Mercurios installed an air conditioner and upgraded our furnace last year. Even during Covid, they were so responsive. Since then, weve had to call them for a minor repair and an annual cleaning and we have been very happy. In addition, our technician had to wait for a very long time for me (Aaron) to wrap up a work call. He was very understanding and patient.

Aaron, our service man, was thorough, considerate, and meticulous. He provided concise explanations of the maintenance process and offered his insights from his years of experience to help us used the equipment and avoid potential problems. He also was considerate and respectful of the pandemic and wore his mask throughout the entire service call.

We had an excellent experience with the Mercurios Rep named Todd. He first asked what our needs were and and next inspected our home. He then recommended a system while explaining the benefits and efficiency of the entire process He also stated that he would research any benefits that could be attached to the bid that would favor the operation of the unit and also the price. My wife and I totally enjoyed his expertise and the congenial way he communicated with us. I contacted Mercurios because of the recent installation a friend had that she was completely satisfied with. Were really looking forward to the installation and the comfort of the new unit.

Sam and Kyle Walker were awesome. They got the job done, friendly, professional, and answered any questions. Absolutely top-notch service and professionalism from this company. Charles and RJ came out to fix a leaking AC. After the call to Mercurios they responded within that day and set up a service call for the following day. They gave me a time estimate and I had actually gone to walk my dog, assuming like most companies, it would be later...nope, they were right on time.Charles and RJ were so friendly and professional. They both wore masks and shoe covers respecting the pandemic which I was really impressed with because it was hot outside. They worked efficiently and explained the work they did and fixed my AC from leaking all over the garage.They also educated me on maintenance and when to call them. Of course the heater wouldn’t kick in and work when the weather cooled down. It wasn’t just one issue but several. I’m a Gold club member. Thought that had more benefits so I’ll look more closely when I renew. Had to pay overtime charges because I called after 5. With all of that service was responsive, professionally completed and we are living in warmth.

Had Rob G. from Mercurios Heating & Air Conditioning out today for annual maintenance on our heat pump. Rob was professional, polite and courteous the whole time. He was particularly helpful by explaining a bit more to us about how our heating/cooling system worked (since we just bought this house about a year ago). I was impressed that Rob took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and he genuinely wanted to make sure we understood the system better before he left! Talking to Mercurios before I scheduled the appointment was great too. I called a couple of times to ask questions and get pricing information, which I was comparing with other companies. Each time I talked with Mercurios the people were easy to understand and work with. Mercurios had competitive pricing, but they had more recent positive reviews so we choose them over other providers and it worked out very well. Once the appointment was scheduled the text messaging and email communication was much appreciated too, especially the text message indicating the technician was on their way for our appointment! Highly recommend Mercurios ... we will definitely be using them in the future.

We have been using Mercurio’s for servicing our furnace for several years. They installed a ductless heating and a/c unit last year in our upstairs to manage heat and cold that comes with our summers and winters. Today was a maintenance trip. Aaron was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable answers to my questions. We now have scheduled for a bid to replace our older furnace. I highly recommend this group if you are looking for quality service at reasonable prices. Friendly staff from office to field staff. Do yourself a favor and give them a try when you need heating/cooling work done!

No only did they do a great job, but they were on time, fair price, and after over a month of dealing with their competitors and it not being fixed. They can out and had me fixed in less then two hours. I will use them for ALL of my future needs. I will also make sure anyone I talk to knows to no go anywhere else.

I called 10 companies to diagnose and repair our AC unit. Mercurios was able to come out the soonest by far. The tech came and explained clearly what needed to be fixed. He fixed it and made some other recommendations. He was polite, not pushy and our AC works now!

I had questions and Charles had answers... often before I asked! He had tips for cost savings and suggested a couple maintenance items I can do myself, and avoid paying a professional. Knowledgeable, professional, and the price was lower than I had expected, too! Mercurios was booked out, so I had to wait for my initial appointment, but I now have a service agreement and I look forward to doing business with them for a long time to come.

These guys installed a brand new central system into a house with outdated knob and tube wiring and made it work perfectly. We had a gas furnace installed and an air conditioner for cheaper than some of the newer types of systems which will save on maintenance and repair costs in the long term. We are super happy with the customer service and the professionalism of the different crews, and it was amazing how their team approach worked out, and with some balancing, the system is working great. I will definitely look them up for my next project!

Aaron arrived earlier than expected and we were very happy about that. We received text reminders several days before the actual appointment and a phone call on the day of the appointment to remind us of date and time. We even received a text with Aarons picture so we would recognize him as a technician from Mercurios when he arrived. Aaron was courteous, pleasant, and informative. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. He made recommendations, but did not pressure us in any way to buy additional services. We have used Mercurios for years and HIGHLY recommend them. They are attentive, professional, courteous, and really the best deal in town for what you get. Great care is taken to respect your home/property and they have never not made it to an appointment. We have used them for maintenance in the past at our previous house and immediately thought of them to install a heating/AC system in our upstairs where we had old cadet heaters. They ran all the ducting and the system has worked well. They also replaced our AC and found a problem in our gas furnace and were able to help us locate financing that was a good deal considering what my bank was offering. Finally - they also donate money monthly to Make A Wish for Washington and Oregon which is amazing since my son is scheduled to have his wish fulfilled once the pandemic is over. Rob showed up at the time he said he would and replaced the defective board in our air exchanger so now we again have a fully functioning heat pump (hot and cold). He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He even gave our pups much appreciated head pats throughout the process. Nicely done, Rob!

