Ive gone to this shop for many many years, I absolutely love their deluxe spa pedicure with soothing or energizing aroma therapy, lengthy foot and leg massage, hot stones massage, hot towel leg wrap, paraffin wax foot dip.. this is surely the best way to treat your tired feet. The pedicures are my fav, but Michelle and her team do an awesome jib in nails to.

The ladies here were super nice and friendly. However, I wasnt impressed with the nails or the manicure my husband had. His manicure literally consisted of him soaking his nails, pushing back his cuticles and that was it. I had a full set of nails put on. My set was put on, not once was I asked what shape I wanted, then when I asked to have a design painted on she couldnt do it, but instead of saying so she kept trying and wiping leaving a mess of the polish, I never could get the design I wanted. My cuticles werent done, my nails were never filed down so they feel extra thick, they were partially glued to my skin, bubbles in the acrylic, and there was polish on the sides of my fingers that wasnt even wiped off or cleaned up. I went here cause my daughter and her friends recommended the place and said they were nice. While they were extremely nice and quick, I dont feel like it was a quality job, and the work was noticeably sloppy. Definitely have to find a different place next time

They were very clean and took extra precautions due to covid. My nails look great. I had two ingrown nails and they removed them without any pain which takes a lot of skill. This was the first time I have gone here and it was the best experience Ive had in Washington state. I am making this my go to place for nails now. This ladies are amazing.

I was unsure about this place at first. I thought the lady was a little aggressive. She wasnt gentle and she was very quick so I didnt know what the outcome was going to be. Trust the process! To my surprise my nails turned out beautiful! Despite her being a little rough she knew what she was doing. I cant even call her a nail tech. Michelle is a nail artist. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She glanced at the design a few time a perfected it freehand. Ladies....(men too if its what youre in to) if you want a specific design on your nails, I highly recommend going to see Michelle at Lasting Nails. The price was very reasonable too. I left quite happy!

They could have been done better the lady was rushing herself and she put air bubbles in there in my nails and all together around all around she could have done way better I think.

Dip with hombre gel polish. The service was exceptional and the price was great. Walked in mo appointment and only had a 15min wait.Going back for pedicures with my grand daughter tomorrow 🤗

Not impressed looks terrible you can still see paint from my old set, didnt file the filler down all the way so it matches with my nail bed, bubbley nails, didnt paint my nail properly now I have a weird scuff mark on my nail, and left their nail polish on my hands without cleaning it up. Wont be coming back.

I was a bit scared of going here but for the price [groupon] its a good deal.They are not perfect. So if you want really nice sturdy nails this is not the place to go, pay more and go to a better quality place.I wanted nice nails for a party so this was great for me. I have zero intention of keeping them up and they look really good in pictures but I know they wont last more than a week, maybe two.

This is my go to shop. I tell everyone to come here. Michelle and the family is all talented & professional. I always love my nails.

GEL/SHELLAC CHIPPING NEXT DAY! Ive never had that happen before at any salon Ive visited. Always lasts at least 2 weeks- even though Im a dental hygienist and wash/use my hands constantly. I visited this salon a few months ago and I think the owner is the one who did my gel manicure. Their neutral nail color selection is very limited, since I like a light taupe or pink. However, that manicure that she did lasted almost two weeks. So I came back last week, even though I knew how limited their color selection was. I decided on white and a young girl with glasses did my gel mani this time. It was bubbly with air pockets and she didnt understand what kind of nail shape I wanted so they were all kinda different/uneven. Whatever. I needed it for a maternity photoshoot that evening. I havent been working lately due to maternity leave so imagine my surprise when I noticed the edges of my mani were chipping the next day!! I attached pictures from 4 days after my mani and a week after. Looks gross, as if its over 2 weeks since I had a mani. Disappointed that I paid for this. Dont feel like coming back now.

