I saw that this shop had 5 stars which is rare. I researched and I called at around 8:20. Elliot’s shop was closed at this time but he still had the courtesy to send me a text giving me a quote. He was polite and right when they opened at 9 I called and he said he was busy all day but he worked with me to get my car in. I asked him if I could come in now and within 20 minutes I was at his shop and he fit me in his schedule. This man is professional and he knows how to treat his customers.I will update this post as I have not seen the quality of the tint but I’m sure will be spot on.But in terms of customer experience this shop and Elliot are doing everything correctly. Take your car here. Cost is also affordable.Update: car looks phenomenal check out the before and after pics!

I then called other companies to price shop around and didnt get the same kind of response from other people. These other companies were also priced higher. I then read face 2 blacks reviews and thought 5his was the logical way to go and Im happy I did. Sometimes Im skeptical on reviews but I think Elliot holds up to his service. Dropped it off at 9am and told me it would be about 3 hours and it was right on the button. Really shows what type of guy he is when he tells me to not roll the windows down then after 2 minutes I roll the windows down and it completely ruins the film. Nice to get my car tinted over the weekend (2016 Kia Optima) in a day. Elliot has a good text messaging system in place and will work with you and possibly even move up an appointment if it works out better. I guess my car had some difficult fixes (previous tint job) but the job got done albeit a little later than expected. Super friendly guy and honored my military service with a discount. Elliot did an excellent job applying clear mask on my BMW sedan. He worked with me to create a custom application based on my specific protection needs. This mask was applied in the winter and a small air bubble appeared around a week after initial mask application. Elliot repaired the bubble in a timely fashion and I am very happy with the job. I highly recommend Fade II Black for your mask needs.

Elliot did a great job tinting my windows on my Honda Fit. He paid great attention to detail and made sure that every thing was perfect. The end result looks great. He was also very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. He used high quality 3M film and other materials. He washed my entire car exterior and cleaned the interior windows before applying the tint to make sure that no dust got in the way of the film adhering to the window. Ive thoroughly inspected the finished product and can find no flaws.

My wife and I try to find businesses not only that have a great reputation, but also that have really good people working at them. Fade II Black came to us through a friends referral. First, they tinted my wifes Acura, and it came out beautiful. Fair pricing, fast and excellent service and convenient location. Not to mention very personable and welcoming. My car was broken into and had two windows smashed, so after the repair, I needed two side windows tinted. Elliot told me if it was easier to wait than go and come back, I was welcome to sit in the office since it wouldnt take too long.
