THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! I believe I was speaking with Steve, who was SUPER friendly, funny, helpful and accommodating. The space was clean and well organized. They have variety of sizes of units and they are definitely cheaper than other storage places in that area!

Professional, friendly > have been using this storage facility for 7 years and would recommend to anyone needing extra space > you can even rent U-haul trucks from here as well> schedule ahead of time as they run out of trucks quickly.

I have a 3 bedroom storage space in a/c. I like that you can come and go 24/7. It’s gated. Easy and accessible. Been here for a few years.

In the past five years I have utilised this facility on three different occasions because the storage units are clean and bug free. I find it to be conveniently located and they have a great staff. Very nice and friendly. I love the the automated payment option. One less thing to worry about and check out is hassle free.

This storage facility is the best! The staff is amazing and very helpful. They will take the time to show you the storage unit and go over all the details. Bruce is awesome! He even took the time to ensure my gate code worked ☺ They have security cameras everywhere and the place is well kept. There is also a carwash on site which is pretty nice. I definitely recommend this place over any other storage

I really just needed at 5x5 unit and everywhere else I looked wanted 60 bucks a month for something outside. At hide away I paid 32 bucks for the 1st month. Its like 35 a month and its in a climate controlled unit and with that price each month it comes with a lock for your unit. Why spend more money when I can spend less money with a better quality and Scott was awesome. Very nice and polite. Definitely would recommend hide away to anyone!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, very clean storage units. We started with a larger unit and then down sized to a smaller one, the staff made it very easy to move from one unit to another with no additional fees or a 30 day (or other) notice. Very convenient for our needs. Love it!We will continue to use Hide-Away for our occasional storage needs.

I use the mailbox service for my mobile business. Susan is Always smiling and extremely welcoming as you enter and exit the building.I have never approached her and she was not joyful and smiling..The attitude she bring with her everyday is amazing!!!!... I would recommend anyone that needs a bit of sunshine to stop by and say Hello..I have not ran across many people that has the quality of customer she provides.

Hideaway Storage has exceeded all of my expectations. The facility is always clean, modern and efficient. Staff could not be more pleasant, professional or helpful. And manager, Scott, is a rock star who needs to be cloned and provided with an enormous bonus. I have unfortunately used many storage facilities ( part of my gypsy life) and I’ve never been so impressed. Although it would be nice if there was so flexibility with late fees when auto payments weren’t processed as they were supposed to be!Also note I was so impressed I wrote a positive YELP review.

I remodeled a room in my house and it was my storage room so I needed storage and chose Hideaway Storage. I enjoyed my experience there. They provided 24 hour access and a safe atmosphere and a reasonable cost. Nando the maintenance man was always helpful and Kimberly very helpful when I closed my account and credited my account for the days not used. I will definitely return to Hideaway Storage if I ever need it again.

Stor N More on 301 is definitely one of the best and most professional storage facilities I have ever done business with. Pricing is reasonable, facilities are absolutely the cleanest I have ever experienced, and the climate controlled interior units are outstanding. Security is real, and not just for show. Lenny went out of his way to give us a complete tour, offered us bottled water and was a real pleasure to work and speak with. They even have home baked cookies and a cookout monthly for tenants. What more could you ask for... If I could give it 10 stars I would.

This is the first time I rented a storage place. I tell you the staff is great and the place is always clean. It is very secure and when you get thirsty they even give you nice ice cold water and a cookie to go with it. I highly recommend this storage place. They always have smiles on there faces. The customer services is great Keep up the good work.

I had to suddenly move out of my place. I am so glad I found Hide-away at the right moment. The manager was not only very courteous but very helpful. The place is immaculate and very reasonable priced. They even had the U-Hal truck that I needed. So I got everything from them and made a very hectic time in our familys life way easier to face.I recommend this place 100%.

I stored my stuff here for a year and had excellent service. It’s very clean and they have dollies to help with moving. The ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful.

