DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Horrible Customer Service. Pedicure tools were reused without being sanitized. Staff did not clean chairs, or massage controller, full of filth. If I could rate this place no stars I would. Take your money somewhere else. Cheap powder for acrylic and gel. I went in the first time and asked for gel and paid for gel nails with gel polish, then when I returned I asked for a gel refill and the nail tech told me it was acrylic on my hands not gel. Horrible customer service from the owner/manager!!! She told me she saw nothing wrong with my nails after pointing out the imperfections the final time I went hoping for different results. They are way overpriced. They also let 3 nail techs do one person not just 1 single person will do your nails. So its difficult to say I like how this specific person does my nails. I refuse to go back after the lady rudely yelled at me and told me this was her shop and that she could do whatever she wanted.

They will not fix your nails when they mess them up yet nails are way too thick and not one is shaped right I told the man when he was doing it he didn’t fix it and I had to go to another place the nail tech said they have a bad reputation and she fixes their clients nails often

My mom needed her eyelashes fixed since one was lifting. They pulled the lashes off, let her sit there for an hour and then cussed her and kicked out of the salon with glue on her eye while she was on the phone with me. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Owner and wife both very nasty to me. I was quoted one price over phone, however when i went there I was charged $7 extra. Also they did not polish my nails. So they did incomplete job. Fine I asked for $5 back. Owner agreed but did not give it back. Also facility was dirty. They did not take temperature and should have seated everyone six feet apart. I will be wearing natural nails from now on.

The eyebrow wax was ok but she didnt clean it off good, it was on my eye lids, and a few other areas around my brows.

I went to Hollywoods two weeks ago and got a full set for 28 dollars. Today I went to get a fill and one repair on this same set and they TRIED to charge me 40 dollars. Argued me down when I told them I just got this same full set done and didnt pay that. Then another person who works there begain to argue with me. The sign says 5 dollars for repair and 18+ plus for fill but I never imagined that + would go up to 35 dollars for a fill! Never! I was told to never come back because i was not pleased with that. They constantly go up on the price depending on the person and always have terrible customer service. I see why they continuously lose customers. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Yesterday I came in for a gel manicure with a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure was fine, however the technician destroyed my natural nails. He cut me twice to point where I was bleeding. I had blood mixed in with the nail polish. He broke one of my nails, then tried to super glue it to fix it, he completely ruined the shape of several of my nails when filing. The only thing nice about the shop is the amount of colors you have to choose from. Definitely was my last time going to this shop for any service.

Do not come here. I made an appointment for my wedding nails a week ahead of time, but on arrival had to wait with my maid of honor. They cut my nail wide open (on my left hand). Complained to other clients in front of me, etc.

Not a good place to go to for pedicure. They charged me 48 dollars for just blue and white polish on feet. They say its a mood changer but definitely not it doesnt change at all. They tried to charge my friend $40 for short nails and plan polish. Will not be going back they switch up their prices and are too expensive for something basic.

They were rude and unpolite ans unprofessional. My first experience there was awful they rushed me into a chair I had three people doing my nails which they rushed and drilled into my skin The nails didnt last the paint job was awful. The lady that did the waxing and eyelashes was the worst its not about the customers at all or the quality this is the worst nail shop in Tallahassee. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I received a basic gel pedicure, everything was fine, but my technician did not do a great paint job. But what got me is when I noticed the lady, waxing eyebrows, using an acrylic brush for application on the customer’s face.... Double dipping and all🥴 When she finished...she put the brush back in the makeup container, ready for the next customer🤢 NOT SANITARY at ALL. This happened in March...I hope they throw the wax away before opening back up. 😕

Nails did not turn out like I wanted them . Called an made an complaint about matte color having a staning blue color an ask to get them fixed . I was told thats what i paid for it wasnt a problem when I left .

The service was great. Although the Nail Technician had slightly nipped me on my right big toe, he took care of the bleeding with a solution to stop it. It was a very nice atmosphere. Very calm and relaxing. I will be back in the future.

The polish was done fine by a younger gentleman but the man who filled my nails rushed through and was very aggressive with drilling and buffing my nails. I walked in and he rushed for me to sit down. Even with him rushing a few of my nails are still bumpy. He also cut into my cuticle which left a scab. I will not be returning to this location.