They werent very friendly and welcoming they did an ok job though my fill was done with polish powder instead regular so Im not sure how that will work when I change color but I also didnt appreciate only two employees at one time wait time was long even though I had an appointment

I moved here from out of state 6 months ago and have failed to find a nail shop that does good nails. I set my standards pretty high, so its been difficult, but I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday, and a co-worker told me about Lasting Nails, and I decided to give it a try. I must say that I am so pleased with the way my nails turned out, and the friendliness of the nail tech, whom I believe she said her name is Ann.. Not sure if I got that right, but whatever her name is she really made my birthday special. My day would have been ruined if my nails werent perfect. I cant stop looking at them. I just love the quality and the price. I also got my eyebrows done there, and I have no complaints.

I love their hot rock message and the way they perform nail work. Michelle and her staff are really nice and they practice safety with their clients in the midst of covid 19. I love their work and their patients.

Ok so this shop has a new owner and they do amazing nail design second time coming here and my nails are amazing, also got a pedi and a wax and she actually took care of my ingrown toe nail. This new owner is amazing had water and full service.

The best ever always the way I like. I am hard on my nails rarely ever chip almost never break.

Friendly group of Women. Fast and great Service. Everytime I go I pay a different price for the same package,lol 😁. I Always make sure I Tip either way.

This used to be my favorite place. Ive been going there since the first owners ever had it 30 years plus. But honestly one day I didnt have enough to tip and shes never been nice to me or respectful. I even asked her why is she so disrespectful and rude to me because if there was something I did I would have apologized.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤪

Groupon has some great deals for this place but after reading these reviews, i decided not to purchase one or ever go here. This is a business and the owner is not concerned about customer service nor can be bothered to respond to any of the unsatisfied customers. Thank you for your review, this place gets NO BUSINESS FROM ME!

I love how MY does nails she’s so quick and does great nails I’ve never had issues with any nails breaking or anything but the only issue for me is not a very good color selection even when your looking for just a basic natural color but great nail quality thanks MY!!!

I have been going here every two weeks to get my nails done and had the same nail polish put on every time. Nail polish turned out very clumpy this time and I was told thats how they were unless I got gel. Do not recommend anyone coming here.

Staff seemed friendly. Small shop with about 6-8 pedi chairs & 4 stations for full sets. Pretty clean. Small waiting area so its best to make an appointment. Decent job done with the French tips I got.

Horrible service. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing but the person who runs the shop has horrible customer service skills. You can tell she was irritated that I used a Groupon for services; she treated me completely different then the regulars on the shop. Would not let me set appt unless I called it in even though I was in there trying to schedule one in.. and when I did call she took down my appt. No name. And once I got in acted as if I scheduled differently then what was discussed over the phone. Made it clear an appt was needed to be in there but two other people walked in after me with no appt and got treated completely different. She didnt have time to what I scheduled but sat them immediately and gave them top service. It was rediculious! I will never go back. Ruined my experience completely.

If I could give them a zero star I would. I went in to remove my acrylic nails and get a maicure with shellac polish. Instead of the traditional acetone soak and sand down to remove my acrylic nails, she started to literally tear them off. It was extremely painful and then she tore my nails off. It was bleeding and she didn’t think to stop. I had to ask her for a bandage and told her to stop because it was hurting. I asked her why she didn’t use acetone, she replied back saying this way was faster. It was not a busy salon. She finally asked me if I wanted the acetone on the finger nail she tore off because the acrylic is still on there. I kindly refused because it would’ve burn and why didn’t she ask me the first time I told her that it hurt?? So she left to do another customers nail and had a different person finish my manicure which at this point I didn’t want any polish because my bleeding nail wouldn’t have been able to be worked on. When I went to check out she charged me full price and when I asked her about my bleeding nail she just looked at me like I was the one at fault for it. I paid her the full price and left, never ever going back!!!

Purchased a groupon for the experience. Upon arriving to get an appointment one of the ladies looked up and rudely asked if I had an appointment and how do you know about us she was clearly bothered. Her client looked shocked and shook her head. You need an appointment.I would have thought differently if she was wearing a smile or phrased her question differently. Horrible customer service.

