Amazing storage facility, an even more amazing staff. I needed to downsize my storage unit recently and the team here was super accommodating with my needs and went above and beyond during my transition to my new unit. I highly recommend Oldsmar SS for any storage needs.

I just wanted to provide some positive feedback regarding this facility. I reached out to Pete back in November of 2020 looking for help finding a place to store a cargo trailer from a move we were making from Maine to Oldsmar, Florida. At the time, Pete didnt have any spots available, but did refer me to other storage facilities in the surrounding area. We did find a spot, in Tarpon Springs, but not a convenient location. Pete never gave up. He kept in contact with me over the next few months, asking if we were still looking to be closer. Eventually, a spot became available, and he called me immediately to let me know, and of course we took the spot. The facility is very clean, and the parking lot out back where vehicle/trailer storage is located, is very well maintained and secure. The location was also very convenient. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for local storage. Pete was a pleasure to work with, with a focus on customer service for sure.

Oldsmar self storage has been clean, the right temperature and very convenient.

The staff here is so great, my first day here was remarkable and the manager waited a little late so that I could unload my u-haul and return it the same night (saving me a lot of extra money) he also greeted us with cold beverages when signing the rental agreement.Ive been renting a unit for nearly 8 months now and I can still say I am ever impressed with the customer service.

I have stored furniture in the past and I keep on returning to Oldsmar Self Storage. The storage prices are very reasonable- the place is kept very clean and the staff, Peter, he will go out of his way to make your visit pleasant. It is SO refreshing to see this type of customer service- I would recommend ANYONE to call Oldsmar Self Storage. Did I mention the location? Wow. Easy drive from either Pinellas or Hillsborough. 👍

Yesterday, I toured the storage unit with Jane, who was friendly and very helpful. The facility looked clean, and well conditioned. This actually would have been the perfect unit for my business, but the owner Pete lacks professionalism. Oh well, found a better deal down the road.

We needed a temporary storage facility to put some items while we were selling our house and moving to a new place. Oldsmar Storage made the process seamless. When I called to inquire initially, they were very helpful and when signing up, everything was thoroughly explained and the process was very easy. The facility is extremely clean and orderly. All the units are inside and climate controlled. They have carts available for use. The access hours are reasonable and it was never congested so coming and going was easy. The office staff was pleasant and friendly. When the time came to move our items out and cancel our agreement, it was easy as well. No pressure to stay and no tricks to try and get more money. Very upfront and honest. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them for any storage needs.

I used Oldsmar Storage for two years and never had an issue. Pete that works in office always provided the best customer service. The facility is kept very clean! No bugs, whatsoever! When I moved out the only thing I swept up was dust bunnies and after two years! Excellent storage facility!!!

I was a customer for 7 years while I lived overseas and recently moved back to the area. Even when I was overseas the team always communicated any changes and consistently sent me a monthly invoice. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service and follow if far superior to any other in the area without a doubt. Shout out to Pete who is an absolute rockstar 🤟🏻. This is by far the cleanest storage facility Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I took advantage of a special and Im glad I did. I had used Public Storage previously and they regularly had pests and were unclean although their people were helpful. Pete at Oldsmar Self Storage went above and beyond in my opinion. Just a well run business and Im happy to support them.

Alittle pricey but very friendly staff

This place is 😎 Cool and very very clean. Indoor Climate Control Storage what more can you ask for your belongings there. Everything is locked up and the Only thing No Access after 6:30 p.m. But again, super super clean and very well run. Even has an overhang so if its raining your stuff will not get wet. Highly recommend them. Thank you

Clean, easy access. Only drawback is that they close early in the evenings. I would give 5 stars if they were open until at least 8pm.

Very very clean, reasonable prices for all indoors storage. Great employee, Sad to find out I would get Military Discount, was told so sorry you are not active so you are not in service right now!!! If I have to change from Public Storage to here for the simple fact inside.
