From the first phone call to the first initial visit. I was greeted warmly by Daniel and his staff. Daniel made sure to keep me up to date with how my car was doing. And even gave me advice on how to proceed with fixing my car. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and the restrooms. I would recommend everyone to come and visit this establishment. Its rare that you find great customer service and cleanliness all in one basket. I finally found a home for my car.....

I had to just stop in I had a flat tire. Left mt car and walked to my office. They were busy but repaired my tire ( it had a nail). The service was great. The young man that waited on me was able to get in done by the end of the day. They did not charge me! A day that started quite badly was just made better by professional kind folks. I work nearby so I have been coming here for years. They are always polite and efficient and I have always been satisfied with their work. I brought my car in today for inspection and Daniel was super nice and wonderful in assisting me! Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, great customer experience. I called and explained to the technician that I needed 2 tires removed from their rims. When I arrived I noticed the shop was a little busy, but the technician came right out to greet me and got my tires off the rims in no time at all. If im ever in the area, I know where Im taking my business.

Today I serviced my tires at Goodyear Tire & Service network (4/1/2021) the prices were fair and the wait time was fair but the customer service was beyond exceptional. Mr. Daniel Shaw was more than helpful he went above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely respectful I give goodyear service an 10 but I give Mr. Daniel Shaws Customor Service an 100000000000 we need more respectful mannered gentlemen in customer service fields like him. Fast and professional! Stopped by on a busy Saturday with no appointment (as a tire was losing air and I was 300 miles from home) - these guys found and repaired the issue quickly and explained exactly what happened. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I went in without an appointment and luckily for me they had an opening! The mechanics/crew were super nice and were able to plug my tire for free which I greatly appreciated! 10/10 will definitely recommend.

Slow service.sat for two hours for four tires. Was the only car at the shop.

Seemed to be a fair price for the repairs. Sales person found and applied for a Goodyear repair rebate. Will go again for service.

Im not sure what happend at Goodyear service but they have really gone down hill. I used to get practically all my work done by them but the last few times its turned into a very very expensive nightmare. I just stopped in for a simple break job I specifically asked for new pads only and the guy at the desk said he would be do the job unless I get new pads, rotors and calipers he didnt even look at the vehicle. I told him I dont want all that. I just want new pads. There isnt any pulsating when I hit the breaks. He he replied with either get everything done or he isnt taking the job. He was more than happy to see take my business elsewhere

Basic oil change spot, theyll tell you there a ton of stuff they need to do to your car to make more money than what really needs to be done. Make sure you know exactly what you need done and dont let them talk you into getting work you dont need done

Nice, but caused problems for my car. I had an AAA auto inspection done there. When the tires were rotated, one of the lug nut caps was not replaced. My low tire air warning light appears after the inspection was done; it could be a coincidence, but I never had any troubles until I took my car there. This turned out to be a bad TPM sensor. And, they did not replace a windshield wiper properly, when it rained, the wiper flew off. In spite of the being AAA approved, Ill never take my car there again.

Had my cars oil changed and NYS inspection, affordable pricing, very friendly staff and one of the nice things is to give you a call if they notice something needs to be fixed and its all up to you.

Blew two tires on the way past Syracuse. They wanted Almost $900 to fix while a local Mechanic did it for $300. BEWARE!

Professional, courteous, and werent pushy on trying to get me to buy extra stuff or try out Goodyear credit. Best of all they were fast.

Went for an oil change only to find out the next day that neither the oil nor the filter was changed. I always mark my filters before getting it changed so knew immediately that I was being ripped off. They changed the filter and the oil after I complained, but you shouldnt have to check for work that you paid to had done. Please beware when you come here. Theres a lot of shady oil change going on.

#1 Over priced. Any decent mechanic can do the same job for half the price.#2 Absurd pricing system. I felt like I was in a Kafka novel.#3 AAA discount is a scam to lure you in.Dont go here.

They said a coolant thermostat replacement was 120+ dollars without tax when other mechanics will do it for 20-30$. Last year I got my car aligned by them & didn’t feel the difference after. Do not go to these people

Wouldnt plug a tire that could clearly be plugged and inspection took 2.5 hrs longer to get done then they estimated.
