Last summer I got my nails done here. My friend and I did a walk in so that is also something I take into account. The nail tech was rough with my hands. The nails were crooked and bumpy. The matte nail polish really accentuated the flaws. My friend’s nails were very pretty though! I personally would not go back because the set I received was not well done. I still tipped well because people still have to make a living.

Ripped my cuticles causing severe bleeding removing my old set with cuticle scissors (she didnt even sterilize after wiping my blood off with a napkin and putting back in her drawer). Couldnt do a basic black red ombre. Asked for coffin shape, got half coffin half square. Lumpy uneven, thin, and crooked acrylic. Sloppy black gel polish with gold on top. So for a acrylic nail removal and a new acrylic set with gel it was $90. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I honestly recommend this place 10000% every time for pedicures, I’ve been to most salons here in the Tacoma-federal way area and no other salon compares lol. They offer4-5 different packages, the lowest price is $35 and additional $15 if you would like gel. Everyone is super sweet and professional. They also give you some advice on things you can do at home to help your feet. They are located across from auntie Ann’s & by the Ramen restaurant.

I’m pretty sure Lauren did my nails. I came in with acrylics that a salon in Florida did for me. It was over a month since I had them done. The gel still hadn’t chipped but my nails were just too long. I needed a fill. I wanted white tips this time. I had paid $35 for a full set gel polish acrylics in Florida. Lauren said $40 for a fill or $30 if I didn’t want a color change. I thought that meant she would apply the same color gel that I had before. She removed my existing acrylic color and clipped my nails shorter. She filed down the top of my pointer finger nail way too much so it’s lumpy. She proceed to apply a clear gel polish without having me wash all the dust off my hands. By the time she was creating the white tip, I was confused because I could see the old acrylic through the clear nail polish and I was worried the dust would make the nail polish chip. I just never had a fill before so I didn’t know the process. I told her right away that I didn’t want clear because it’s ugly and shows my messed up nail beds. I said that I thought she would paint on a similar pink color like I came in with. I didn’t even mention the lumpy nail. She made up some excuses and just stared at me. I had my baby with me so I had to go but I was very sad because $30 is a lot to waste on bad nails. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to give a tip since I was paying with card. I’m so shocked that she knew she didn’t give me what she promised or what I wanted, yet she still expected a tip. Most disappointing is that within a day, my middle finger chipped a lot. Today (the second day) my thumb chipped. All the nail edges look wavy as if they’re 2 weeks old. So disappointed. Never going there again. worst mani ever. I called today when my nails chipped but they just picked up the phone so I could hear people in the background but no one spoke to me.

Last year I went with my friend and this Lady that did my nails was just plain rude for no reason and started talking bad about me in her language to the employee that was next to her doing the other clients nails. I was extremely furious. Unprofessional,messy,rude and never will go back !

My mom and I got pedicures here, and were both happy with the outcome. She accidentally bumped her foot into the curing light, and they fixed her polish without asking. Their polish application was precise and Im honestly shocked they did so well for so cheap ($27/basic pedi). Im a licensed cosmetologist, so I look for cleanliness above all.. and this place was with it!

So my fiancé went in and she said to give it a 5 star rating because they had quick and friendly service and the woman who worked on hers had such a friendly personality and made her feel comfortable. They are great! And her nails are amazing and beautiful!

Can be sometimes pricy but they work with you on prices which I love about them!

Thoroughly enjoyed having my nails done by Lauren! She was such a perfectionist! I had a couple bad experiences with other places lately but she fixed their acrylic and did a beautiful design! Super super happy! I’ll definitely be back! Happy Valentines Day!

Took my disabled medically fragile client to this salon. She was in a wheelchair. I just wanted to have her nails polished. They refused. They said it would take too long and be too hard. We went to another salon in the mall and they were very accommodating. They get one star only because I had to give them a star so I could post this review.

💅🏽This was the second place I got my nails done with dip. So far I love how Kim did my nails. I will forsure be coming back to do my nails with her. The price was good. The wait time was fast.

The price for a full set is sort of expensive, but overall they were very hospitality-like and the quality of my nails is the best that I have ever had them done before!!! Kudos!!

Lena did my nails and she was really nice, it was my first time getting stiletto acrylics and I was nervous but she did them really well. She was gentle and was focused on what she was doing.

I went here and got a full set. I had my baby with me because my husband was not comfortable watching her alone yet. They were very accommodating with me and did a very good job on my nails. I will definitely be going back there whenever I need my nails done.

