Maria, came out to repair a leak in our A/C line, replace a pump in our mini-split, and replace a defective thermostat. She notified us with her arrival time, arrived promptly and got to work. She repaired and replaced everything efficiently, had to run and get a new part, cleaned up well in every area she worked in and then showed us everything, explained how to maintain to avoid future issues. We were very impressed with her work and service. We would highly recommend Maria and Kliemann Brothers.

My heat pump went out and my furnace, being 15 years old, was likely not far behind. I decided to bite the bullet and have them both replaced so they would be the same age. I got 5 bids. Kliemann Brothers was had the most knowledgeable sales person AND was the only company out of the 5 who realized an additional issue with my system (long story, previous homeowner made some bad choices). They were friendly, communicative, professional, and did AMAZING work. They also put me on a cancellation list and managed to get me in 3 WEEKS early when they had an opening. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. With this 110°+ weather coming up, we are staying nice and cool, just in time. Nate (sales) and Brian (installer) were fantastic. I would highly recommend Kliemann for anyone with HVAC needs.

Honest sales tactics, very professional and up to code installation. They gave us options within our budget range and thoroughly explained the differences so we could make a good decision on what the best furnace for our needs would be. The technicians took the time to really ensure that our installation was the most efficient & proper way it could have been done. From replacing seals, hardware, re-routing the gas line slightly to improve efficiency. They minimized additional need to open up walls and creatively solved how to install our new furnace without demolition or overly complicated exhaust or water build up removal. We had Kliemann Brothers install a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split in our family cabin. With only baseboard and a propane fireplace currently, this was an incredible upgrade investment. The install technicians, as well as the electrician, showed up on time and ready to get to work. They took great care in protecting our property and cleaned up thoroughly when completed. Despite the fact that they had a 2 hr drive home ahead of them on a Friday night, not once did they cut a corner or not take the time to answer questions I had. Not satisfied with the service that we received. When we purchased the system the sales person told us that this was the top of the line system, the service tech. told me that the system that we purchased from you was not a good system that is was a builders grade? We also thought that the service package that we have always purchased was to service the system once before summer and once before winter was to get the system ready for that season, like check the freon for the summer, the tech that came out because it was low on freon said that they usually dont check that? It would have save us a service call charge.Very disappointed.Keith Hartle

My family was in the middle of a renovation when we realized that we needed to replace our entire HVAC system. Kleimann went above and beyond to update our system in a timely manner, which allowed for our project to stay on track. Nate came out to do the initial bid. He was professional and very knowledgeable. The bid for the project was reasonable and they seemed to have an understanding of how to approach a full update much better than the other services we had come out. The crews were very efficient and overall did a fantastic job. The ducts were sealed and insulated and clearly top quality. Nate came back out to walk the project again and there were a few things that had been missed and he had someone out the same day to make the adjustments. Although things didnt go off without a hitch, the fact that they reviewed the work and made the changes without hesitation shows me that this is a company that cares about their customers and will do right by people. I HIGHLY recommend Kleimann and will continue to give them my business in the future!

We recently purchased a house and Kliemann bothers installed the HVAC. We had a random issue where our thermostat could not connect to WIFI, and were having issues fixing it. Bradly came out and managed to fix it right away. He was professional, prompt, and friendly. The dispatch team is also great. I will only use Kliemann going forward.

The two technicians (and one electrician) were very professional and efficient. They made sure they didn’t disturb our house, other than what was needed, and cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through all of the changes and answered all of my questions with the knowledge I was looking for. I would recommend them over and over again.

Prompt service and the tech was very polite... and they were able to repair our furnace the same day. But I was charged $1800 to replace a $200 inducer motor. Absolutely unacceptable! If it wasnt for the need to repair immediately, I would have gone with another company or attempted to replace the inducer myself.

