I have been coming to Villa since they opened and it has been a dream! Nikki is my absolute favorite! All the technicians do a great job but I’ll take Nikki every time! She’s quick and professional and always exceeds my expectations.The salon is always clean and I always feel refreshed when I leave. Sorely disappointed in the attitude of anti blackness and the expectation that I should just be satisfied with what they did. I didnt correct the man during my pedicure just trying to enjoy the experience but I could clearly see the poor quality of work on my hands and expressed my desire for him to ensure powder was on my entire nail. Pictures below are after the lady corrected his work but even she was unwilling to finish my cuticles neatly. Rather than fix them she said she just wouldnt charge me. I should have expected this when an elder Black woman was expressing her dissatisfaction about their rudeness when I arrived.

This was my first time here. I will be back. I was not disappointed. They took their time with me and let me know what the prices was before doing anything. Love the quality of the work.

I love Nikki she is absolutely amazing. I have tried Pro Nails and Coco Nails with highs and lows. But Nikki here at Villa is a dream. I have had 100% great experiences with her. I do also come for pedicures and can say this place is wonderful and reasonably priced. I always leave with stunning results. Get an appointment if you try, and love Nikki. She books up fast! Everyone else has always been wonderful but full disclosure Ive just not had anyone else work on them. I get the $45 pedicure. I sometimes add Gel which is $20. Ive tried both the basic pedicure $27 and the next step up $35 all pedicures represent their price and you get what you pay for.

I wanted a design on my nails and could not have been more happy with it! They look exactly like the inspo picture if not even better. Nicki did my design and was awesome, but everyone else was also kind and professional! Definitely recommend especially if you want nail art!!

First time trying this nail salon. Within two days, 6 of my nails had cracked or chipped. The photo was taken less than a week after getting dip powder which should usually last over two weeks. During my appointment my technician talked to her coworker the entire time and ended up painting a different color than I had asked for. Very disappointed with the quality and now will have to pay for tips since most of my real nails snapped.

Most amazing experience I have ever had! I brought my 3 year old daughter everyone was patient with her and myself! They took their time to make sure we both felt so welcomed. Villa Nails is a good salon. I always get a pedicure and a gel polish change on my finger nails. That said, FO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. The nail tech ruined my eyebrows. They are not symmetrical at all. I told her three times they were wrong and she just kept shoving the mirror in my face and saying done.

The service was excellent. Our party of three really enjoyed our pedicures. Everyone was very professional & courteous. I highly recommend Villa Nail Spa!!

I always get my pedicures and manicures done here! The spa is very clean, the pedicure is worth it because they put in effort to make it special with scrubs and masks. Theyre very detail oriented when it comes to shaping and filing and getting everything perfect. I was in a time crunch yesterday and they accommodated me by doing the manicure at the same time of the pedicure which I really really appreciated. Thank you so much!

My 1st visit was spectacular. 3 weeks ago I was a walk in and seated within 10 minutes with John. He did a great job!!! He removed my old set no problem no pain. Completed a beautiful new white tip gel set with design. Pedi was awesome too!Today was my 2nd visit and it was horrible. Seated quick for toe nail polish change. Also asked to remove set & manicure my natural nails. Some really young girl came over, rushed pulling off my set tearing off my natural nails. It was very painful. I asked her to get someone else but she acted as if she didnt understand English. I asked the older gentleman doing my daughters pedi next to me if he would tell her what Id said. She still continued. My toe polish looks horrible. She broke several nails on feet & hands, filed shape dont match, and charged me $62! For what!!? I will NEVER LET HER NEAR ME EVER AGAIN! I do like the shop but I will only go to John, Tony, or Alex from now on. The older Asian techs still take pride & good customer service. The younger Asian techs...dont care, no pride, argumentative, in a dang rush causing poor experiences & poor quality. I have to get them redone soon as they heal.

I went to have one nail repaired and told him it was just an acrylic he refused my business. I guess because it was getting close to their closing time. What a waste of time and I called before I showed up. If you don’t want to make money don’t open a business

These nail salons get a little business and forget how to treat people. I’ve come to their establishment multiple times and received horrible customer service. My last trip was just unacceptable. I asked for a simple toe polish change and they sat me in a chair and said nothing to me for over 10 minutes while someone else came in after me for a pedicure and she received service the SECOND she sat in her chair. UNFAIR and UNACCEPTABLE. Won’t be back to this snobby place who picks and chooses who they decide to help.

This is my second time going the first time was better, this time was HORRIBLE! I asked the lady for a cut down and when she did it all my nails were slanted. I politely asked why were the slanted and she said thats how I do it but when I file it they will be straight. Well after she filed them they were still slanted and I said maam my nails are slanted now and not all the same length she then said you not happy go over there he will help you he was the manager but wasnt much better he rushed through the polish and polished a black speck in my light colored nails I asked him can he fixed it and he act pissed off mind you he was supposedly the manager. He acted as if I inconvenienced him because I wanted better service. Wont go back! They dont care about customers!

