Only because no stars is not an option. Their shop closed 40 minutes early! I arrived to find Mom doing Pops pedicure (sweet but inconvenient for me). They did not come to the door and a paper sign hung on the door that stated “closed early.” Just didn’t seem customer friendly at all from my experience. I will definitely not be revisiting.
Lisa has been my nail tech since I was 19. I love the dedication that she puts forth for each of her customers. I have been to other shops when Lisa wasnt available and was very disappointed . Shes #1 in my book!
The shop is supposed to be open @ 10AM Tuesday-Saturday. This is usually the only place I can go to to get my eyebrows waxed and I have arrived on 3 different occasions right @ 10AM on different weekdays and waited almost an hour because Lisa never arrived on time and all 3 times I had to rush somewhere else so I wasnt able to get my eyebrows waxed. I am absolutely fed up because on the day of my moms wedding, I had to wait an hour for Lisa to arrive and she never did, and then I had to go somewhere else after realizing that Lisa does not even deserve to have her own nail shop. What kind of business owner is she? I am DONE with VIP Nails. DO NOT COME HERE. 10AM means 10AM!!! 10AM does not mean 11:45AM AND LATER!!!!
The only place I will ever go to get my nails done. Tony and Lisa are amazing and I love the work they do.
Uhh I wont be back. They charge over $40 for a pedicure. No wonder the shop was empty at 5 on a Friday afternoon. Lol and they close 10 mins early. Tells me after the fact that callous remover cost additional $10 in addition to my $32 pedicure. Yeah! DO NOT COME HERE.
