Rent went up for a second time in a little over a year, for a total increase of 50%, only a month after being told that the roof was breached by a thunderstorm and that my unit may have been flooded. The HVAC was moldy before then, and is still moldy now. Management allows customers to store boats, trailers, delivery vans, etc. in the loading area on the main customer entry side of the building meaning youre going to be in for a long walk with your heavy stuff. The very spacious side lot is empty, by the way. Of course, they have carts if you can find them. There are probably 4-5 of them at one entrance on the other end of the building. Since the building is a decommissioned furniture store, they have a large loading dock, which is nice if you have a truck. Of course, the gutter at the bottom of the dock is full of trash and if it rained recently, its probably underwater. Its definitely worth your time to look elsewhere. There are plenty of nicer, and even one brand new, storage units within a half mile of this place.

They had one job to do, they are over priced. And they failed to do that job. All we wanted them to do was store things. But their building leaked and ruined our possessions.

Absolutely horrible! There was NO lighting in my unit at all and they wouldnt even offer to move it or offer me a discount or anything just said lights went out..nothing they can do! WHAT!?? Then customer service was just a nightmare. Never got any emails back, when told something would be handled it never was. Having to put in the code every single time in and out door when moving is a pain. Horrible place . DO NOT RECOMMEND

If you are considering a storage unit with this Cubesmart location, please strongly reconsider.Since Cubesmart has taken over from Extra Space at this location, everything has gone downhill.Currently, the lights have been out in the half of our unit for well over two months, and they are aware of this. When I brought it to their attention in December, they offered me a flashlight and 10% off for one month. I asked when it will be fixed, they couldn’t provide an answer.- They refused to honor the military discount we previously had on the account and also increased the rate.- There have been active wasp nests on the door, dead roaches and moths found throughout the facility- If you go after sun down, be warned that there will be sketchy characters hanging around the dock & the doorway who will make you uncomfortable.- While we are being charged for an air conditioned unit, it is routinely extremely hot or warm on site.- There has been broken glass and trash found in the parking lot as well as the facility that sits for weeks.This is just not a place you want to willingly rent with. You have been warned!

To Robin who helped me with my storage was a great help. She made me feel really good. She is easy to talk too. Ill give Robin a 100% and 10 start she deserves it.

Their customer service skills are excellent, and their experience in the industry is very valuable.The automatic doors and full loading dock are valuable with our heavier items (Piano). They dont tell you about the insurance requirement minimum of 12 dollars for two thousand dollar coverage on top of your monthly fees. Plus you are required to purchase a Cube Smart lock for 16 dollars. These requirement are additional and are not listed in there website.

This facility is convenient and clean. The price for a secure and climate controlled area is excellent. When I arrived to claim my reserved space, (which I had accomplished online in the middle of the night!) I was greeted with friendly, efficient and helpful regard. Russ is over the top professionally. He is a great listener. He gave excellent directions and explained why a sign was not posted making it difficult to find the property. Russ went out of his way to show me the unit, assure me that the size of unit would hold the contents of the truck. He helped me find a parking spot closest to storage unit. Very unfriendly staff. Would never do business with these folks again. We rented the unit initially because we were looking for a warehouse to rent for our new business. Then COVID19 happened and as a new small business we have been struggling through like everyone else. For these folks to threaten additional $110 lien fees and to auction off your business tools, etc is sickening. NO HEART and NO COMPASSION for what folks are going through.

I made a reservation yesterday online when the office was closed. This was fast and easy! I was not expecting a call for at least 48 hours, but I receive a call first thing this morning. Person was very friendly explained how everything would worked. Arrived there this afternoon to complete the forms and get the unit and the service was wonderful! Very friendly people. I would recommend this place in a heartbreak, cheap conveniently and overall satisfied!

Fantastic service! The building is clean, air conditioning works very well! The security here is safe and it is in a enclosed area too! Sandy and Russell do a great job of meeting ALL our needs! They have made sure we were aware of all promotions! It feels like family here!

This is the best extra space storage and absolutely the best storage unit in general. The Office Tram Members are great at Extra Space Storage located at 2320 W. Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, Florida. They were always accommodating to my individual needs and while being professional. I recommend this storage location. My belongings were in the same condition upon move out as they were moving in.

Ive rented storage units many times before at many other storage places. Each time having to go to a new place due to having some sort of negative experience. This place, by far, has offered the best customer service one could ask for. They worked with us so that we didnt end up paying more than we needed. We even forgot our lock on the unit when we left and they still didnt charge us, even though they could have. Excellent serviceI! Iwill definitely come back for my storage needs in the future.
