The computers were the worst. They need to be updated. If they want people to look for work then make it user friendly for those looking to be able to find what they need with ease.The people that greeted were cold and somewhat rude. The computer helper was great. He made you feel welcomed and worthy.I should not take an hour to sign in on a computer for the first time only to make a password and user name. Fix this problem please.
Very helpful team doing the best work possible with their resources. Nearly everyone is kind and helpful, and they have assisted me knowledgably on several topics. If you live in the region and want or need a job, this is a resource not to be ignored.
After having my account locked for over 6 weeks and not being able to reach anyone on the phone at DEO, I decided to travel 211 miles for 4 hours to go to the DEO (which didnt take any claimants but instructed me to go here). I am so glad the ladies at this CareerSource were able to unlock my claim because the local one near me couldnt. Thank you to all of you ladies who helped me get my claim unlocked and allow me to claim all of my past due weeks. It has been a nightmare trying to get this accomplished with such a broken system. All of you ladies were a godsend and I thank you all for your help. The wait time was only a few minutes too. It made traveling that far worth the drive and not a waste of gas and my time. Thanks again.

When coming to look for work you would have come to the right place. The peoples there can help you with all of your needs. They most have helped me, they are💯.
Little help system needs serious, adjustment still cant get in system with new id and password wont recognize sat standing in hot entrance way had 2 pm appt and then was not told about additional reserved time for caeer center the people their need to get on commutation Between teams

If I could give a zero star I would. Employers are discouraging. Michelle and others give out different information regarding voucher/ education reimbursement programs. Never received the same information when speaking to employers. They’re not responsive, customer friendly, or knowledgeable of the jobs.
I gave this place 2 stars only because you can get good job referrals. From my experience, specific staff members conveniently lost my paperwork and I did not receive a completion status because of this. You will wait days for a return phone call and will receive the run-around. They allow some caseworkers to be in the office only one day of the week...how convenient! Im wondering are they rooting for us or against us?
Have gotten multiple jobs and referrals over the years very useful resource if used right with positive attitude, not recommended for good rats must have an objective first
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Marlon Grubbs is garbage! Lazy, has no regard for the fact that he is playing with people’s futures. Never responds to emails or answers the phone. His higher ups make excuses for him when you reach out to them. My friend renewed her voucher for our final semester of our nursing program a week after I did and received her voucher BEFORE me. No matter how many times you follow up you just get ignored. Let’s not forget about the dress code that he doesn’t tell you about prior and then when you get there they refuse to let you in! He came out and looked me dead in my face and said oh I forgot as if that was an acceptable reason. I had to drive across town to change my shoes! Glad to be almost done with them. The entire experience has been a nightmare and it’s sad because people just want to better themselves and they make it impossible to get help.

They NEVER answer the phone! I went into the office because i couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I was told I needed to call & make an appointment well I’ve been calling trying to get my appointment to turn in my COMPLETED paperwork in. It’s government money & if I qualify “I” want it! All govt programs sick to ever have to be on for any reason and what annoys me even more is no matter how much they revamp these offices and add more ridiculous classes they still only able to get people jobs or job referrals for low or under qualifying positions when a person could get better opportunities with a simple indeed search. That makes no sense. Then the people, like any other workforce try to talk to you like you stupid. Yea no thanks.
This is during the time of COVID. I was assisted by Ms. Michelle. She assured me that ill be taken care of as long as you do what is told.
If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. The center needs different employees. No one answers the phone when you try to get in contact with the ones in the office. Front desk is excellent. Office employees are TERRIBLE!! Being that there are many career source centers in Florida. This is by far the WORST I have ever witnessed. Completely unprofessional, specifically Latricia Johnson. The first time going to the location. She was completely rude to my guy friend. Didnt want to listen to anything he had to say or give him the correct information he needed. Ive left her voicemails, emails, and even went to the location. No response back. It has been 15 days to be exact.

If i could put 0 stars i would!!! Very unprofessional and they move very slo........owwly . These people came to my school saying how i was going to get a real job and it turns out that the real job was only “320” hours. The moment I emailed them telling them about this situation they called me asap quicker than they ever did!. I knew it was a catch to it . And also the old woman in the computer section is very rude. Also one day i came in and the lady at the front desk straight up ignored me . I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here!
The people who work here unprofessional and rude. They lack good customer service skills. If you have your child with you dont bother coming in the morning cause you will not be able to see be seen for services because they only have child friendly hours from 3 - 6 p.m. Their dress code flyer says that capris are allowed but then when you wear them they tell you you cannot come in and receive services because your capris have to have to be ankle length. If theyre ankle length pants arent those long pants?

Terrible you have to finish a packet that takes almost 2 weeks only for you to complete it and take classes...and they never send to DCF. Two months later still no assistance because they havent sent in the information stating that o completed everything smh
