Great pedicure, but my manicure was the worst I’ve ever gotten in my life (and I’m genuinely not one of those people that is picky about their nails). I came here because my usual place was closed for a few days. I informed the tech 3 times that my pinky nail had a hang nail and to please be careful, it would need to be clipped or glued. She proceeds to take a drill to my nail and almost rips the entire hangnail off with the drill - it was super painful. As the manicure went on she filed my nails down with the most intense grit file I’ve ever had used on me. She pinched my fingers and basically rubbed the area around my cuticles raw with the way she was filing so roughly. Then to top it off, I got a ridiculously messy polish job. When I asked if she could clean up the edges, she took clippers and began clipping at my skin around my nails. She pulled so much skin off on the SAME pinky that she hurt before that it drew blood. I ended up with messy, misshapen nails and sore fingers. Wouldn’t come again.

I usually come to this salon for both pedicure and manicure, but this time I was not very happy.I arrived around 2:30 pm and, although they were busy, I ended up waiting over 1.5 hours to get a 15 min manicure. The manicure was good quality but I dont think it was worth the very long wait...

I love my nails, Cathy was very gentle and nice. She did a good job doing my nails and feet. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Got a pedicure and they caused me to have an ingrown toenail went in and showed them my toe and my receipt the owners said it was no way they caused the injury to my toe which they did i asked for a refund and they said no I ended up having surgery on my toe due to there negligence I don’t recommend this business to anyone if I could give zero stars I would.

Everyone that works here is amazing and customer service oriented. I have never left unhappy. Their prices are reasonable and the work is swift. Spacious work areas and just an overall pleasant experience. Van is my favorite :-)

Cathy is always professional and courteous. She customize the service for you the client. However not only Cathy, the entire staff is good.

This has become my favorite place to get a pedicure. The people are friendly and extremely good at their jobs. It has an outdated feel, but dont let that deter you from a relaxing and amazing pedicure from these talented individuals!

Only place that I let do my eyebrows, and they come out perfect everytime. The lady with the lighter brown hair is the best. Ill occasionally get my nails done here too. The reason for 4 stars is because the older guy nail tech is not good. He rushes and does a sloppy job. I always try to avoid getting him.

My first time here since I moved to this side of town. The quality that was expected was accomplished ! I love this place and the prices are perfect !!! The workers are also very nice . Totally recommend !

Lacking in cleanliness!

Three days after my service two of my nails chipped. I use gel polish so I expected great results. The lady in the first chair closest to the door is awful, she rushed me thru and her customer service is poor

Worst manicure ever. Dont waste your time. This was single-handedly the worst salon experience Ive had in Tallahassee, and I was surprised I didnt see any negative reviews. Two different nail techs failed to fully remove previous acrylic that had been on my nails, though I had specifically asked for them to do so. The tech said that a little bit is fine...I stated then that I would like it all removed so that the polish will spread evenly and not look chunky. Of course, he did not remove all of the acrylic and continued to insist it would be fine. The owner tried to convince me to get a gel manicure, however, I could already forsee that this would be a poor experience and opted for a simple manicure instead. The tech painted the first coat and it looked like a 3rd grader painted them. I asked if he could smooth the paint and he said the second coat would do that. Of course,the second coat was also gritty, due to the leftover acrylic beneath. I knew that a clear coat would not remedy the problem, though again, he insisted it would. By the time he was done, I was so upset and disappointed I asked him to remove the polish. He made faces and tried to tell me it looked fine. I asked him if he thought they looked nice and he didnt have a response for me. I work in a professional setting and the way my nails looked were grossly inappropriate, and I told him that. He said I could return and he would fix it, but I will not be returning for even that. They charged me full price and I left with my nails looking exactly the same as they did when I came in.

Wow!! I called this place to checks prices and Johnny was so friendly, I knew thats where I needed to go. I got there and it was a wonderful atmosphere, everyone was so friendly and nice. I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Johnny did my nails(full gel coffins with halogram and gel pedi with halogram) he knew exactly what I was describing!! And my nails ARE GOREGOUS!!! Ladies, THIS IS THE SPOT!!! The only downfall is you better get there early because they get real busy, real fast!;)
