Been coming here for 15+ years. One of, if not the most consistent barbershop in the area. Always professional, courteous, respectful. Honest rates. Great family business. I remember everytime I came in, Id see Mr. Collins Sr. Or Mr. Collins jr. Great each and EVERY customer that came in. Now they have passed that tradition down to their children and other employees who work in the shop. A great customer service experience you rarely find these days in most shops. Come here for not only a good consistent cut done right the first time, but professional service and honest rates.

I always get a great cut at Collins. Its a fantastic family owned establishment that Ive been coming to for years. The building and inside are relatively unassuming. They hide the skill and experience contained within the walls.I personally have Charles cut my hair. He has a lot of experience and knows my head well. Everyone here can send you home with a good cut though.One thing to keep in mind is that they are a cash only Barber Shop. But at $12 for a cut, its not a crazy amount to carry around. If you want a clean, inexpensive, family owned Barber to go to this is definitely the place for you.

Best place for international students, who want a good hair cut! The barbers are cool, and dont worry of not knowing all the vocabulary for a hair cut, they will take time to understand you.

Just got an excellent haircut here for a great price - very good value here! Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my barber knew his stuff. I dont live in Syracuse, but if I did, Id be a regular here.

Very beat up building but the barbers are very cool. I can honestly say that this barbershop has the least drama of any I have been to. Most fellas do an amazing job. They barber in the chair closest to the door has nicked me a few times but normally they do a great job!

Barber was extremely friendly, managed to get a haircut without an appointment. The actual shop wasnt exactly in the best condition but the service exceeded my expectation. the prices were also reasonable. overall good, 4.1
