Today was my first visit and the massage was super awesome. However, my Medicare and pedicure wasnt that great. It was done by Tina and I feel that a $150 is way too much to only get your feet washed and your toes Polish. No oil or lotion or anything to moisturizer my feet and legs after drying them. My manicure consist of clipping my nails, filing them, putting oil on my arms and wiping it off with a warm rag. This place was beautiful, clean and relaxing, and as I looked around, everyone was getting excellent service except for me. I really feel like Tina did a rushed job and I felt cheated. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, but I would NOT recommend Tina to anyone.

Pam was so wonderful! I got a pedicure and she was so amazing and relaxing to have for my pedicure. I have Autism and sensory issues so getting my nails done is a problem sometimes - but Pam was very gentle and made my experience very relaxing and enjoyable. She was vocal about every step and helped me a lot to have the best experience.

I didn’t get my hair done all during the pandemic so it was in pretty bad shape until I saw Sheena at Millennium. She is saving my hair! It looks amazing and is healthier, she’s also teaching me how to really care for it. She’s a rockstar! Go see her you will not regret it!

Me and my wife bought $240 worth of gift cards here on special, when we went to use our gift cards the rude “managers” at the front desk told us that they were no good unless we printed them out. We told them we could print them out and bring them back or show the the gift cards on our phones (which is what most businesses accept). They told us we were not allowed to do that and we were only allowed to give printed out gift cards. Then they said we were not allowed to leave to go and print the gift cards. We asked to speak to a manager and the front desk receptionist (the one we have been talking to) said she was the manager. They tried to say we had to pay with our credit card despite having the gift card. After that experience we do not want to go back and use our gift card. It was an embarrassing and unprofessional experience and I would recommend that nobody goes here to experience that themselves.

I have been going to Vinh for pedis for a couple of years. So professional. My toes look and feel great and the foot massages are awesome. Because of Vinhs excellence, I decided to try their facial services. OMG! Tamara is a witch - a GOOD one; she has made my damaged skin look great and her facial massages are so relaxing that I can hardly walk out. Millennium is not a discount place, so dont expect it to be cheap. If you want premium services, you cant get them at a cheap discount price. Millennium is the best in Tally, hands down!

Love Millennium! The space is really beautiful and clean, and Suha did an amazing job with my balayage. It had been so long since my last cut and she made me feel super comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted and it turned out better than I imagined! Thank you :)

Writing this review to say how much I LOVE Sufa! As someone with VERY thick and wavy/curly hair, I’ve always had such a hard time finding a hairstylist to not only not totally botch my hair (seriously I have had SO many bad ones lol), but to actually do a good job with it. Well, Sufa not only did a good job but an absolutely AMAZING job. Both haircuts I’ve had with her have been wonderful. I have received so many compliments from friends and family each time and my last haircut was especially awesome and made me feel so light and rejuvenated after having my first baby. I am came here with my friend Nikki...they are awesome! Lovely place, clean and well decorated. I had stopped getting gel manicures after several in a row started chipping and peeling within days. Best friend and I did a girls night and tried Millennium. Fantastic experience and my manicure lasted weeks. So glad I found them! Pedicure was awesome as well.

My sister and I had full body massages with Jenna and Letitia. We both thought they were wonderful! The perfect amount of pressure: relaxing and therapeutic. I loved the use of essential oils. The room was comfortable and welcoming, and both therapists were friendly and professional. The entire spa was clean and gorgeous. It is the perfect place for a luxurious day!

Lucy is the best!! So sorry that Lucy passed away. She was a wonderful person. But..... Anna is amazing. Lucy will always be missed but Anna is my new favorite. Great job Millennium.

Suha made my Millennium experience amazing! She’s fantastic at her work and I’ve never been more pleased with my hair color or cut. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she knows how to work with curls like a pro. The front desk reception at the time of my service was rude and made me pay for my services while my hair was still in foils waiting on dye to work it’s magic, but Suha’s work saved it and makes me want to come back if she’s doing my hair.

I was visiting Tallahassee and went to Millennium on two separate days, once for a pedicure and once for a regular manicure. Both experiences were pleasant (especially the pedicure!). I called last minute for both appointments and was able to be accommodated quickly that evening for the pedicure, and for the manicure the following week I was able to book for the day after I called. There is a separate reception area that is very nice if you need to wait, or if someone needs to pass the time while waiting for a friend or family member having an appointment, they will be very comfortable sitting there. They offer free drinks for their customers (soda, coffee, etc.) and you can purchase a glass of wine as well. It is a spacious facility and nicer than any other places I have gone for my nails to be done. The employees were friendly and I was even greeted by name by one who wasnt doing my nails. I did have a bit of trouble finding it before I realized it is on the second level of the building.

