I was referred here from Auto Zone on Salina in The valley. To have a fuel filter replaced.(If you do not know, this little filter plays a huge part in the performance of ur vehicle. I didnt realize this.) I called right away on a evening before they closed. and Wendy got me right in the next day by 12pm!! The customer service and the mom and pop feel it gives is vety welcoming. The owner Wendi and I had a great conversation and it was not awkward at all. Very down home feel. Like great neighbors. They replaced my fuel filter. Not only did they replace it but explained every step in detail,which is rare with many shops. They found another minor issue and they could have just replaced the fuel filter which is what I came there for but the other issue with my O2 sensor wiring was repaired as well. THE KICKER TO IT ALL WAS IT WAS NO EXTRA CHARGE! GO FIGURE! These are the businesses that will last forever because they are not trying to get ovet or rip customers off. Mind you I was in yown visiting and could not get to my machanic. The mechanic at this shop spoke with my mechanic which made me more comfortable. During the time sitting there waiting on my vehicle I notice that almost all of their customers were repeats and had been getting services from Ventures for years. That is always a plus. I will definitely recommend anyone in the area to Ventures by Wendi. I had a great experience. My car drove great on the highway back to my destination. Thank you Wendi and ur great Team
