I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Heritage Lincoln. The environment is welcoming and very professional. The cars are of great quality and the service was perfect! I bought a car from Mark A., the process was clean, no BS, no non-sense fees, etc. Everything was done for me including registration, plates, etc. and local delivery! I really enjoyed my experience with the service department. Very knowledgeable staff. The sales department is also very helpful in trying to get me into another car. Nice small family owned business that does right by their customers. Very reasonable prices! Cant wait to own my first Lincoln!

The salesman Mark was a pleasure to deal with, upfront, straightforward and happy to help. The manager Steve who evaluates used cars was not, after getting his offer I decided to walk away and check the KBB Instant Cash Offer which was higher than his! Work with Mark and a different manager or take your business elsewhere.

If I could put zero stars, I would. This is the worst place to buy a car. I bought a new MKC in 2017and at first inspection they said it was great. 10 days later I needed brakes all around, it only had 12,000 miles. I have never had them service it without bringing it back 2 or 3 times for them to fix their mistakes. The service manager is terrible. The body shop replaced the lift gate and back bumper. They gave it back to me all apart. They took it back to fix it, returned it, I had to send it back again because they forgot to paint it. The lift gate hasnt worked right since. They now told me I need a new lift gate hinge, which should of been done when they fixed it the first time. I just recently brought it in for an inspection only to get it back. It still had the 2020 inspection sticker and when I called they said they dropped the ball and forgot to inspect it. They had to come back and get it to due the inspection. I just sold it, with the broken hinge (they never fixed). thank god!! The car was a lemon and I will never go to or recommend Heritage Lincoln EVER!!!!

I dont know where to start with my first experience with Heritage Lincoln. First off, the personal interactions with Mark, Oz, and Rusty was unbelievable. These guys went above and beyond to make our purchase happen. Second, they really treat you like family. Mr. Spinnelli started this small business years ago with a family-like atmosphere and the employees carry on that tradition to this day. Lastly, buying a car could be a trying, uneasy experience. They put our mind to ease and made this a no-hassle transaction. This wont be my last experience with Heritage. See you soon fellas!!!

Although the end result was that I ultimately decided on a different vehicle elsewhere, I cant say enough about this dealership. Mark Frocione was unfailingly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman, which isnt easy to find, especially for a female customer in the car-buying world. They went out of their way to respond to my requests promptly and accurately. Highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle, took delivery at about 3 pm on a Friday and went home. At 8:30 pm, I took the vehicle on to the highway for the first time to pick up wife from work. About 2 miles into traveling at 55mph, a tire burst. Once changing the tire i noticed it had blew out on the inside wall. Dealership closed on weekends, and not wanting to ride on the spare all weekend, I purchased a used tire and kept the old. All because I believed the dealer would have no issue making this right come Monday . Not at all. No cost mentioned to me out of pocket until the tire was replaced. It was suddenly I hit something! With the inside wall of the tire, on the drivers side, rear, the side that never has to pull to a curb. Very disappointed, this was an easy fix.What pothole can you hit to make the side of a tire blow out on the internal side of the tire. Guess I was born the day i purchased the vehicle .

The pricing was spot on, the sales and service were amazing, and best of all down to earth and low pressure. Everything about this deal was a pleasure. We love the car and have already been referring people to the dealer. Well worth the drive through the snow storm and we will definitely be heading back when it is time for the next one.

If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible service!! My truck sat for 4weeks and they kept lying and making excuses as to why they had not looked at it yet!! Took it to someone else and within a day they are fixing the issues. I should have known because I bought the vehicle from them years ago and they were horrible then. I see nothing has changed.

I received horrible customer service from the Service Department. I called about getting my vehicle in for repairs and was told that if I brought it in before close it would be in first thing in the morning. The vehicle was dropped off that evening around four. The next day I had not heard from them, so I called at noon. I was told by the service department it still not had been in but it was the next vehicle. By two thirty, yet again I had not heard anything. I called down again to check. The manager answered and advised me that the car had still not gone in. Clearly they are not trustworthy, so my vehicle will be going elsewhere. I would not recommend Heritage Lincoln for ANY service or repairs.

Despite having three of the cars I wanted to buy on the lot (MKZ), they would not let me test drive a single one of them. Either it was not yet inspected by their mechanic, or it was a showroom car, or the battery was dead and they didnt want to charge it. I asked how they sell cars if they dont have any available to be test driven and was told they get many repeat customers that dont need to test drive. I would not recommend this dealership to any new customers.I went to Summit Lincoln in Auburn where they let me test drive the car and I bought it there instead.

They have nice Lincoln products here but the facility is outdated and feels old. Not what you relate to luxury. The sales people can be a bit aggressive with steering you into deals that suit them more than you. The cars here are nice and the place is easy to access for residents of CNY.

Question: 08/30/2021 -Hi Mike, hope you are well, when I bought the 2014 Hyundai I also purchased an extended warranty from Rusty. I now need to use that warranty as the rear differential pinion seal has a leak. I bought the PremiumCARE warranty for $1805. I emailed Rusty but he has not gotten back to me. I had the car looked at and was told the work needed to be done at a Hyundai Dealer, I have an appointment in Ithaca on September 7th. My question is how do I use the extended warranty? this is part of the drive train that can only be serviced at the dealer. I have my paperwork and the expiration is not until 08/06/2022 and Im well within my mileage. Can you direct me as to how I use the extended warranty. I cant find anything online or on the paperwork.Update: 08/30/2018 - There was a mixup between the date on the paperwork vs. the date I actually picked up the car. Mike sent someone down with correctly dated paperwork to my workplace along with a giftcard for all my trouble. Thank you for the gift card and heartfelt note in regards to my Dad Mike. It was above and beyond and appreciated more than you know (even though it did make me tear up a bit) Like Danielle told me today, I didnt know when I bought the car I would be gaining a few friends as well... Thank you again for all your help.

Very dissatisfied. My car has 23k and the rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I was there 3k miles ago for an oil change and a multi-point inspection. Why didnt they see the pads were low then and saved me the rotor change. This was my last service there!

I like my salesman Mark and his manager, very nice. I would do business with him again.The reason I give one star is the service department. The manager in service department is so rough, not honest. The way he is should not be in customer service. I start the service since 2006, both manager in service department and the guy at front desk are rouph. Now they have new nice guy at front desk, but the manager still there.My transmission broke, they asked me replace for $3800 includes 16 hours labor. And that they have to replace with a new one, he said It would cost more if I want to fix ( rebuild) because it takes them forever to sit in there to check every single part for problems.My car is Mercury Monterey 2004.All dealers in Syracuse quoted me $2800 with 7 hours labor and new transmission.Most of dealer do not do rebuild, not like Aamco or Speedy Transmission which is cheaper, but this guy try to get me a new expensive transmission because they do not do rebuild and told me it would cost me more if I do rebuild.