Pedicure too soft on the toe nails, is supposed to be relaxing but also to clean the nail deeply in my opinion. But the guy was just kind of pretending to clean the nails.Acrylic full set, excellent done!

No sanitation taken or seen during my appointment. Sat in the same chair as the previous customer without any sanitary wipes or spray. Also... the nail tech did not listen to my request. Filed my anil all the way down, mind you I walked in with a nice length. Let alone having an appointment and then having to wait 20 minutes. Pedicure was short 25 minutes and manicure was short as well. Go somewhere else more bang for your buck and they are safe.WILL NOT BE BACK AND DO KOT RECOMMENWD.

My gel mani/pedi was nicely done but be aware: Gel on pedicures is an extra $20. My daughter got dipped nails and wasn’t extremely pleased with her technician’s craftsmanship: adding a tip on dipped nails which defeats the purpose; not leaving the nails under long enough making them sticky and smudged.

I didn’t get my tech’s name. But she did an AMAZING job on my nails. It started raining. I forgot my umbrella and she walked me to my car! So nice! Will definitely be going again.

This place is amazing, they take you in right away, the nail tech John is amazing, I got a full ombré set and a pedicure, I was treated like royalty, everyone is very professional and friendly. John took his time with my pedi nice hot water, a massage on the chair I was so relaxed. Great experience Definitely recommend and will return. I was overcharged at check out to ensure a tip was given. I had a $27 pedicure with gel polish and was told at check out that the total was $47. I then watched the cashier give my nail tech a tip. I was the last customer so it was pretty obvious.

My Girlfriend and I came here, well she comes often and this is my second time, but both of my experiences were great. So great, I fell asleep while getting them done. I’m a guy so it’s not common I get them done, but with the staff and experience we had, I’ll come back as much as needed. This place is great!

There have been a few times that mine turned out pretty bad. Everyone there gives GREAT pedicures though! Facility very nice, modern and clean!

Loved this salon! They were one of VERY few salons open on Labor Day so I decided to give it a shot because I was desperate to fix my nails. I called around and they were the most reasonable out of all the places that were open ($30 for a gel manicure, $35 with tip)I was greeted kindly and seated as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the space was pretty, they had nice spa music on and a TV a great color selection for gel!The girl who did my nails was very friendly and did a great job. Overall the manicure lasted about 35 minutes which seemed to be pretty quick to me, most places I’ve gone for a gel Mani have last 45-60minutes but regardless I’m happy with my nails!Update from 10/23 : I came here again today after about a year for a full set gel manicure with the design and I am completely obsessed with my nails! I totally meant to ask for the nail techs name but I didn’t catch it. Regardless she was super nice very attentive and my nails look perfect, exactly like the picture I showed her. I definitely want to continue coming here.

Edit: when Villa first opened it was amazing. Ellie was fantastic and knew what I wanted before I could even think of it. Shes fantastic.Fast forward almost 2 years, the gentleman, which is a very loose word not only discriminated me based on my work clothes, but when I specifically stated to NOT RIP off my acrylic he said sure and what then proceeds to happen. He Ripped them! I did try to stop him, by stating it hurt and that isnt a soak off buy he was like its fine. He basically said girls go through pain for Beauty. My acrylics I had from my previous state could do a better job than this Male who told me basically to let him do his job. Sir, I only asked you to shape them so I wouldnt have claws like some feral animal. I know Ellie is still there and if I ever decide to go back, I will be requesting her. Moral of this review ladies, stay away from the guy who cant do a decent job in a nail salon. He sits towards the front and answers the phone in the mornings.

I’ve gone many times to villa, but this last time i got designs and paid $70 for my nails for one to break the next day and another the day after, not doing anything out of the ordinary, walked in to see if they could fix it, asked if i could come back in 4 hours and i understand they’re busy but i already made the tome out of my schedule earlier in the week and paid a lot of money to have them doneprobably just lost a customer and all the friends that i’ve sent their way

Been going here for a few months. Ellis and his wife are the owners and very nice. Ellis normally does my nails and he does an excellent job. I usually get the dip over my natural nails.

I am a regular here but after today, I WILL NOT be returning. I came at exactly 4:55pm to get ONE nail fixed and didn’t leave the salon until 6. That is absolutely ridiculous! After waiting 30 minutes, the male owner asked me to come back tomorrow. I told him if I leave, I’m not returning. So 10 minutes later, his wife starts to fix my nail, but returns back to her customer that came AFTER me WITHOUT an appointment. I never thought I would have to wait so long to get one nail fixed! I found this extremely unprofessional and I won’t be returning!

The BEST Nail Spa in Tallahassee! I have been to dozens of nail salons in Tallahassee, and this is the best one. I always go to Elly, and she does an amazing job every time! Everyone there is professional, friendly, and very nice. The prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is relaxing and everything is very clean. This is the only nail salon that I will visit, and they always exceed my expectations EVERY TIME. Definitely will be voting for them for best nail salon in town!