Got an email advertisement to get $20 for each $100 in gift certificate purchases. I was planning on buying a friend a gift certificate anyhow so went on to purchase. The advertisement was also on their website. I clicked Gif certificate and the next window say PAY NOW - I was a little surprised at the lack of information but clicked on it as I knew I wanted to buy it. It took my CC info and thats it!! ZERO indication of how my friend is to know she got a gift nor how I am supposed to give it to her, ZERO place to put a note thanking her for having my family over for Thanksgiving dinner, ZERO mention of the $20 bonus that was advertised in email and on website. I was hoping I could gift her $120 for the $100. VERY unprofessional!!

I have been going to Millenium for my mai/pedi’s, waxing, massage and facials for many years. It only gets better each time. Gina is the best with mani/pedi’s ever.

I had my very first facial on Sunday, with Karry. It was so amazing! She made me feel very relaxed and pampered, and the massage (included with a purifying facial) was such a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be seeing her again!

I’ve experienced both nail and hair services here. Both amazing. I get my hair done exclusively by Tatiana and she’s great! Listens to my needs and either executes what I ask or gives me the honest truth of the situation. I highly recommend her. The spa pedicures are a must here. Great foot massage and you’ll leave with amazing nails.

Awesome experience. First time there. I was greeted courteously and did not have to wait long for my first service. My hairdresser was knowledgeable and talented. Megan made my hair happy and look gorgeous. Gave me great tips for the aftercare and future care. Then on to the nails... Jon was great. Super friendly and talented as well. My toes, feet, legs, hands and nails are so thankful! I enjoyed the pampering. The spa/salon was clean, but more importantly soothing and pleasant for the eyes. Everyone I met, including other customers, was very nice and friendly. As if the above werent enough, its all very affordable -Theyre not charging obscene prices for their amazing services. I will be making this a monthly routine! Loved it and thank you for making my visit a memorable one!

We paid $400 for a couple massage. Sadly, and without disclosing to us, the unit/floor below the spa was currently under construction. We heard the sound of a drill for the majority of our 80 minute massage. They offered ear plugs which were not effective given the construction was right below us. The spa should, at a minimum, let customers know prior to booking their sessions. Not recommended until construction is complete. They told us it has been on-going for 2 years....

The place itself is clean and well appointed. The 2 ladies who worked on my friend and I were very friendly and did a decent job. My friend experienced a problem - her nail polish would never dry. Hours later, it was still globby and peeling off. We called and sent a video of her nail polish peeling off. We did not have time to go back that day. My friend expected to be given a gift certificate to come back another time, but we were told that she could come back and get $10 off her next mani/pedi. I feel that was pretty lousy, considering we each spent over $70 that day. I dont know about her, but I personally will never return. Bad customer service.

I had my second visit for a Millennium pedicure w sugar scrub with Leanne. She does a great job and the extra $$ for the upgraded service is worth every dime. Leanne really works on my callouses (they are awful!) and gives me a great massage.

I first encountered Millennium in midtown when girlfriends of mine treated me to a pedicure for my bachelorette party last spring. Recently, they opened one up right near my home. The ambiance and decor is modern and welcoming. I came back for my birthday last month to get a pedicure and a cute heart design to go along with Valentine’s Day being the day after my birthday. I was first told the design would be done by a friendly nail artist, Shelby, but another lady stepped in. The design I was given was akin to something my daughter would have done when she was ten and learning how to paint nails. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I told the cashiers of my discontent. Shelby read my reaction during the pedicure and called me to offer her nail services for free so I would once again be a happy customer. I came back the next day and Shelby gave me the cutest design she came up with that aligned with my vision. Now I am back today and requested Shelby because of her outstanding service. I look forward to her doing another design later this week. If you want an amazing foot massage and love exceptionally done nails, ask for Shelby!

I wouldnt recommend any other salon or location in Tallahassee, but them! Everyone thinks that quality spas are expensive, but actually their prices are not different than the walk-in cheap salons in town. You get QUALITY service at an inexpensive price. They spend so much time massaging your legs and feet, pampering you like this service should, that you almost fall asleep in peace. The atmosphere is clean and friendly and no matter what service you choose its done right and done to last. Thank you guys, as always Ill be back again!

