I came as a walk-in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! It is nice and they do a great job for a reasonable price.

I went in there with my better half, and it was amazing. Deff recommend going here. Friendly staff, and just felt great. I will be trying to do this atleast once a month.

So I don’t really leave reviews but I was really unhappy with my service. The nail tech came straight from Publix at 4:05pm when my appointment was at 4:00pm, out her bags down and started my filing my nails but I think with covid it would have been nice for her to wash or sanitizer her hands. She did not make sure the nails were even on both hands, some are longer than others. The underneath was thick and jagged. The paint is not smooth I can see brush strokes. She talked to co-workers the whole time so it was hard to relax. I felt very anxious the whole time and unfortunately they don’t even look good.

Nails were good but cut me and were very rude to me for no reason. I put my feet in the wrong spot i guess and the person doing my nails yelled at me “DONT PUT YOUR FEET THERE”. i got my toe cut bad and it was bleeding so if you don’t like getting yelled at or getting cut i don’t recommend going here. VERY unprofessional.

My sister and I took our 92 year old mom in for a pedicure last week (09/2020). We thought this would be a fun event to enjoy with her. It was anything but fun. My mom and my sister were both cut (not big cuts but who wants that?), my nail tech was on and off her cell phone 3-4 times interrupting my pedicure. She was not thorough as I still have rough skin in a couple places. They all laughed and talked with each so loudly that my sister, mom and I could not enjoy our time together. The one positive thing I can say is that my polish looks nice. We wont go back.

I love this place! The massage chairs are the best in town. Almost as good as getting a massage. The staff is professional and do a terrific job on nails and waxing. The prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed when you try them out.

Five stars for my Girl Kim!! I went in for a gel manicure and she did a fantastic job! We were able to get a last minute appointment on Sunday. Kim did my nail manicure and chatted with myself and my friend. She did an amazing job on my nails and I will be back again to see her!!!

Ok, I tried this place again because it close to my home (less than two miles) I went in for a pedicure when she got ready to paint my toes she grabbed old paper towels form that she used on someone else, when I told her it looked used because it had paint on it the owner and my pedicurist both caught an attitude. The previous time the guy I had put two very thin coats of polish on my nails I asked if he could put another coat he said we do two that enough!! Please bring your own toe separators and nail polish. They all started talking in their language and started laughing. If I could I would rate this place a zero!!

Ive been here a few times and I really like how my nails come out. I usually go with the gel polish and pricing wise, theyre really worth it in my book. Id call and make an appointment with them since theres no promises that there will be openings when you walk in. The staff knows what theyre doing and there nice and friendly as well.

My experience here was great! The gal that did my nails did a wonderful job! The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and accommodating! They were able to get me in super quick which was a bonus! I will absolutely be back!

Excellent job! I came in a little hesitant at first due to a previous experience that had not gone so well but, Kim took care of me and I loved the end result! I will be returning to her as my new nail tech. I look forward to seeing her again!

Ive been patronizing this business for years and am disappointed to see they have a negative review, as Ive never been treated poorly and usually ask for Julie, who I believe is the owner/manager. After moving away from the area I continue to make the trip to this salon because they go the extra mile to do a good and thorough job. There is a language barrier but it has never been a problem having them understand what I want.Based on my experience of trying to find a comparable salon within my area (northeast Tallahassee/Thomasville), I would say they are easily the best choice.

The owner did my nails and I loved it! I am a very picky person and usually I am not pleased after getting my nails done. She did a very good job and made sure her job was on point and presentable. Definitely will go back!

It isnt the fanciest place in town, but it was very clean, and Hannah did a great job in my opinion. Im 8 months pregnant, so mostly came for the foot massage, but did the pedi/mani combo, which was $35 before tip. I was very impressed with how careful she was when grooming my feet and hands, and she didnt cut me or trim my nails too short, which is a pet peeve of mine at the more inexpensive nail salons. I got a simple sheer polish with a pink tint, but am happy with everything I had done, and my feet feel very refreshed.

