When I get into the office the personal was very kind and helpful of what I was looking for, they showed me the units available and affordable price convenience for my package. We signed up online. The process was very easy. We spoke to Nina over the phone. The interaction with her is what you hope to get from any company. She was courteous, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. It really does make a difference when customer service is a priority. Upon our first visit to the site, we noticed that facility was clean, secure, and well managed. The storage unit itself was also very clean and easy to access. There are a few storage facilities closer to our home, but we are so glad we chose Storquest.

All about location, accessibility and pricing. Lower in cost than several other storage faciliaties I checked out. Just a few minutes from the airport and always quick and easy to get in/out right on the Expressway. Site is kept very clean. Storage there worked very well for me. Nina is the manager and was great to work with. She went above and beyond to service me and that was really appreciated. Storage isnt normally a big item to review but I have to say they are in my opinion the best around in town!

This company does not refund money paid for time not used. If you pay for the storage unit for 2 months but only actually need it for 5 weeks, they won’t refund the pro-rated remainder. And there were cockroaches in the unit as well.

I have had, nothing, but positive experiences with this StorQuest Self Storage facility, at 6207 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa.I began using them, back in December of 2015 and Im so pleased with their customer service, I have increased the size of my storage space with them, over the years.The property manager at the facility, Nina, is attentive, and incredibly efficient, a great administrator. She has always been willing to go above the call of duty, when there have been minor problems.Finding a facility that provides this kind of personalized service is rare and refreshing ~ from collecting packages and forwarding them to my unit ~ to addressing issues with passcodes, off-hour access, and even billing ~ Nina has been exceptional.The location suits my needs perfectly, as it is minutes away from Tampa International Airport and is a convenient stop on my frequent visits to the Florida area.Pulling up to the access gate on my visits, always feels comfortable and never impersonal, like Im visiting a little piece of my home, away from home.

Sign up for a company storage unit and the girls were extremely helpful. I was in/out, with my unit, in about 20 min. They know the business of delivery drivers not wanting to do extra foot work, delivering to storage units and offered to keep the packages in their office of personally delivery it to the unit themselves, which I thought was very considerate. Good job ladies.

The staff is always polite and friendly, Nina makes you feel like an old friend. From the nice cold bottle of water on a hot day, to offering me a ride in the golf cart to my unit at the back of the lot, these guys are all about customer service. Thank-you!!!

I stored my belongings at this facility for approx 7 years. I lived a few states away and never worried about my stuff. The staff was always professional and communicative. I informed them recently I was going to clear my storage unit out and with my permission they cut the lock before I arrived, so it was one less thing I had to worry about. When I did arrive, Nina was BEYOND amazing! She was so helpful and supportive while I was going through my belongings that I hadnt seen in years. I left feeling grateful that I chose StorQuest for my storage needs. Once I pulled off the lot, I was no longer a customer... However, 2 days later, I receive and email from Nina asking if I was ok and made it home safely? I was so touched, what a kind thing to do. I would absolutely recommend StorQuest!! Completed a long term rental last month. A couple issues Id consider minor. After years of torrential downpours, local flooding and extreme temps, our belongings emerged in excellent condition -- save for one wood office desk that incurred expansion due to evident moisture in a back corner. Guess what? Insurance covered it immediately with ZERO fuss.Only other nitpicks were the leaf-blower sending sand under the rollup door. Not much, but noticeable. I understand they are installing new doors and seals soon, so that will be addressed. The exit gate code kiosk forces you to get out of your vehicle too. Unwelcome during rain. Weve endured much worse, however.Best part was service. Things happen. Gates codes fail, etc. Management was right on it and quite helpful at all times. Linda and Nina were a pleasure. In all, a 4-star rating. Solid choice - VERY convenient!

Great location. Easy access. Room to maneuver a vehicle for pick-up or drop-off. Very clean property. The exit experience could be a little easier instead of getting out of your vehicle to enter the security code, they can either eliminate the need to use a code to exit or move the code box closer to the path of exit for your vehicle. In bad weather like rain, you have to access the Box pretty much on foot so you are subject to the elements. I still gladly and give it four and a half out of five for location. Cleanliness. I have been storing here since 2008. This place is well kept and the ladies in the office are always there to help with whatever I need.

Courteous and efficient staff showed a couple of differently sized units before I made my choice.The whole site was clean and well maintained and the entry and exit gates worked without any problems.When I moved my belongings out and closed my account, they were just as pleasant and efficient as when I “moved in”.Overall, they made the hard work of a double house move more bearable.

My cell phone charger broke and the ladies in the office let me charge my phone while I unloaded my truck and provided me a nice cold water bottle! They certainly go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I definitely recommend this facility.

Moved my stuff from Orlando (different storage company) to this facility, and what a difference!! I felt like I was just dealing with family. SO friendly, so accommodating and a very clean place. I stepped in and Armando greeted me with a sincere warmth thats lacking in many places. He showed me everything I needed to know and I was in and out in no time....and an incredible price(best in the area). Next visit I had some issues not storage related (my car battery died back by unit), and the property manager Nina found out and came out without me even asking, and jumped my car! It was a HOT day. Armando came out to assist too. Nina also made me feel at home while I waited in the office for moving help arrive. There are so many good things to say about these two, but if you want great prices, a clean facility, and exceptional customer service...this is the place!!
