I go here alot. Got me a pedicure with gel color changing polish. I walked in and immediately got attended to. Gina always does a good job. She is attentive to my likes and dislikes. Purple when it is hot and blue when its cold.

Fast service, great quality and competitive prices! Loved it the very first time I went and its been the only place I go to now in Tallahassee! I love getting the gel polish manicures and eyebrow waxing!

Gone here a few times and had a good experience. I can get pedicures so I can speak to that from experience. As far as manicures, my wife doesnt complain and work looks good to me. I will forewarn you this is a small establishment, family owned with minimal techs so you may have to wait for a little bit. Other than the wait everything else is good.

Rude and very unprofessional. I’ve visited the place for the first time on 2/23/19 and got a pedicure and wax by Gina and she was so nice and welcoming - even invited me to their customer appreciation thing (if they even had it) . So anyways I go back off the strength of that but they were so rude and unprofessional. When I walked in - no one said cat dog nothing. I had to wait on her husband to get done playing games on his phone to assist me. Gina was laid out in the waxing chair with her feet up ain’t say nothing and I came for eyebrow wax . So I told him I’ll come back since she looked tired and she told me that’s fine that’s fine and dismissed me like I wasn’t worth the money . I ain’t come in being rude or nothing - I don’t know if they just had a martial issue because that was the mood they were giving me but they can’t have no more of my money .

This place is absolutely amazing. They make sure to listen to what you want and take their time doing it. I loved it here, by far the best one I have ever been to. They talk to you and keep you involved with what is going on and always try to keep you comfortable. Unlike some of the other nail places where they ask you what you want, and then speak in another language the entire time you are there. I would totally recommend over and over again!

I have been here about 6 times. I am happy with their service.. it’s my third nail salon I have used in one year. I will stay here. Close the home, great weekend to done on nails.

First of all he cut my finger and did a very poor job on my nails. When I told him about the cut on my finger he just shrugged and told me how long it had been. He complained that I had a complaint and said I thought I knew more than him. I guess they do better for some people than others. The daughter even did a poor job of polishing my nails the second time. Wont be back!

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to here in Tallahassee. The staff was excellent and super friendly. Will definitely be going back for my next service!!

Best pedicure ever. My feet have never been so thoroughly done. Theyve never looked better, massage was amazing, and the scrub...just awesome. I came early in the morning and they were so friendly and their daughter is so sweet, even when some people were kind of rude to them. Very attentive. Will update after nails are done😊😊

I will never go there again. Very RUSHED. Service was awful. I I got a pedicure in less than 30 minutes. The lady that helped me just did not give me a good pedicure. The worst $25.00 I have ever spent! NEVER AGAIN! I only gave them 1 star because I had to choose at least 1 to post.

Lily and danny have done an amazing job towards other customers from what i have seen, rarely do i see a customer come back and complain . No nail shops are absolutely perfect, but the quality of there work is wonderful. They give good services, low prices . Specials all the time, quick discount give aways . Friendly and sanitary. Most nails shops do quick under cover clean ups, but star nails doesnt. Due to the understandings of diseases, and other issues we have now, they make sure all of our customers come out with clean nails, with clean tools . Find out for yourself and go check the shop out !!!

I came here last weekend about 5 mins before they closed and wanted to know if they can give me a pedi. They were so nice and said yes before I even knew it was closing time. They do a good job making sure you look great before you leave. I was so happy with my service and will definitely be back

Cut me twice on my toes during my pedicure. It felt like she was rushing and there was literally just me and my friends in there. Then tried to wipe the blood away before I could see like I couldn’t feel it. There’s no need to rush if you don’t have a wait. I’ll never come here again.

I took my daughter and granddaughter to Star Nails for basic manicures. The manicures were ok but I felt they were rushed and their nails were not filed evenly. I think that perhaps because I was not there the whole time that the manicurist didnt take as much care doing their nails.

They are the lowest price around, yet you still get a job well done.

Ive been going to Star nails for about 6 months. The lady always done my nails but this time the guy did my full set (coffin) and toes both with gel nails. My coffin shape is WRONG and VERYY UGLY. My polish both hands and feet look horrible. They look bubbly like to much was put on or wasnt spreaded evenly. I told him I was not satisfy with the shape or polish and he only tried to reshape my nails with a file after the polish and everything was did..... I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! He did a horrible job and Im very unhappy and upset about it.

This has been my nail go to for a little over a year. Danny gets the job done and Gina is so sweet.

I got there at 9am when they dont open till 930 because i work at 10am and the guy was there relaxing outside drinking a coffee b4 they open but he insisted on taking care of me even though they were not open yet! He was so nice, very good! HUGE difference from expeirence at the nail spa in the mall!! Reasonably priced!! I was very happy with the job he did!! I might even go back after work and get a pedi!!!!

Very small but very clean, no overpowering smell. However, only 2 ppl working, & they dont take appts on wkds so be prepared to wait at least an hour or come back. Nail soak off took nearly an hour (Im used to 1/2 hour), the guy couldnt do the design I wanted, they did the deluxe pedi w/o asking if I wanted a deluxe, & they charged the same amount I wouldve paid my old salon if Id included an eyebrow arch. First & last time here.

They suck and rushed me and friends nails just to do their own. Put way too much polish on the nails. Doesnt listen and does what they want. They charge for every little thing.

Worst experience ever...I went in for a gel manicure and was in and out of the chair in at least 15 min. I left with my nails basically the way I walked in beside the color.Poor customer service
