minimized on my vehicle. I dont like the brushes slapping my car/paint so the touchless spray wash is the best for me.

The drive thru car wash seems to take forever if theres a couple vehicles in front of you. So the coin operated do it yourself wash is nice to have and use when you want to save some time from waiting in line and some cash. The drive thru doesnt get your car as clean as the long drive thru car washes, but does an okay job. This car wash is located next to the storage facility and executive suites, sort of back off the road a bit.

Wow this place sucks. I wont ever wash my car here again. 2.50 for 3 mins. then I had to put 2 more dollars in to keep up and I still ran out of time. Car full of soap. So what 6 bucks to wash my car myself. Lol nope never again. The vacuum s are nice tho