Just how many people nails can you do at once? I had 2 different people work on my nails then a third person will pop up and ask you to pay ! I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. They can be friendly, but I’ve seen when they aren’t. Customer service isn’t consistent. Pricing I notice can sometimes vary so ask the cost prior to services and check the math. I’ve had to correct them before. Most technicians are pretty good. The owners wife does and amazing job on eyebrows! My favorite spot to go. Pricing is pretty cheap for services. Usually always packed, no matter when you go.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I went there to have my lashes done. Within a matter of time the inner part of the eye lifted because it was not placed on properly. She uses 2 types of glue evidently so it was hell trying to get it to come off. I literally went out and bought an adhesive remover to try to assist with the removal of the lashes that had not lifted because she literally had that part glued directly on my lash and eye lid. Even with the adhesive remover my lashes has been pulled out due to the way she put them on. I have never been to a place that has done such poor eyelash work. They would never have to worry about me going back there.

I get so many compliments on my nails. The gel Polish they use is heavy duty polish. Usually my nails would be repainted by me due to weak nail polish at past salons. They also painted my tips!!! Only thing that disappointed me is they wouldnt paint underneath the nail.

My friend came here to get her nails done and they did a wonderful job. . And the staff was highly professional and good at what they do. We recommend this place. Its in a nice new building thats quite comfortable and easy to get to.Thanks Salon.

Im here for work and needed some TLC. Asked the hotel staff for recommendations on a good spa. Hollywood was the response. Lets just say I wish these woman were located in my town. Ive been there twice for nails, brows, and lashes and each time was a different person working with me. Ive been to my share of shops and never I have ever had better results. Ive gotten soqmy compliments on my brows, nails, and lashes. Everyone there does great work

Look ladies Im not from Tallahassee (I live an hour away) so I havent visited many nail salons that direction, but this just so happens to be the best Ive ever been to. Ive never felt so pampered before lol. The staff was extra nice as well. Not to mention the pricing is terrific! I believe they have gained a regular customer out me today (totally worth the hour drive)!

I have been going to this nail shop for 3 years straight. They are a bit slow and rude but the eyebrows are wonderful. The wife is the nastiest of them all. I got a fill and in two days the polish chipped. I came back for repaint not refund and she told me no and called the cops. After 3 years tipping of Tom after every service she treated me like someone off the streets. When the police arrived I told him he was here for me and I explained to him I wasnt leaving because I didnt do anything. Her husband didnt want to trespass me but she did because she rather lose a loyal customer than repaint my nails. A lot of customers took my side and explained to the officer that I was very respectful and didnt cause any disruptions. I honestly suggest you all go to another nail shop because obviously they only want your money they dont care about you.... Very rude and unprofessional... While a customer Ive seen them call the police on a lot of customers for no reason never thought it would happen to me. Its the wife the husband isnt so bad but hes controlled by her so of course hes going to listen.

I recently got my nails done and it was rushed through and my fingers were cut up badly due to the man rushing. Lady who painted my nails rushed also and did a horrible job. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Also when I took my acrylic nails off my real fingernails started to bleed super bad.

I didnt like everything about this establishment. The nail tech was rude and unprofessional. He told my sister that she should go to the same nail tech she saw before and not try new people after she asked him to file her middle nail down because it was too long. He said that will be $3 because I already finished your nails. By finished he meant he dusted the acrylic particles off. She had not washed her hands yet. He then began complaining to her about filing her nails and shaping them all the same. He stood up and kept yelling louder until I simply said if you wont fix it we will wait for someone else to do it or we will leave. He kept yelling and she ignored his rant. She asked another tech to finish the job he started and she did a great make up for his mistakes. Overall I was waiting to get my nails polished but after her treatment and the other customers in the salon that felt the same way I decided to not patron this business at all ....ever! They lost a potential customer before they gained one.

Very popular, prepare to wait for Eyelash and eyebrow technician. Shes really good, books during the day quickly 30+ min wait depending on the service youre getting. Wait is not bad for pedicure and nails services.