I gave my fiancee, my daughter and my future step daughter a half day package to enjoy together. I was told that they might have to get some services at different times (one doing nails while others getting a facial) due to staffing limits. I was fine with that, as long as they all got to enjoy the time together.They took my daughter and fiancee in first, but left her 13 year old daughter waiting in the lobby. The staff didnt tell her mom that she would be waiting - for over an hour! They didnt find out until they saw her still sitting there patiently waiting.I find that inexcusable. This was supposed to be discussing for all of them, to be relaxing, and instead it became stressful and made everyone upset. It would have made us feel better if they realized that they made a mistake (they made excuses) and tried to rectify the situation.Let me be clear though; the actual attendees taking care of the services were polite and wonderful. The fault was squarely on the desk staff for lack of planning and communication. We wont be going back and cant recommend this spa unfortunately.

I came here today for my birthday and I loved it. I had a massage by the wonderful James, a facial by Tamara, and a pedicure. This place is relaxing, high end and spectacular. I never been to a place like this. Super happy and satisfied. I truly enjoyed my birthday with my mom, Sis and aunt here. If you in the area, try them first and you wont be disappointed.

What a great experience. They were so kind when I arrived at the wrong location. I made an appointment at the midtown location and didn’t realize when I put the address in I was at the wrong one. No problem the staff was so kind and worked me right in. Great service and I tell everyone best pedicure ever.

I came in to Millennium with high expectations after hearing all the glowing reviews from friends. When my husband asked what I wanted as a gift, I said a gift certificate to be pampered. I can honestly say that I was greeted with a friendly face as I walked in the door, offered a drink, taken over to look at nail colors all in the first 5 minutes. The entire staff was nice, friendly and very professional. It was not a typical nail salon where you hear all the latest gossip from the stylist. I will definitely go back.

I have been here several times to the one on banner man crossing and have always had a wonderful experience. Som did my pedicure today and she did a wonderful job! She took her time and didn’t rush. She was very polite and very sweet! The atmosphere is wonderful here!! It’s my favorite place!

I came today for the first time with my 3-year old daughter who desperately wanted to be a big girl and get get nails painted. My regular person was unavailable so I took my chance made an appointment and was assigned to Andy. He is fantastic! I was disappointed they didnt listen to my multiple requests, when calling for the appointment and when checking in, that my young daughter needed to be able to sit beside me throughout the appointment. I expressed my displeasure and they responded appropriately. I will be back. They treated my daughter like a princess and Andy was great!!!

LOVE coming here. All staff is so nice and very understanding if you want something done a certain way. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Had my first pedicure with Millennium and it was fantastic! Everyone was so great about answering my questions and making sure i was comfortable.

This was my third visit here and each time there has been a service issue. The latest was the nail tech told me that if I chose from a particular set of polish colors then the nail dip & pedicure would match. Well, they did not end up matching and her English was not strong enough for us to talk easily. When I was checking out at the front desk I said all this to the receptionist and she offered a sorry but no way to correct it while I was already there.After my visit I received an email from the salon asking for feedback. I stated the same as above. They responded to the review to reiterate that dip colors do not match regular polish colors, but AGAIN that does not change the fact that I was misled before choosing the colors. They did not indicate in their response that they would work on better communication of this point.The front desk knew what my appointment was for before they assigned me to a nail tech. I told them it was my first time getting a dip manicure and asked where I chose colors from. They told me the nail tech would help me with that. They certainly could have let me know about this fact before assigning me to a tech who they know is still learning to speak English.In their response Millennium offered me to come back to correct it, but I live 30 mins away. There are much closer (and cheaper) nail salons to me that I will take a chance on from here on.This is a beautiful location, but consistently disappointing service.

Last week, I had a GREAT haircut at Millenium at Bannerman. Today, I returned for a manicure and pedicure, which was also fantastic, relaxing. Also today I brought my grandson for a haircut, and he loved his haircut. I am saving up for a massage! Very nice place, clean, and wonderful Southern Hospitality. Easy to book appointments online, plenty of parking, the location is on the second floor (elevator available), and it’s really nice. Clean white interiors, sparkling clean, very upscale. Tina is a lovely nail tech, she did gel polish mani pedi for me before my wedding and it looked great and didn’t chip for 2 weeks! Will definitely be back regularly.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment online and it was confirmed. When I checked in I was told I didnt have an appointment for that day because they had no availability and had moved it to the next week without ever letting me know. I was told the online service is through a third party and not guaranteed. I asked why they even use it but no answer was given. Went to the Pink Nail Bar down the street and they were happy to take me as a walk in. My nails look amazing. Bye, bye Mellennium Nails and hello Pink Nail Bar!