Ive went here for my first time. Me personally, it was nice they make sure you like it the way they did it. If not they asked what the issue was and they fixed it without an issue. Some of you had issues but not for me. Ive went with my mom and we had not issue it was only $30 for a full set for BOTH of us. So in my opinion, i think you guys should go. (:

Old lady is really rude I think Debbie. They hurt my hand. Not happy. I always leave a tip not this time. They don’t care you l leave happy they just want their money. I am never coming back. I called them because only nail salon open late in Tacoma just needed 2 repairs. So when I called the lady was very rude couldn’t understand her and she talked liked I was wasting her time. Well I will never go to this place and after seeing the bad reviews for sure staying away!!

What can I say? I really love these nails, came in about a half hour after getting my nails done(@V Nails) and I hated them.... Kim was so amazing, she listened and created a elegant ombre masterpiece. I couldnt thank her enough.💯🎉

I never go anywhere else!!!! Lauren and Kim are artists.... my nails can seriously go for a month.... but I love giving them free reign to choose what design they want to do....love everyone here. If you want quality work definitely this is the place to go in Washington...

I was horrified at the price! I was charged $85 for a full set, yes I had a design but that was absolutely insane! Ive had my nails done for years and never spent more than $45 for the same thing. I will never frequent this place again and the customer service was shoddy at best.

Normally I get my nails here and theyre pretty good Yesterday I went and got a fill. Different tech than I normally have. Theyre not what I wanted, they look lumpy and awful. Not the shape I wanted either. The tech wouldnt listen. They looked ok-ish in the dark lighting there... but in normal lighting they look horrible

Lauren did my acrylic nails today, and they turned out absolutely STUNNING!! I will be coming to Diamond Nail ‘N Spa for every fill from her from now on! Highly would recommend!

Way too over priced! Walked and in was greeted I asked one of the lady’s to do a design they had posted from their google review photos and she told me it would be $75 I said ok she then said oh no $95 when I then asked her for marble she said idk $110. Overall they did not know how to do the designs they post which is weird because they are misleading clients. Never going back!

I went here to get my eye brows waxed the women that was doing my eyebrows cut me with the scissor on my eye and pretended that nothing happened. I now have a scar on top of my eye.. I will never be back to this location to get anything done. If I could give this negative stars I would. It does not seem as if anyone in there is licensed to do anything but own a business. Don’t waist your time or your money!

Over priced $65 for taking off nails and a full set. Use the same files on everybody GROSS 🤮 and don’t even give good service or do a good job. NOT HAPPY. Definitly do not recommend 👎🏽

The employees here are awesome...I had to travel 2300 miles to get a real Pedicure and gel polish done right...and they had Seahawk Green!!!!.....Buffalo charges way to much money for a poor job.. .and it doesnt last.

The staff are very polite but after my pedicure i was left with an infection on my big toe due to them being too rough with my cuticles and bacteria getting in the cut from dirty tools i’m guessing. It is very painful and i would not recommend

Got my nails done from here gel manicure i think it was 35dollars didnt mind the price mine starts to peeled off already within a week or so should of last me more than two weeks but they should hired licensed manicurist not little kids without licensing. Where is all the licensed manicurist??rather go to angle nail shop Horrible never going back ever again!!!

First of all! Every employee there is so RUDE!! They dont even smile!! What kind of customer service is that?!The young guy left my nails lumpy/bulky... little to know he was learning !!! like whaaaat! Shoulda known because he was having trouble getting the acrylic on. I wasn’t tryna be rude and ask someone else to do them! It was more like i was teaching him how to file them down!!! I literally went from trying to get gel to normal polish! Wasn’t gonna give my money to a bad nail job! Last time i was there was the same problem different girl! Thought i give them a second chance, But after this NEVER AGAIN! He also said coffin starts at $55 like what? I over heard the employee right beside me tell her customer it was $75 for a coffin hombre set! Like again WHATT?! Place is overpriced! I don’t understand how people like this place!! I know better places that aren’t overpriced!!! Literally!!! Do not go here!! I paid $30 for a gel manicure and did not receive the manicure. They only did color over overgrown cuticles. I went back to inquire they argued with me! It looks horrible and now i’ll have to pay even more to get it fixed .

Customer service is great. The quality is my nails is meh. I always get French tip gels from where I am from.. First place to get my nails done here in Tacoma & like I said quality is meh. The white tip stains so to say, started the day after I got them done. Also, only 5 days and the gel has already chipped.. My nails never stained from my previous salons or chipped this soon (maybe even at all!). Soooo.. Customer service is great, maybe upgrade to a better quality brand for shellac/gel?

On my boyfriends acct, but one of my nails broke off twice from this place.

The lady got glue on my skin under my actual nail & it was painful to remove & her nail polish on her finger nails got mixed on mines. So my nail polish I chose was pink & her red got on it & it took her like 3x to try to remove it & it wouldnt. Also my pointer finger on the left hand that nail was crooked as hell.
