They got me a new catalytic converter from the dealership when others told me they couldnt get it, every other muffler shops try to charge me $1500-$2000 because of covid, but Juans mufflers hooked me up for $1250 and my car drove off like a champ and got rid of my check engine light 👍

I went in to get a Magnaflow exhaust I bought installed and converted to single exit from double and they looked at it and said it was possible and for a great price, I expected to pay double what I was quoted for. They checked in on me multiple times to make sure I would be happy with the finished product and got it done faster than I expected, I thought I would be there double the time as well. Im very happy with it and it sounds amazing! Would come back again!

Juans muffler shop & Chuys autobody are shady and dont have good business ethics. Juans muffler shop did some exhaust work on my car. As they lowered my car the damaged the side skirt on the passenger side. At first they refused to fix it. Then a near body shop Chuys autobody stepped in to fix the problem. The arrangement was my bill with Juans muffler was voided and they would take care of the cost to fix my side skirt. When chuys was done with repairs he extorted money from me for the repair . Will never use these 2 businesses ever again. Be aware.

My muffler makes noise took 6 people to install two exhaust tips. They dropped it on the ground and scratched it up. If you have an high end vehicle like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, etc. DO NOT GO THERE. If you just need a quick tip or fast muffler install I get it. I was there for 4.5 hrs with my car being worked on by one person they would stop talk. Some else would take over stop talk. Then everyone starts talking to each and forget about your car. Had to ask dozens of times about who’s going to start working on my car. No one has experience or knowledge on what to do. Now my mufflers point in different directions not even and rattles when I start the car. State of California should look into this place I’m filing a complaint. One customer had his vehicle on the rack from 11am-5pm. He went to lunch and dinner waiting on his muffler installation. Not a good choice for good service and install. Save your money and time and get it done professionally. Not a happy customer at all. Stay away from them if you can. Horrible service NO experience.and they do welding/Ark without safety gear. I support small businesses but put your heart into your work Juan.

They saved me $750! I had been quoted from a few places and told I needed a whole new catilistic converter and flex hose. Yeah Im not a mechanic so when you have more then one person tell you something you start thinking dang this not going to be cheap. Finally, I found a shop that showed me the part and hole that needed repair. It was a simple part and I cant believe how much I saved. They are truthful guys not out to rip you off, and I will be coming back if I have any future exhaust issues on any car. Only thing is I wish they made appointments, but I waited cause it was worth it.

The mechanic welded my exhaust resonator on backwards. day after installation a rattle developed at 2000. long boring story short.. great price, cool dudes; put my resonator on backwards (large arrow pointing to prevent this).

Awesome local muffler shop. I went in (no appointment)and asked for a muffler and resonator delete and replace it with a Y straight pipe on my MINI. They quoted me at $150 which was already about $100 less than some other place quoted me at. They finished my custom exhaust within two hours and my car sounds amazing. They work quick and they are reliable, definitely would recommend this shop to anyone. Happy I came here and will come back if I need any more work on my car.

Went in for a muffler delete for my BMW 330ci. It came out sounding great and I got fast and friendly service by skilled people. Great price too. I would recommend.

I rarely leave reviews but I thought these guys deserve it.Walked in with a stainless muffler just wanted a quick replacement from the stock. Stock tailpipe in the same location.Immediately quoted $45. Great, is now a good time or should I come back later?.... -Now is fine we can get you done right now...Takes keys and drives it right on the rack.Straight cuts, careful tube enlarging, and good looking welds. Used level to verify muffler and tailpipe accuracy which is important to me, visually. Exhaust hangers welded up accordingly in their stock location. Welds visually inspected all the way around with flashlight and mirror.Slam bam thank ya mam- done and out of there within 25min. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommended.

Over a five year period, due to the sea air where I live on my boat, Ive replaced my muffler twice. Unhappy with two installations at a large muffler shop, I spoke to friends and they said go across the street and have Juans Muffler install it. I did and left in record time. Very helpful and obviously knows what they are doing over there. Unfortunately, I have not been able to fix the problem they told me I had so Im going back to let them do it. Would recommend them for exhaust system problems.

Brought my Integra in for an exhaust leak, they had it sorted in 45 minutes and it cost me about $50. Very much worth it, highly recommend.

Had muffler installed and was very disappointed. There were three stepdowns before muffler which caused major restriction ended up burning muffler coating off due to the restriction. I wnded up cutting off muffler myself and returning it lucky to get money back. Went to a different shop and had job done the right way.

Great place. Im from Ventura & everything seemed somwhat pricey so i hit up oxnard locations and Juans Muffler Shop popped up. I gave it a call and i explained i wanted no cutting on my 2016 Veloster Turbo, jus a simple adapter flange with a 3 inch straight pipe from the catback.Got there, waited about 5 minutes to get it up on the ramps as there were other customers. Went up the street to el pollo norteno, good burritos btw, came back and it was done. Wow wow wow. And he said if i wanted it to be quieter he would add a magnaflow muffler at no charge.Not only did i retrieve my oem exhaust when i have to meet emissions in 2 years, but the price was the best. And juat straight up.Great place for sure!