Ive been getting pedicures and hair services at Millennium for about four years. I LOVE Tatiana!! She is an exceptional hair stylist and I wont go to anyone else in town! Sometimes when you call its difficult to get through - and a few times Ive left messages and never heard back. Its well worth a second call back, though!

This place is horrible!!! please dont go ever. took them two hours to do a fill. and my nails are way shorter then i wanted them because they go so messed up that they jad to keep filling it down. they said we will five you a 10 discount after all that time and confusion. i said no this should be more the. 10. they made up that the discount is really 15 dollars after originally just saying it was 10 dollars. after i told her that i did agree she said let me call the police . so i wonder how many other people would have gotten that same treatment. i will never go here again! please dont waste you money!!!!!

I have been having pedicures done by Phillip for years and thoroughly enjoy them. He gives great massages and polishes my toenails perfectly. I love the new upscale location. It is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated.

My moms favorite salon. Always gets her nails done here and treats me here to a mani and pedi whenever I come back home. She left her nail salon of 20 years to start coming here. She prefers the bannerman location, but I have been to midtown too, and it’s just as nice. It is relaxing and they are pretty consistent in doing a great job in a mani and pedi at least!

After moving to Tallahassee, I needed to find a wax specialist who takes care of me like the one who I used to go to back home. Millennium is a BEAUTIFUL spa, but when I went for a leg wax for the first time at this location I have had by far the WORST service I have ever had in my years of waxing services. I went to the technician Toya, which was supposed to be the best wax specialist but unfortunately that was not the case. During my wax, I was excited and releived to get my service done until I noticed when I got home the ENTIRE back of my legs were still covered in hair and there was one radom hair strip right down the middle of both legs. I just dont understand how a technician who is certified in waxing can mess something up like this. Simply because the technician didnt care, isnt trained like she should be, or doesnt have a set of eyes. I also called the spa back after I spent a lot of money noticing how horrible of a service I got, and the receptionist told me there was nothing I can do at this point. I just wanted them fixed for what I paid for. Long story short, make sure you check how long or how well-trained your next technician is...although you shouldnt have to keep your guard up in the first place.

I sent my wife here for a pedicure on Mothers Day last month. I visited the establishment to make sure that it was a nice place. I went ahead and paid for the Millenium Pedicure which is a 1 hr treatment. This was created in the form of a gift card. They expressed some confusion as to how to leave it under her name, but searched for an envelope, put the card in, and wrote her name on it (noting the system).In terms of the location, it was very clean and definitely had a spa feel. The staff at the front desk presented well and were well-kept. The location was a little difficult to find because it is located on the second floor of a plaza nestled between two other stores - so you can miss it easily. They do have signs to help you find it once you reach the door downstairs. Thats where the good ends.My wife went for the service on the day of and there was a thunderstorm with tornado warning that came through about an hour before the appointment time. Needless to say, she arrived 15 minutes late for the appointment after driving through torrential downpour. She went in and gave her name. It took them some time to find the gift card under her name. Then, one of the ladies at the front desk rudely remarked Well, youre 15 minutes late, so well just give you a 30 minute treatment. The issue here is while my wife was indeed late, it was the way that this front desk person treated her. Almost forgetting that my wife was a paying customer, the front desk attendant didnt check or say, well let me see if we will be able to fit you in, or you may need to reschedule etc. She just assumed she could push her around and dictate what my wife would do. So my wife brought up that she still wanted the full treatment that I had paid for and was willing to reschedule if need be. It was at this point that another lady behind the desk stepped in and said, Well let me see if the nail technician can do it. She actually offered to be helpful and even check. Of course, the nail technician said it was not a problem.Thankfully, the experience got better from there. The nail tech was great and really nice. After the treatment, my wife went up to the front and was about to walk out. The same rude lady said wait, let me make sure youre all set. She checked her computer and said, youre all paid up, would you like to leave a tip?! The nerve! Needless to say, there was no tip for the rude service my wife received.One note: when I researched this place, there were reviews where people talked about the mid-town location and how the employees who actually give the treatments were great but the front desk ladies are rude and not helpful. That is what prompted me to book at the Bannerman location. Obviously, that was a fail.
