I strongly recommend this place for old school, high quality barbering. Ive gotten outstanding haircuts from Ryan and Dan (dont have experience with anyone else there).

My dad works there my hair cut will always come out perfect.

Made an appointment for my son, had to work with the design guy due to my son wanting a tails design. I showed him a picture of the type of fade and edge up I wanted, he was confident it could be done but not with the design. The haircut he gave my son looked NOTHING like the pic. When I asked what happened he tried to explain my son didnt have enough hair for the edge up, which he did but too much hair was taken off. He also tried to convince me the boy in the pic more than likely had makeup applied to his head. 2 big things that he shouldve pointed out before beginning. Ive never seen a worse haircut on a boy.

I scheduled a appointment 3 times. The first one the barber kept me waiting outside for 40 minutes. The second time he didnt show up. So, I switched barbers. The first time he was on time and did a great haircut. Today I had a 9:00 appointment. I walked in the shop at 9:00 (which is the time they open) Only to find him cutting his friends hair. Which than he kept me waiting for 20 minutes and proceeded to talk to his friends the entire time he was cutting my hair. Needles to say I will never get my hair cut there again

My boys love Fade!! Weve been going there for years. Every cut is top notch and if Dan doest think it is, hell fix it, you dont even have to ask. My oldest son has really curly hair that is hard to cut and looks fantastic every month! My youngest has like 10 colicks, it always takes longer for him but he always comes out perfect! We would never go anywhere else! 🤩

I didn’t have an appointment but needed a cut. I had medium to long hair and always got a mid skin fade with the top trimmed half an inch max. I asked for the same and ended up leaving with an odd shaped buzz cut. He said my hair was long in certain parts and I understand but he literally just cut off 80% of my hair. My friend referred me but I don’t think I’ll ever cut my hair here again.

Down to earth people. They interacted with everyone. All sorts from 6-60 yrs old going there. A hidden gem really. I will be back.

Great place to get a haircut! Been going to these guys for a few years now!. Very friendly atmosphere! Many televisions to watch different sports. You can sit in anyones chair and get a great cut, even if they have new guys in there. There newest guy, can cut as good as the veterans! Very affordable! Very nice and clean place to go. With greatness comes a lot of customers, so just make sure you give them a call first, they will fit you right in, on the same day. You wont be dissatisfied!!

This place is THE BEST PLACE to get a cut. My barber is Eddie and he is amazing. My cut is always on point and the rest of the guys there are AMAZING to. I live between both Syracuse and Myrtle Beach and always have to make sure I get cut before I head south cuz no one can cut my hair like Eddie D. And the guys. Hands down 5 stars, I would give more if I could!!!

Been here maybe 50 times. I haven’t had a compliant once. It’s such a good place for a barber shop. Guys are friendly, they laugh with you, they actually wanna know how you are doing, all of the barbers are 10/10. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is the wait. You can sometime wait for an hour sometimes 2. But they understand and try and do their best. Love these guys

Long wait times, I have been there 3 times. The haircuts were good, however the atmosphere is a bit blue collar. Not really my place for a haircut, the barbers would prefer to take their friends first then actually follow the order of when people arrive. There is no rhyme or reason to who gets a haircut first. For that reason it is a one star.

By far the best fades in Syracuse. They are both very friendly, good environment and also know how to do great cuts. Never once have I been disappointed leaving there.I highly recommend Fades and I appreciate that they take great Pride in what they do.

Have been going there since they opened. I have had my head shaved and beard trimmed by everyone there and never have I had a bad experience or cut. From all the TVs to the conversations going on everyone is friendly. If your looking for a good barber shop that isnt pricey and makes you look good head over to Fade, theyll hook you up.
