I will not return to this place! On 7.16.21 the nail tech (older woman with gray hair on top only) accidentally stuck a sharp metal instrument too deeply on the side of my nail bed! I immediately reacted and told her that she was hurting me. She apologized and I allowed her to continue. At this time, towels were too hot and stones were too hot, as well. I told her each time. I left there with a little pain in my big toe due to the instrument. Well, two days later I called to inform them that my toe was throbbing, swollen, and seeping pus and blood. They asked me to come show them. I drove 17 miles on a Sunday with 3 kids in tow to prove my injury. When I came in that same nail tech asked if I was the one who called (she knew what was going on). They asked me to sit in a Pedi chair while a different tech tried to fix my toe. I allowed them to apply two things to clean my wound before realizing that they were trying to cajole me into denying the injury. I kept saying to just refund the money. The new tech started fussing at the old tech in their native tongue (how rude as they speak good English!). I asked for the manager. A man came over and said that I had an ingrown nail. How would he know when he didnt service me. I had to ask for a refund several times. He yelled at the lady who injured me and finally refunded my money. The tech apologized profusely to me and the man. See pics of my toe which is still injured (7.26.21)...

I was very happy with my experience here! I’m new to acrylic nails and Wendy did an amazing job. She was detailed and did her work in a timely manner. The overall salon was very clean and tidy. I will be happily returning for future visits!

No!! Avoid this place.The owner attempted to do my pedicure while working with 2 other clients and answering every phone call. She did not speak to me beyong pick color. No clipping offered. I am handicapped and was there for help! She haphazardly applied polish. No top coat. I was left for 30 minutes while she helped others. I finally ask another tech if I am finished. She says sure, go.I am charged for an upgraded pedicure that I did NOT receive. I leave and the polish is still wet so my pedicure is ruined on the ride home. I call back to complain, same mgr responds withI sure you mess up. Well no!! YOU said I was finished. Plus one nail is painted on crooked. Is that my fault too!! Horrible customer service.BTW, while I was there two customers were also returning with complaints. AVOID!!!

I’m hurt by this. I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I always call ahead and tip, sometimes I even bring cookies. How in the world do you all of a sudden charge me $40 for a fill? My sister called afterwards and was quoted $18 for her fill. It’s unbelievable to me that they would take advantage of a good customer. I’m not going back.

I went today and they messed up my eye brows!!!! My nail polish is all clogged up and uneven! My bottom of my feet are still rough! What did I pay for? I will be going back for them to fix it or give me my money back!!Worst eye brow job I’ve ever had! Horrible! Avoid

Went there on a Saturday. Met by someone at the door and asked could I come back in 30 minutes. No explanation as to why. Sat in my truck to see if this would happen to anyone else. Others went and came. Wondered what this could have.been about. She asked could I come back tomorrow and I told her no. I have been going to this place whenever I got my feet done. I want ever go again and I definitely want tell others to go. Not professional and I felt some kind of way when I was asked to come back in 30 and then saw another lady along with someone else who went in and did not come back out.

The people working here are professional and friendly. My nails look great, I had the dip with matching color on toes.

First time Ive visited since new ownership, and I was very pleased! The leg/foot massages lasted extra long, and the results of my pedicure were beautiful. When I got home, I fell in my driveway and ruined my pedicure. I called (AFTER closing time) to see if I could come get the polish used so I could try to touch it up myself (because I was leaving the next morning on vacation), and not only did the owner wait on me, but she redid my toenails! Wow! EXCELLENT service! Thank you, and I will definitely be back!

As an older person I no longer like doing my toenails. I found this establishment close to home 2 years ago & have been treated with great treatment & courtesy. Highly recommend it for women & men.

Seems like people either love this place or hate it. Maybe its according to who does your nails. It was Not a good experience for me. It was painful and the lady drew blood. The tips she put on were too large so she just kept trying to file them with the electric file. Thats how she drew blood. I could go on and on but Ill just say, I wont be going there ever again. ☹️🤐😞....

