Syracuse Frame rip me off I had them 3000$ worth of work so they did Leaf Springs on both sides they said I had a year warranty wouldnt u know 15 days after the year they broke again and they supposed to be new ok on that so my rear end was making noise had them do that now its making the same noise all I can said is dont do it bloodbath another 2500$

Last year I spent $2000 on repairing my frame which was supposed to be taking care of everything underneath my car. Took it in one year later and they said they wanted $1300 more work. Had someone else look at frame, its fine and passed inspection. that was very disappointing.

My dad use Syracuse Frame, i use Syracuse Frame and my son will aslo get his car there as well.

Got my car in on Christmas Eve when they should have been closed after I screwed up my own repair. Fixed it fast and for a very reasonable price. Bill provided great customer service!

Good place to get your car fixed if you get in an accident

Police had my stolen car towed to Syracuse Frame Services. I went to their location on S. State Street and interacted with several people. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was a good overall experience considering the circumstances. Thank you everyone for your help.

They have agreements with the police officers that they want tow your car.

This place is a scam, they talk to u like you are a criminal, I had no plans on sticking them with anything but the guy that answered the phone gave me no choice. I dont know why the police department uses them to tow Im definitely going to consumer affairs and complain to the Attorney Generals Office, the place needs to be investigated and Im damn sure gonna make that happen. I wouldnt let these people fix my bicycle, beware Syracuse dont go to this place unless u wanna get ripped off !!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Staff was very rude over the phone. I talked to 2 different people on the same day and they gave me 2 different answer. The first person told me that I couldnt get my personal items from my own vehicle. The second person said I could get the items, but then very rudely assumed I wasnt going to return for my vehicle. Disgusting people skills and very poor ethic. 👎🏼👎🏽👎🏾Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely the worst place I’m ever had to deal with. Held my vehicle hostage for insane amounts of money even though the police had it on hold for an investigation. From what I’ve been told it’s their game. They don’t do anything else there that would generate any type of return business, so they scam the people that the police send to them.