Well my opinion of their facility has completely changed due to their staff and policies as you can see from the photo once given a chance to rectify the situation I truck was parked within limits Before that photo I was hanging past line 18 inches I receive a notice telling me I am getting evicted from my spot without giving me a chance to fix the situation as if the situation was really bad in the 1st place funny thing is theres a large company that rents 7 parking spots and 5 of their trucks hang past the line at least 4ft some of them up to 11ft I believe all this was done trying to force me to get a bigger spot although Im evicted from my current spot she will rent me a different spot for $60 more a month... In conclusion I will be leaving their facility no longer doing business & have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1unless I am met with the apology My ratings and opinions will not change

Scott is wonderful. He was very friendly, helpful, and courteous and went above and beyond to help my move in day go smoothly. The grounds are very well maintained and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this facility.

This is actually my 2nsd storage unit with this establishment. The staff here from accounting to front desk has been such a great group of ladies and gentlemen to work with. They have gone from helping me to lift my spirits to actually making me feel like I apart of there family. I am truly grateful for dealing a bunch extremely EXCELLENT group of individuals. Storenmore offers the best storage experience I have ever experienced. Day or night, the facility is always well lighted and secure. There are plenty of roller dollies to use when transporting items to and from your unit. The interior and exterior is always and I mean always clean. I never thought I would be thanking a storage facility for a wonderful experience, but here it is. Great staff.

I have been storing my stuff there for almost 2 years and their services are great! For a 10x10 climate controlled unit, I pay average prices, for this area (I compared all of the others) and you get a free car wash every month (and free cookies every day!). The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are no restrictions for access (24x7x365). Some places only allow access during business hours. Security is on par and I have not had any issues.

Scott is truly incredible, I have worked customer service most of my life and can easily see holes in someones customer service. But Scott has no holes, I understand that he is human. But honestly he could have fooled me, as he gave perfect customer service while making me laugh as if we were long time buddies or I had paid good money to go to a comedy club. But it not just the good laughs he provides, he showed me three different units in three different floors, and never one complaint about doing it. In fact he gave me the feeling it made him happy to help me explore my options. We need more Scotts in this world. Im not joking at all, he is the man. Great work Scott you deserve every raise the company can give you.

The best customer service weve ever had! My husband and I needed some boxes and happen to pass this place. The lady Kim was very nice and made us feel at home.. in a storage place! Lol but she was very kind offered us some complimentary water and fresh baked cookies. I know where we will be coming back for our moving needs!

I not only have a storage unit here but I also rent an executive suite for my law practice. Susan, the receptionist, takes my clients phone calls and greets them for appointments in the utmost professional manner. Unlike most executive suites, this is not a place where you feel like you just have a space in an empty building. This is real office environment where everyone is encouraged to build working relationships. Additionally, the amenities and support are beyond what is to be expected in an executive suite including availability of office supplies, packaging supplies and food/beverage availability for your customers.The storage facility is state of the art, well lit, well climate controlled, secure and rodent free. I am confident that my storage contents are safe and that my personal safety is not at risk 24/7.

I called several storage facilities in both Hillsborough and Pinellas county to determine what would be best for our move. This was the ONLY location I called that was able to book my storage unit ahead of time and guarantee it would be available, tell me my exact costs (which were very reasonable), prorate my rented unit for the days of the month we will be using it, and the only place that had EXCELLENT customer service from each of the employees I dealt with. The facility is extremely clean and with their available carts and large elevator, things were made easy for us to move into the unit. They even allowed me to make a change to my unit size the day I was moving in. Highly recommend!

The most amazing storage company Ive ever used. After really bad experiences with Extra Space Storage and Public Storage (rates go up dramatically on a 6 monthly basis) it was a such a relief to find a company like Stor-N-More. Their facilities are immaculate and nothing is ever too much trouble. All their staff are very professional and friendly. We use their service that delivers our packages to our unit which is fantastic. I cant say enough good things about them, if you need storage definitely use Stor-N-More.
