This place is awful! I came for a fill & design. I should not have come here. It was not as hell & smelt so weird inside.The man came from the back like he was taking a nap. he was SOOO rough on my nails, was in a rush & kept burning me. instead of turning the drill down he just kept going. my finger is still burning as i’m typing this. i wanted my shape from square to coffin so he cut my current acrylic on the sides to make my nails more narrow & you can still see where he cut it even after my nails were finished. I told him “you can still see where you cut it” he said “It’s even now!” … i was so displeased with the service i told him don’t even worry about the design i was so ready to go! DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE.

I did not ask for jail Polish and they put it out and then jacked up my bill to where it was $10 more than what it was supposed to be I will not go back there for nails again.The pedi was good.

Decided to give this place a try. I made it clear when walking in Id like a gel mani/pedi. I was told specifically they had the time. I felt things were rushed. Yet after my pedicure they made it seem they didnt have time for a mani just polish. I said ok. Didnt realize until later that I was still charged for a full manicure. One I never received. Its been 1 week & my gel has been chipping everywhere. I paid $65 + a tip. Never again.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS NAIL SHOP ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THEY WHOLE FACILITY IS NASTY . They Use The Same Stuff For People Feet Without Cleaning It They Dont Clean The Feet Tubs . They Don’t Know How To Polish . THEY ROUGH & DONT CARE . They Ignore Your Request & THE MAN CUT MY TOES .

I got a pedicure and my sister got a manicure. The lady who did my pedi was nice but she put the wrong color on after I showed her what color I wanted on their nail board. The man who did my sisters mani was very rough and did not do good finish work.

The man that did my nails was not friendly and didnt polish correctly had to keep asking him to fill in spots with the polish

They were very rude to guests in front of me and towards my family.

This place is very cheap and uses cheap products. It was my first time over the past 10 years. They are very sloppy and they have a limited colors for your nails I am very disappointed with my services. Yes they are cheap with your polish however they do not have a perfection for everyone types of hands. I will not return here again. My nails are very sloppy I have acrylic on my skin I have gel polish under my nails I will not return here. They need to really upgrade their new text. The guy there is very heavy-handed and he drills really hard until it burns through the acrylic. He was not my choice. Its so hard to find great nails salons in Tallahassee. If you want a cheap OK job go there but if you want a nice long lasting job go elsewhere.

Rushed my nails

I used to go there every 2 weeks....... went the other day and he did a very substandard job on my nails. Acrylic is already cracking around the cuticle. Looks horrible. Not to mention the paint on my toes and tips of my nails are supposed to match and they dont. One is bright pink and one is bright neon orange! Not happy. Place is run down and in bad need of repair. I will not be going back! Also got a pedicure too and they didnt get all of the rough skin off.... just all around bad service. This visit was $56 and I feel like I wasted my money!

They rushed through doing my nails and I asked for a pedicure, she literally JUST put the polish on my toes. No cleaning trimming or anything. Dont waste your time.

Gave this place a second chance and was disappointed again. The first time i came in around noon and was very rushed. Had my old (black) polish still on my toes. They didnt care to get it all off. Massage was nice. I came back today and again very rushed with my nails. I wanted gel and they were about to use regular polish, i bleed on a couple of fingers and they acted like they didnt notice. Nail polish around my fingers never got cleaned up. It was just overall not a good experience. I got a polish change on my toes and a gel manicure thinking it would be 30-35$ and instead it was 40. Should of just got a pedicure for a few more dollars. Had to come home and take off the extra polish that was left on both hands. Will not go back

The guy who does the nails does them wayy too hard. My skin started to bleed around the nail and he just pretended he didn’t see it . No sorry no discount or anything! And it’s only one person who does nails in the place so he rushes to get everything done .

Im not sure why this place has such terrible reviews but then again many of the reviews are from years ago and there are that many recent reviews.First of all, this is Tallahassee. Although growing, it is nonetheless a small town that has not quite grown into the glitz and glamour of lavish nail spas with jaw dropping decor. Tallahassee is old fashion in a lot of ways but that does not mean that the quality is lacking. Now with that being said, if you are ok with going to a nail salon that does great nails but may not have multiple TVs on the wall nor will they offer wine nor will they have a charger for your iPad or iPhone on your pedicure chair then read on....This nail shop is owned by a couple and I have never seen any other staff in there....so when they get more than a few clients, there is going to be a wait. The salon doesnt appear to have been updated as far as paint, style and decor so it does remind you of a local nail shop from the 90s. However, they open until 8pm and that is a huge plus for those that may want to get a manicure and pedicure after work. The wife even has a sign in the dashboard of her car (parked right out front) with her telephone number in case maybe you need your nails/feet done after hours. Yes, there are limited nail color options but they offer everything from pink and white to gel polish to SNS. I even brought in a picture of a design I found on Pinterest and was able to get it done with no problem. They provide different nails shapes like coffin or oval and they even have a picture showing the different nail types. Many of the clientele seem to be regulars that have been going to this establishment for years. The prices are more than fair and they are great with waxing as well. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The pedicure was subpar. The lady who did my services talked to her pers in Vietnamese the entire time. The prices are good but the work is horrible. Spend the extra $5-$10 and go somewhere worth the money and time.

My friend and I had a horrible experience at Millenium at Midtown and actually left our appt before they could finish. Most places close at 8 and it was now 7:30pm so I was surprised to actually reach anyone at all. Lisa Nails answered, we explained we wanted 2 pedicures and 2 manicures and asked if that was ok, knowing it may be too late. They welcomed us, laughed with us and treated us so well. We couldnt have had a better experience. Also, there was no rush, we left at 9:30pm, thrilled with a job well done and feeling like we made friends. I normally spend top dollar, go to a fancy place with wine and expensive decor, but this place was incredibly low cost and the best experience Ive had yet.

Will never go there again my wife and I went at about 6 and they close at 8 we was Outta there at about 6:30 6:35 with two Pedicures like my services was rushed they talked to each other the entire time and her prices maybe low but her quality is exactly what you pay for LOW BUDGET THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