I went on Saturday the 2nd of January and I was one of the first ones there! I was told that they are a very popular nail shop and that they become crowded real fast. When I got there I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. My Pedicure was awesome she used new tools and she threw them in the trash as she finished. She politely took my purse over to the nail tech desk and she hung it up for me. The service with the nail teach was awesome. He did not cut me at all and he made sure that nothing was deformed on my nails. He talked to me through the whole process and made me feel very welcomed. Also the prices are very reasonable, 20 for a full set 20 for a pedicure and 12 for two fingers with rhinestones. Next time I will be trying their eyelashes!

When I first started going there, they were very nice and helpful. Over time I have noticed a lot of things that has pushed me to another nail salon here in town. Not properly sterilizing instruments, or the pedicure bowl that dozens of people put their feet into daily. Someone will start on your nails and they will switch you to someone else, if someone else walks in, to finish, so your left hand may not look like your right hand. Observing very poor customer service skills to paying clients (owners being very rude) . My final straw was when my cuticle was cut and was bleeding a bit and the woman handed me a nail polish remover soaked cotton ball and told me to hold it on there. Ive washed my hands with this place.

These people who have rated Hollywood nails poorly must have lost their minds. It was nothing short of perfect. I tried Hollywood nails because usual place was closed and after my experience I will now be a regular at Hollywood nails! The staff is nice and really puts in effort takes there time rather than rushing through it like too many nail salons are accustomed to doing! Thank you so much! I cant wait to come back in two weeks!!!

This service is horrible and the employees are rude. The price is not worth the quality of the work also. My nails messed up twice which was my fault and they fixed it with an attitude. The third time I didn’t mess it up but I noticed that they didn’t put a clear coat over my nails and when I was trying to tell an employee this she said “No I’m not fixing it. We’re closed and I’m tired of you. Come back in the morning.”

The was a guy here named D that used to do my nails perfectly. This most recent time I was told he moved to Chicago so reluctantly I let another gentleman do my nails... I had a funny feeling and DIDNT return for a refill went to another location and once the polish was removed all the nails were lifting after two weeks... The words of my new nail location Hollywood no good... in and out not always good your nail look bad lifting mind you I was told several customers from Hollywood were coming there for better service. Hollywood is unsanitary as well as Ive seen the lady that waxes eyebrows use the same wooden stick on more than one woman and the way she applies lashes doesnt look sanitary. If you want quick horrible unsanitary service this is your place.

Used to be wunderful, but now is taking forever! They are quick to put you in a chair, but then disappear. I chose the basic pedi to save time this time, but still sat for 25 minutes before pedi began while a client who arrived after me was being taken care of. After 1.5 hours, had to tell them to stop so I could get back to work. Leaving now with wet toes, no topcoat and hands untouched. Wont be back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went because I heard they had better prices than most places and that’s true but1. I wasn’t super happy with how my nails looked, not bad, but ther were some parts that bugged me.2. I GOT NAIL MOLD AND NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE DERMATOLOGIST TO GET RID OF IT!! apparently this is because they used not totally clean tools and they didn’t do a. good job applying the acrylic to my nails properly so there was a pocket which let in water and bacteria. i am LIVID. i have been getting acrylics for 4 years and this has never once happened to me. will be going in to ask for my money back.