Worst experience ever! I’ve been there a few times before and got ombré over my real nails. This time instead of soaking off she starting clipping my real nails. Ended up just getting a manicure with gel which peeled off not even a week later. So upset now I have to grow all my nails out again before I can get my ombré. Will NOT be returning!!

I had an appointment at 3pm, I was there for 20 minutes before I was even greeted and was not placed into a pedicure chair until 3:30pm. The pedicure wasnt horrible but the gel manicure began chipping after 4 days, due to customer service I will not be returning.

I’m usually not the one to leave reviews even when I’m a bit disappointed but I did not like this place at all. All I wanted was a gel mani. The lady who helped me was rushing and would do everything super fast. My friend and I went in together and the guy who was helping her was great. He would take his time on each nail whilst my lady was about done in five minutes. Anyways three days later they start chipping and just peel off. Bought a Deluxe pedicure for this place. When I called next morning to make an appointment the girl said sure what time would you like to come in!So I said how about 11am, she said ok no problem, and I said ok great I bought a Groupon... then she paused and said oh sorry we all busy In the morning you want to come in late this afternoon?Are you kidding me? You said first ok no problem then when you know I have a groupon all of the sudden you are busy? I wish I could leave no stars at all. Why would your business be in groupon if you won’t honor it.

The ladies working were all great! My boyfriend got a simple spa mani pedi with hot stone massage. I had a shellac mani pedi with the hot stone massage. Both of us were very happy with the quality of the services and how quickly they took care of us. We had an appointment and they had us on our way within an hour. Reasonably priced, clean and nice people. It doesnt look line much from outside but I highly recommend visiting this shop

New owner. Went in for a fill since I was 3.5 weeks into my acrylic. I usually go the my lady at the mall but I was in the area. The lady was very rough. Had her sanding machine on fill blast. Did it very fast. I told her it feels really hot and she just shrugged. My acrylic was lumpy. After she was done she passed me off to a younger lady who did a sloppy job painting my nails. I had to keep asking her to paint yhe corners and tips. They are not as passionate and caring about what you are wanting. I wouldnt recommend this place. Drive the extra miles and time to see the ladies at Red Nails in the Tacoma mall.

And they wax.... Love it

Cut my toenails way to short so now they hurt, and cut the sides of my toes to the point where they bled. If you want a professional environment with good service DONT go here.

The owner is So rude! She did a terrible job on my nails I payed $60 dollars for them and my nails starting to fell off 2 days after I got them done! I told the owner she said thats my problem and she cant do nothing about it, matter of fact she yelled at me and was being aggressive she said she was rude and distespefcul with clients like me so therefore I would not recommend this place at all I payed my money for nails that lasted 24 hours its crazy!

Used a groupon for a shellac mani and regular pedi. One lady tried to not honor it but I refused to let them rip me off, finally the others agreed that she needed to honor the groupon since it was for the exact services provided. Other than that the girls were nice who did my feet and nails, I’m afraid the shellac won’t last long, how she did it, looks like how I do it at home and it never lasts more than 3 days when I do it (touching the skin creates chips early and easy). I will update if I don’t get the normal two weeks out of it. Also not a huge color selection and the one who wouldn’t originally honor the shellac Groupon kept trying to upsell me to do dip. They don’t use the sanitary bags in the tubs and the seats aren’t message chairs or at least mine wasn’t. But for a $36 groupon not too shabby. I would recommend them if you’re on a budget. It doesn’t look bad, just concerned with the shellac application.

This is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to I received a voucher for a birthday gift from a family member so this was the reason I had went there the voucher was supposed to be $70 value hmmm didn’t see my $70 worth at all !!!!! I received a regular pedicure and a Shilac manicure and had to pay $5 extra for white tips 3 days later my nails look yellow now I have to go to another nail salon and spend more money to have them done right . And on top of that the place was filthy I would rate them a zero if I could !!! Do Not Go To This Place 🙃
