Lorie is an amazing Property Manager and extremely helpful. I would not feel comfortable storing my items anywhere else. She makes things Clear, Quick, and Easy when it comes to storing at Metro Self Storage. Amazing place and an amazing staff.

Lori was so resourceful and sweet! She took all precautions COVID-19 related to make me feel comfortable with how the facility is handling day-to-day. The promotion available was explained to me as well as all the amenities offered by the facility. Lori truly made the difference in my first visit to the facility. Highly would recommend based on that initial experience.

I decided to get another storage unit with this store since the one years ago in Lakeland Fl was so good to me. This store is inefficient. My Mom made a payment on my account when I was out of town because I got a notice in the mail. I was not aware that the auto pay was not processed. I emailed the Manager and she email back to get more information about the payment and she never got back to me. So I had to make my payment so my things were not sold at auction which means I paid the late fee when they were supposed to be researching a lost payment. No one is getting back to me as I have contacted the Manager Lori and the District Manager Aaron. I have had no response.

Excellent experience with Lori the manager. Kind, helpful and very good at making you know she cares. Called me back promptly and walked me through the process of booking. Highly recommended.

She was very friendly and chatty. Really made me feel comfortable about the whole process. She also gave us a quick walkthrough to let us visualize the sizes and temperature controlled spaces so we could make sure we wanted the one we signed up for online. She did great in explaining the insurance options too! Very informative and pleasant!The ducks were also pretty cool to see!The rates are affordable and the facility is very secure AND CLEAN. Hours of operation are really good too! Allows for people working any hours to be able to access their things.If I meet anyone that needs storage, I will for SURE refer them to this company.

I went to metro storage today in town n country Tampa and I had such a great experience with customer service I had to share with you. There was 3 units I had to clean out because someone failed to pay there rental fee. there was a lot of stuff in these units and the company I work for came to haul away the materials in these units. Elaine was the manager supervising us while we cleaned out these units and she was so friendly and her hospitality was awesome! The storage units are very nice and well kept. I would recommend this storage facility to store valuable personal stuff because the facility smelled clean and was even climate controlled. security is good too I noticed.

The place has longer hours than others so you can get to your stuff. The price is fine little bit cheaper than the other ones I found. Its always clean no debris or anyting in the the driveways.

We are using this unit for our business and are very pleased with the size and functionality of the unit the MSS has provided. Their service has been excellent (especially Lisa, Laura and Mike) and are quick to take care of any of our needs. We have told others of our experience here and one has already taken a space to rent.Keep up the good work.