I went in with a group of people bc we were all bridesmaids and that treated us poorly. Wait time was short. The person who did my nails was told just painting and got mad. She messed up one of my nails on purpose and refused to fix it. My other people had complained about them laughing and talking about all of them. They started to speak there language to talk bad about us. The lady who did mine caught attitude with me and said I told her to do glitter on every finger but the other bridesmaid heard me say just one finger. The person who did some one who wasn’t in the wedding was absolutely nice and offered to fix my nails but we were fixing to leave so there was no point. I had to go to another place for them to do it right. NEVER GO HERE HORRIBLE PLACE

My lady is so good that I followed her when she changed salons. Now I have to drive across town, but its definitely worth it.

Best Nail Salon in Tallahassee and best prices! A bit of a drive but SO worth it. My technician went above and beyond delivering the perfect pedicure Ive ever had and wax. I will only be going to this place for my nail and waxing needs in the future. Seriously.

Wait staff was very friendly. Gel Nail Polish, lifted and peeled off in a weeks time. I feel that some kind of primer should have been used first. The pedicure was great, sitting in those massage chairs while they worked on my tootsies was so relaxing we didnt want to leave. We called ahead and made an appointment was taken to our pedi chair immediately upon our arrival.

This nail salon was amazing! They do wonderful jobs (if you see Julie. Everyone else wasnt as great as her) Ive had the nails on for one month straight and no fill-in and they were still in good shape. The nails were beautiful and even and i couldnt ask for anything better. The shop is gorgeous and very clean. I recommend this place for everyone. It will not get any better than Julie.

I have been to several nail facilities around the Tallahassee area. This was my first visit to Elegant Nails. It was 5:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We called to ask what time they closed and the lady that answered the phone said 6. She asked what it was that we were interested in having done and when we told her 2 people both manicure and pedicure she said if we come now, it was no problem to get us in. They took their time and we had awesome manicures and pedicures. The ladies were awesome and had us laughing. We had a blast. The pedicure chairs were leather. All of them had a massage feature built in. This will be my manicure and pedicure place from now on.

This was my first time coming here and my nails look perfect. I got an sns manicure and for once they arent super thick (which causes them to break). Defiantly coming back.

Im fairly used to most of the employees at this salon being stand-offish, with the exception of a few. I went here a few days ago for a pedicure. The chair was mostly torn fabric (and its the one closest to the door!). The foot bath was barely lukewarm. And the guy who did my nails was beyond surly. Seemed quite angry, barely did any massage work, did not even meet my eyes when I paid (including tip!) and thanked him with a smile. This place is so conveniently located for me, but I wont be going back. Refusing to have that one guy do my nails would just alienate the rest of them so whats the point? (The guy working on the woman next to me did a wonderful job on her feet and nails and was friendly, so it is basically luck of the draw as far as personnel.)

I used to go to Elegant Nails years ago when Vince and Vicki owned it and the service was top notch. Went in the other day and the service was horrible, my toes are a mess and my manicure was mediocre at best. Stay away!!

Julie gave me an amazing gel manicure & pedicure! The staff was very welcoming & the salon was clean. Ill definitely be going back regularly.

It took 30 minutes just to get a polish change on my toes. And on top of that there was still parts of my toes that didn’t get polished. When I went to say something the man became aggravated because I spoke about my nails not being polished correctly

Worst place ever! Went and got my eye brows done and the wax was super hot (burned my eye lids). My eye brows were crooked and different shape! I highly recommend not going!!

The staff were very nice, but I didnt get near what I should have for my money. I spent $80 (15 in tip) for two eyebrow waxes, two manicures (1 with gell nails and the other no polish). I didnt even get lotion for my hands after all the chemicals. Full service manicure price without the typical service. My gel nails were not the color I picked out due to not enough coats and color was uneven and didnt cover the tips of my nails. When I pointed this out I was told it was supposed to be this way. I have been getting gel poilish for about a year and kniw this is not accurate. The eyebrows did turn out nice. My regular salon was closed and I guess I am spoiled by them.

I was very disappointed call the heads to make sure that have room for me because I was in a hurry she said yes I told her Id be there between 20 and 30 minutes she managed to get me in as I come in the door she put the acrylic on my nails and let me sit for over a half an hour before she did anything else to my nails very poor service very poor attitude will never go back no rating from me