Horrible job at doing my eye brows. And my pedi was not worth $26!!! The paint is all clogged up and my feet are still ruff!!! Avoid this place! I will be going back and making them fix my pedi or giving me my money back

They were able to fit me in as a walk-in no problem. Was greeted warmly by receptionist Ben & offered wine as soon as I took my seat. Jeni gave me an amazing pedicure - the foot massage was so relaxing & one of the best I’ve ever had!

I am a regular client off CeCe. She is so sweet and thorough. Shes excellent with designs and SNS.Everyone here is professional and kind. They do not rush. People arent piled on each other. Love this quiet, spa-like atmosphere!

I usually don’t do google reviews, but I had too TODAY! I just left this place about 10 mins ago and I must say I am VERY DISPLEASED! They are over priced for their services. To add more my eyebrows look horrible and they bleeding! I will never step foot in this place again.

Wonderful experience. Walk-in, with a 3 year old little girl. They were very helpful and friendly. My daughter had her toes and nails painted while I had a gel manicure. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Came here with a group of friends. When we booked with them, we stressed how we all needed to finish about the same time to make dinner reservations and that starting at different times in order to accomplish this was absolutely okay. Needless to say, I was the first to have my Mani/pedi started and was the last to finish...and missed dinner because of it. I was there from 5:30-8 while almost everyone else was done in time. Additionally, one of my friends had to skip her planned manicure because of the unnecessary time crunch, which of course seemed to really piss off the employees.This was my first pedicure, so correct me if Im wrong, but Im pretty sure youre not supposed to have 3 of your toe nails bleed after being cut/shaped?? It is still painful to shower.My manicure was for my wedding, which was two days after I got my nails done. I got a french tip manicure that was chipped off around the edges and somehow had darkened/ was discolored on almost every nail by the wedding day. Not to mention the extra nail polish that was painted onto my actual finger, not my nail.Finally, I paid 100$. This experience was not only unpleasant, painful, and stressful, but it was also so expensive! Three other girls in my group paid over $100 with similar experiences here.Go here if you want to, but in my humble opinion, it is not worth the money and the hassle!

I just stopped by the shop today. The atmosphere are very relaxing and friendly. The shop is very clean and nice. Cei Cei is the lady who did the best dipping powder for me. My nail found home forever. Ill be back.

Went in for a very basic pedicure. The lady doing it was kind of rough with me and did a sloppy job painting. I later realized that she didn’t even get it down the sides of my nail.Then she rushed me out and wouldn’t let me dry them under the dryer. I ended up having to get them redone somewhere else.

I completely stumbled upon this place after being disappointed that the shop I patronized for a while had their newest most best tech relocate. I feel guilty about changing shops, but I am really satisfied with Nail 2000 and I have been back several times since the first visit. Its close to home and there are enough staff that if you do have to wait youre not waiting for long periods of time.

Owner answers every phone call while she is doing my acrylics, she drew blood three times, never spoke to me, smudged my polish, cut my nails too short then proceeded to file them down even more when I asked her to stop. Bad customer service. Stay away!!!

VERY displeased with this salon. 1st time there: my skin was knicked. I had to squeeze my finger to stop it from bleeding. Kept getting my nails wrong, even after I brought in a picture. Seemed like the lady wanted to just get my nails done & over with- sloppy/messy acrylic nail job. I was so frustrated, I just paid what I owed (I shouldnt have paid at all) and walked out angry-finger nails UNpolished. Never again will I go back there. Please ladies, go ANYWHERE else!

On 9/1 labor day, only shop open on thomasville rd, going there was the worse mistake I couldve made, the owner did my nails, very rude not friendly at all, did a terrible job on my nails, one messed up the lady actually polished over the mess, I looked at her like are you freaking serious, then she removed it and did it over, when she called herself through, I asked her is that it, she said yes you can wash your hand, I said you hadnt shaped my nails at all, they looked terrible uneven,not happy will never go there again.

I have been going to Nail 2000 for the last 17 years. They stand by their services!!
