Russell and Taylor are amazing at what they do. They go above and beyond to do everything they say and more. I moved to the city on a Monday literally with everything I owned in my car. They had me at an interview the next day and with a temp-to-hire position 2 days later. They are by far the best PROFESSIONALS I’ve dealt with over the course of my career. I’m honestly not sure why the rating is this low. I’ve been offered a permanent position with a company Kelly Services employed me with as a temporary employee in less then 6 months of my time there. The Kelly Services start process is beneficial towards any job and they do well sending you job opportunities that match your skills and interests. I receive about 2/3 different opportunities a day usually needing someone to start working ASAP. As you can tell I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with both Kelly Services and the hiring agent that assisted me step by step (Taylor Kerz) and recommend them to all in need of work. It’s a quick and easy process.. for those seriously looking for work.

It has been my personal experience that people tend to always write when they have a bad experience with a company but never take the time to write when an experience has been amazing. My personal experience with Kelly Services has been just that, AMAZING. My rep, Taylor Kerz, reached out to me back in October of 2018 with immediate opportunities for work. Coming from a major city, I found it to be a bit more difficult to find gainful employment in Tallahassee but Taylor has really been consistent and transparent in his reaching out to me to keep me updated about opportunities that I otherwise would not even know about. Kelly Services is by far the best employment agency for job-seekers in Tallahassee in my opinion. Both Russell Mercer and especially Taylor Kerz are eager to help you find a good job and are very encouraging to you along the way even if some job opportunities dont work out. I was given a list of six area employment agencies by CareerSource Capital Region and was told Kelly Services had been the most helpful to their clients. However, I didnt anticipate how superior Kelly Services really was to the other agencies. To date I have received no referrals from the other five agencies combined and about 20 from Kelly Services. On this twentieth one, I finally found a good fit and am starting a four-to-six week temp-to-hire gig on Monday. I am so pleased with Kelly Services I can not understate how helpful they have been in my job search process. Taylor Kerz, in particular, takes it upon himself to work tirelessly to match you with a good position and I know he has a servants heart that he feels really blessed to help people who are in a position to need an employment agency to help them find work for themselves and their families.