I have lived in Tallahassee for 10 years and have been searching for a great nail salon and not just an average nail salon. I finally found it this past Sunday at Villa Nail Spa. From the warm greeting to fast service to the final product. Everything was 5 stars. Alex and Cindy took really good care of my mom and I. Hopefully the service and experiences will be just as great as the first because I’m beyond satisfied with my decision to give Villa Nail Spa a try. I can’t wait to go back in for my fill in! The services we received was deluxe pedicures, full set gel nails, eyebrows, lip and chin waxing. Highly recommend!

This place is everything you would hope for when you go to a nail salon. Excellent customer service! Whoever the interior decorator is... they deserve a bonus! Beautiful establishment, wonderful people, and excellent work. The only issue was my seat. It felt flat and I kept sliding a bit. Other than that, a wonderful experience.

Today I thought I would have the pleasure of becoming a regular customer at this nail salon. However, this wasn’t the case . At the beginning of the appointment everything was going smoothly and the nail tech was polite and I thanked her for it. However, when she started doing my nails and when I told her I wanted them long she began to make a hard sigh. She kept sighing and saying ughh these long nails. Then she begin to file and drill my nails roughly. So rough that my finger started to bleed. Then I asked her to be a little more gentle she smiled and nodded. Then she began to file my nails aggressively again. So at this point I just asked for another nail tech who also had an attitude. I originally came to the salon for Elly but she was booked. All in all, moral of the story is to not go to this salon unless you want to be in pain,disrespected, or disregarded. I spent 60 today just for nails and toes and in the end it wasn’t even worth it. This place needs to be shut down!

Not to sound dramatic, but this was one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten in AWHILE. I am 36 weeks pregnant and had a rough day and my nail tech was so attentive and nice. I came in kind of late and he didn’t rush and paid close attention to detail. Will definitely be back! And the price was great, too!

Cindy and Anna were very pleasant. I even had an issue with my nail and Cindy fixed it before I left. I left my book on the desk and a gentleman who worked they made sure to bring it out. The staff is very nice and kind.

Everything was great! The staff was nice, it smelled great, they got me right in, and the prices were excellent! I only gave 4 stars because during my pedi, she only exfoliated my right leg only. Service was impressive enough to me, though, because this small thing could have been easily corrected if I had just mentioned it. I look forward to my next trip to Villa Nail Spa. :)

I’ve been in tally for almost three years now, so I’ve tried just about every nail shop. Villa nail spa is by FAR the best! They’re super clean, professional, and prompt! They are also are reasonably priced in my opinion because you’re not only paying for the service, but for the experience— and they deliver! You get free drinks (non-alcoholic!) during your visit, which is a plus! Everyone should ditch their run down, overpriced nail shops and come to villa nail spa!

Read the one star reviews and believe them. This place is horrible!!! My nails are too thick, my nails are different lengths and the nail tech made me bleed. Not only that, the man who is always in the front made me very uncomfortable by asking me what did I want done, did I know how much that was going to cost. He offered everyone else a drink, but I didn’t get offered one. He picked up a client to do their nails, sat them next to me and when I got done he got up and made sure that I paid, thus leaving the guest unattended. I’ve never been so upset and disappointed with a nail salon in my life.

First time visiting here, and I asked for a simple natural looking ombré pink and white. I’m a pretty upfront person so I made sure to indicate to Alex the nail shape and thickness. He was tending to three guests at the time so he was rushing on all three of us. 4/10 of my nails were crooked and 10/10 were fat, and thick. I politely asked if he would narrow them out and even out the length (several times as he is running back and forth between guests). After seeing that he wouldn’t be able to fix my nails, he rudely tells me to get up and go sit in one of his coworkers’ chairs and said one of the ladies would assist me. The first woman was on her way out of the door, and the second was with a guest. She got up from her current guest and completely fixed my nails. Alex got up and asked me if this was my first visit with them, to which I responded yes. He then continued to say, “Don’t come back here, I can’t do your nails.” Definitely don’t come here to visit with Alex, if you do come, ask for one of the ladies who were very polite and gave me $15 off of my service !

Had a horrible experience with my pedicure. Its not my 1st time coming here however everytime I book an appointment they tell me to come only to find the place full. I ended up having to wait 10 minutes. The last two times I went for my pedicure Ive been getting the new guys even though Im very specific with who I want. They are horrible. My pedicure was rushed, i ended up paying for a service i didnt get. I had to file my own nails because the guy was really bad. Again the ladies have the best customer service. I dont think I will be going back for my pedicures because Im always frustrated regardless of appointment booked.

I do not get nail service often. However, I thought it was simply alright, nothing spectacular. The facility is very nice. I went in for a mani/pedi and the staff member I had clipped me 3x, twice on my hands and once on my toe. Bleeding happened. I understand that happens sometimes when caring for nails, but there shouldve been more care. I noticed the person wasnt as attentive as the other staff members. At one point, I felt neglected and given no indication my service was over.

Cute establishment, nice employees, the man who did my nails did exactly what I asked, even introduced me to gel nail polish, poor guy was busy running around but still managed to do an exceptional job on my nails..