Several people say they know Hollywood is below average regarding customer service but they are competitively priced so they maintain their clientele. I was lied to, disrespected, embarrassed, threatened, and ridiculed all on a lunch break for an afternoon fill. Before I pulled up, I called to ask what the price would be for a fill with coffin shaped nails and a broken nail. I was told $24. When I arrived, I was not greeted or even acknowledged and this was not a busy day; in fact, it was a mundane Thursday afternoon. Once I spoke, I was told to have a seat at one of the booths. There was no rapport at all. I asked for a polish that they recently had and the OWNER very brashly exclaimed whatever you see is what we have and went back to waxing eyebrows. They switched my nail tech in the middle of the service (guessing this was done to speed up service, but once again the shop was nearly empty) Once my nails were drilled and my hands were washed, they asked me if I could pay now. I said sure, $24 right? The new tech said no, its $30. I said no, I called from the parking lot and was told $24, how did that change once I got my nails done? The tech that originally did my nails (who was also the man that answered the phone when I called) walked over and said your nails are long (they arent at all, and he actually made them even shorter with his drill) so Itll be $30 Shocked, I stated, there is $24 on this card bc thats what you told me the price was; anything more than that will overdraft my account(not true but its the principle). So, Id appreciate if youd honor the price you quoted me on the phone. He said ok Ill run it for $24. Upon return, the card was run for $30. He slammed the receipt down and said, now sign it! I said why would you purposely run my card for $30 when I told you it would overdraft me & when you agreed to run it for $24? He said I told you it was $30. I said, even your prices posted on the board state that youre over charging me at $30; Im not signing that receipt. He said if you dont want to pay the extra money, you can leave and we wont be painting your nails. I said Im fine with signing at the agreed upon price as we discussed; and why are you trying to embarrass me and kick me out? He said you shouldve come with more money I STOOD THERE SHOCKED DISGUSTED AND APPALLED. As I stood there he said you know what, Ill give you the $6 back in cash if you can sign the receipt for the $30. I said ok, go get the cash please bc youve already bait and switched me before. He went and got the cash and held it in his hand. I said put it on the table. I signed it and quickly took the money and he asked to see my ID. I asked why? he said bc I need to see it to verify this is your card. I showed it to him and he asked to hold it. I said no. He said, im going to call the police bc you stole my $6. I said, Ill call them myself and proceeded to call as I had time today. He mumbled its always the dark girls and I lost my mind and asked him to loudly repeat himself for the other black women patrons who LITERALLY keep their doors open paying for lashes, eyebrows, elaborate designs, gel, pedis, acrylics etc. I asked the cops to come immediately. When twelve arrived, I told them my side and they instantaneously agreed with me and stated Hollywood nails frequently had complaints such as this so he wasnt shocked. He told me to leave and not return per the owner. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. NO WOMAN, ESPECIALLY WOMEN OF COLOR SHOULD VISIT HOLLYWOOD!!!

I came here to get my nails done after church only because my nail shop is closed on Sunday. It was HORRIBLE!! The nail tech was very rude. He told me that I should make sure I go to the same nail tech and not go to new people. He got mad about fixing my nails after he did the fill, I asked him to cut and make nails the same shape and size and he refused and told me it didnt matter that I was paying he was not going to fix. I was very upset and just waited for someone else to finish. I will never go back. The owner allowed him to be rude and unprofessional and didnt say anything or apologize for his rude actions.

I came to get a pedicure and the technician talked to me the entire time so much that she forgot several steps to my pedicure including the massage.... I called later to tell the owner how bad my experience was... he told me to come in for a complimentary pedicure...when I was ready to come in I called and spoke with the owner and he said that was fine to come in and they would give me my pedicure... when I showed up he was not there and the woman called and asked him about it.... she then told me that they could do half price but was not going to give me the pedicure complimentary when I had just spoke to the owner less than 2 hours prior!!!! Bad business bad customer service and I will never go back there!!!!!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Been coming here for a while now and the customer service has always been bad but it’s bearable. Last time I came I got coffin shaped nails with gel polish, eyebrows and toes done with acrylic on both my big toes for $70. I came this time and got the same nails and no acrylic on my toes and was charged 73 and it was done by the same person and when I asked about the price he acted like he couldn’t speak English. My nail split in half just 2 days after getting it done because the acrylic is way too thin and my polish is not done good either. Came in today to get my nail fixed and after being told there’s a 30 minute wait time people that came in after me were getting treated first so I asked again and was given the rudest attitude rather than just answering my question she talked to me like I was her child. If I was not a child of God I would’ve drug her through that shop. SAVE YOUR MONEY

This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get a SIMPLE NAIL REMOVAL, and they ripped my nails, tore the top layer off causing my pinky nail bed to bleed and caused more pain than necessary. This was my very FIRST and LAST time ever going to this establishment. Also I told the nail tech repeatedly that it was hurting and I literally had to snatch my hand and instruct her to soak them off. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

1st time there and I will never go back. The customer service is awful. The place is dirty. I got a manicure and the tech barely shaped my nails, cut 2 of my fingers (like blood), and the polish is uneven so the gel is raised and I can see the streaks in the polish. The tech didnt even clip my hangnail or lotion my hands. I was prepared to get my toes done too but 5ninutes into my manicure, I had seen enough to make me change my mind and regret going there in the first place.
