There is no doubt that this is the best storage facility for vehicles in the Tampa area. We used them for a summer storage for my college nephews automobile. The intake process was a breeze, the location is ideal for the airport and the billing process was very efficient as well. I highly recommend The Auto Den! We will definitely be using them again.

The Auto Den is amazing. We stored two cars there while we were moving. They were awesome at receiving our cars from out of state. Facility is clean and secure. Everyone we dealt with was amazing to work with. They were friendly and helpful. Definitely a five star facility.

I’m going to attempt to keep this review as brief as possible, but I could go on and on and write a book about these guys. Wow. Awesome. Badass. Those are 3 words that quickly come to mind. I stored 2 cars at The Auto Den while my garage was being remodeled. What was supposed to be a 3 month stay turned into 8 months. I’m particular, demanding, and a bit of a handful - so I’m told. These guys couldn’t have been more accommodating. 5 stars, two thumbs up - I sincerely can’t express in words how impressed I was with their service. If I ever need to store a car in the future there’s no question in my mind where that will be. I can’t recommend them as highly as they deserve to be recommended. Sterling - in particular, you’ve been amazing, but your family seems as nice as you are. Unfortunately for me, I just didn’t have as much experience dealing with them as I did with you. It’s been great seeing you guys grow and expand, and I know you guys have a very bright future. I can’t wait to come see the car lifts you guys said you’ll be installing soon. Auto Den made shipping my car from California to Florida easy, as they accepted the delivery and stored our vehicle all while I was overseas. They arranged for an electronic contract and provided consistent communication and replied to my text/emails/phone calls as well as coordinating with the shipment company on my behalf. Sterling and his partners at Auto Den made everything easy for me while time zones away. If you need to have your vehicle shipped in from out of state and stored-Auto Den is the place to get it done with excellent customer service and professionalism.

Wow! Stop your search. This is the ONLY option for auto storage in Tampa Bay area. Correction, in all of Florida! My mom needed an auto storage solution for her Jeep Grand Cherokee since selling her Florida home. I found the Auto Den through an online search; she made one call and was sold. The guys treated her like royalty and were attentive to her every need as well as the vehicle. I am amazed at the operation they run and the level of service they provide. We stored our daughters car here for a couple months leading up to her birthday surprise. The owners were great communicators and readily available to let us get in/out of the facility. They also coordinated a window replacement and full detailing while the car was stored. Best exterior/interior detail I have seen in a long time. I recommend The Auto Den without any reservations.
