Excellent experience!! I was met with friendly and knowledgeable customer service that far exceeded all of my expectations. I am extremely discerning about who services my BMW 535i and I needed an A/C recharge. My regular shop doesnt service a/cs and referred me here. I texted per the VM recommendation had a quick response and provided with all the information I needed to make an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. I am so happy I did!! My A/C was running in no time for a reasonable price. I STRONGLY recommend this business and will use them in the future as well as refer friends and family.

The A/C Man is the best! Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning and picked it up that afternoon. A/C went from blowing hot air to blowing ice cold. Hes a very busy man, but hes friendly and happy to answer any questions. Im glad I decided to give him a try.

2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 A/C stopped working over the winter. I called the A/C Man and he knew what the problem was before I explained my situation. This year and make has a bad AC Condenser. I replaced that for under $200 and the AC man refilled my system. Great guy!

The Man is not necessarily the easiest to get in to but WHY would you go anywhere else. He is experienced, personable and thorough not to mention affordable. I had my trusted mechanic replace my ac compressor but he could not recharge the system and thats where the Man came in. He is very busy which is why he is hard to get in to but its worth the wait. Highly recommend

A Honda dealership told me a/c services for my car started at $480, so I wasnt having that. Then my boyfriend found Mr. Loiland. He was so kind and forgiving of me being late for my appointment, due to traffic. He was very clear in explaining what he needed to see and what he was going to do. He shared useful information and knowledge of his experience as well as what the dealerships do to make a buck and force unnecessary services on customers. He listened and smiled and gave me a free calendar and pens etc. He told me it would take about 45 minutes to recharge my a/c and was true to his word. I am SO grateful for cold air again. Mr. Loiland is a humble and good hearted man, and gave this lady a piece of chocolate! Five stars and a customer for life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THANK YOU!!

Great price for the service I needed!I looked everywhere for someone that had R12 service. No one had it. Not even the big chain repair shops. OReilly spanaway referred me to this gentleman.I told him I needed an R12 evacuation, as I was planning to do the repairs myself. R12 is a dangerous substance and needs to be properly disposed of.He evacuated it at a fair price. I might come back for the recharge once Im done with repairs.He even had seats and a TV ready in his garage, which was a plus, cause I had 4 kids with me.Definitely recommend him.

Chevy quoted us nearly $2000 to fix our ac in our 2015 Silverado .... We were able to drop our truck off and get it back within 48 hours. We paid almsot $1200 through the AC man. We were having a rough morning and he was pateint with us as we didnt know what the hell we were doing. Super friendly. Not every day can you just drop off your 70k truck to a stranger and receive it better than you left it. We are on our way to Cali blasting our ac!!! Super pleased.