INITIAL REVIEW 5 stars: We had gas furnace replaced and a heat pump added to the system. With that kind of installation, the quality of installation is more important than the type of equipment selected. Kliemann Brothers did an excellent job of installing the equipment. It was a very neat and clean install. They were also on time and delivered as agreed.UPDATED REVIEW 3 stars: Six months after initial installation, the furnace controller failed during a hot spell (85+ degrees). This in itself is not Kliemann Brothers fault. Although I paid for a weekend diagnostic, and a technician did diagnose it on the weekend, it took Kliemann Brothers until Thursday of the following week to send a technician for the repair. The part should have been next day aired if not in stock locally and due to my close proximity to their main office and the simple installation, this should have been scheduled on Monday or Tuesday.At the visit, it was found that the initial installers did not properly seal the equipment. There was no seal between the furnace and evaporator coil, between the evaporator coil and the ductwork, and around the refrigerant lines. This was noticed due to the cold air blowing from the unit. The technician caulked these areas with clear silicone. After my further inspection, it was noticed that one of the plenum transitions to the evaporator coil condensates heavily. This is an indication that the transition is not insulated inside the unit.Part of the initial installation included a duct leakage test. It failed at 17% leakage. We assumed it was due to unsealable toe kick registers or poor duct installation when the house was constructed. Now I believe that a fair percentage of that leakage was due to poor installation of the new furnace. It would have been nice if Kliemann Brothers had performed a followup visit after that test to verify their work. I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3.

Install team and electrician were great. They came on time, finished on time and on a two day install did so in such a way that we had heat with the new furnace over night and completed the heat pump on day two. The install sites were left clean and the installations look good. We have used Kliemann for 15 years for our last home installation and annual maintenance, we will continue to use their maintenance service and if we ever need new equipment in the future would certainly use them again.

I have been using Kliemann Brothers for years for my furnace preventative maintenance. The technicians are always professional, do a quality job in an efficient manner.The company has kept my 11 year old furnace operating like new and I have not had any issues with my heating system breaking down.Their service fees are reasonable compared to others and I would recommend them for any heating or AC issues you have.

I had Kliemann Brothers install a Mitsubishi heat pump about 3 years ago, along with a Trane Cleaneffects air purifying system.I was having a issue with the Cleaneffects air purifying system, so I call Kliemann Brothers and spoke to their Service Manager about the issue I was having with air purifying system.She was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable.She said the unit was still under warranty.Keep in mind when Kliemann Brothers installs something, they send in and keep track of all the warranty stuff. So I, don’t have to keep track of it that’s fantastic. One less thing for me to have to keep track of.Long story short, they sent out a repairman named Thomas he was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions.

I was fortunate enough to have Austin as my tech, this guy is incredibly informative. Anyone would be lucky to have an employee like Austin. Highly recommend 10/10.

I live in a new home community where Klieman Brothers installed the heating and a/c systems. On 6/1/21, the hottest day so far this year, the a/c was not working. The fan worked, the functions on the thermostat worked, but it wasn’t until I spoke with my son that he told me to see if the compressor outside was on. A big No! Problem found! I called Klieman after hours and spoke with a woman from their answering service who then contacted Maria at Klieman.By this time, I was totally frustrated. My elderly dog was whining and wanted his dinner. Per Maria’s instructions, I went to the breaker box to turn off a few functions.15 minutes later, I turned them back on and still no compressor action. We were checking communication between the breakers and compressor. As a last resort, Maria suggested I follow a cord from the compressor to a gray metal box on the siding. I had never noticed it before. Sure enough, when Maria told me to flip the breaker to the up position, the compressor started!! I was so impressed with Maria’s knowledge and patience. While I was frustrated with having to mess with the indoor electrical box, I also knew there must be a reason I had to follow Maria’s advice. A huge thank you from my senior dog and me to Maria. She persevered and her final suggestion was the one that solved my problem. Klieman Brothers, you have a valuable asset to your business in terms of customer service and knowledge. Stephanie was wonderful to work with, very honest and caring - made me feel immediately like Kliemann Brothers cared about me as a customer. All the field staff were great, Brian was sure to take him time explaining how the process and program would work, giving me updates on the status, and ensured project completion on time. Office staff, especially Mirabai, were also very helpful and kind. Always on time to the job, quick to respond, and all around amazing! Highly recommend!