Everyone at Mercurios has been great to work with. The salesman answered a lot of questions, quoted us the right system for our home, and we didnt feel pressured. Components are highly rated by Consumer Reports. Price was very good. Office staff made sure the price we paid included the discounts that were offered. The installation team was outstanding and was completed 1/2 day sooner than estimated. I have an electronics-computer systems background and asked the tech doing the commission required for the power company rebate quite a few questions he doesnt normally get from homeowners on smart thermostat advanced configuration settings, schedule settings, and add-on room sensor effectiveness-placement. He added an advanced thermostat configuration option for filter check-change reminders.

He did find that our capacitor was no working as well as it should. I authorized him to replace it today. Because of the Maintenance contract, which I did set up, I saved money on today’s parts! A+ service from the time I called to get information and book an appointment to Rob G completing the job promptly and efficiently! I really appreciated the communication via emails and texts for appointment reminders and to say they were on the way. I had never had my ductless heat pump serviced in the almost 9 years of having it, so there was certainly a lot of cleaning to be done. Rob G did a great job and even replaced the batteries in my remote and helped me figure out the settings as Id always found them a bit confusing. I was quoted nearly half what another company had quoted me. With all that he did I thought it would be more but it was not. I highly recommend Mercurios, and believe me I am picky!

Brandon was not the electrician who came to our property for the a/c install. But, the team that came were “5 Star” AWESOME!.

The installation went flawlessly and they happened to be able to get us in ghe same week as they had a cancelation!There was some issue after our historic heatwave where it wasnt cooling as well. Brian came out to check it out and it was a quick and easy fix. They were able to come out next day to check it out, very thankful!

Im so happy we chose Mercurios for our furnace! We got several bids, and they offered the best price and fastest installation. Today, I was a bit worried because something went awry and it wasnt producing heat. Not good on a day that snow is in the forecast! I called Mercurios and they had someone out within the hour. The technician was able to fix the issue at no extra cost (since were still under service warranty). My house is warm again and the snow is starting to fall. Im glad we chose a company that offers such quick, friendly service should you need it!

Great service. Techs were very knowledgeable about HVAC and electrical. It was a pleasure working with them. I had a large crew work two days installing an air handler (heater), heat pump, thermostat and a new power panel and duct cleaning. I couldn’t believe how much was done. Very professional and friendly. They didn’t even leave behind any screws. Then today they came back for the third day to commission it. Very impressed with the business and people.

I asked him to look at my furnace, since there was a soot deposit on the garage floor at the foot of the furnace. He carefully examined the furnace, and he ruled out any deficiency or safety issue. On a Saturday afternoon our heat pump fan wouldnt shut off. We called Mercurios and within an hour our system was fixed. Their technician Shawn called to assess the problem and let us know exactly when he would be there. He also explained what he thought might be wrong. When he arrived he was very respectful of our house and super polite. He had the problem fixed in no time at all and kept us informed of the cost every step of the way. He even showed us the damaged part he replaced. Their customer service is wonderful, their technicians are highly trained and we absolutely recommend calling Mercurios.

I thank you for your response... I did have a chance to speak with a young lady in management on 13 August after I left a review. I was finally glad to receive a call especially after I had to reach out to them. During the course of the conversation, I was told I would receive a full refund... well as par for the course, I had to contact Mercurios in regards to my refund. today 26 August I learn that my refund may be contingent on if Mercurio receives credit/gets a refund for the ordered part. at no time was I told this. Wow this was a shock... I again wonder am I the only one making accurate reviews about this company. I ask also if you have had a similar experience, I am sure others would like to know. However, I have had what I believe is stellar professional customer service from the support personnel who have answered the phone.At the beginning of the heatwave here in the Pacific NW. My HVAC system went out and I gave my original HVAC company a call but they were swamped so I gave Mercurios a call. They were fantastic for many of my electrical installations I asked them to come check my system but they could not come out until June 13 which was 3 weeks later which I accepted. They arrived checked the system and I learn I need a new coil its gonna cost 2k. My system is a Lennox which is about 5 years old. so I pay half. they say they will order the part and give me a call but I hear nothing from them. no voicemail no post card nothing. So I give them a call on July 12. They inform me the part is coming in and should be here the next day. July 13. Sounds good. However, I still had not head from them so I give them a call today. August 11, they now tell me my part will not be in for 7 business days. WOW... Im a very patient guy but this is the worst yet.. I can in no fashion recommend this company nor can I give them a positive rating... its actually been 60 days and they have NEVER given me a call nothing. I just marvel at all the rave reviews.. is it possible that I am he only one that may be giving an honest review..
