Update: Corporate reached out to me to try and resolve the situation. I think that says a lot about the company. I am sure if I pressed it I could have gotten a free oil change out of the deal but for me acknowledgement was enough. An effort was made and we live in a world where effort is sometimes lacking. In 2000 miles when I need my next oil change Ill give these guys another shot knowing that if I have an issue someone is listening.This place might be excellent at oil changes, but since nobody ever asked me if I wanted one we may never know. I came in without an appointment, waited about 10 minutes with no human (or robot) contact, and left. I just want to be acknowledged man!
Horrible customer service. This is the second time I had scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed ahead of time and will be the last time I ever go there. I call yesterday to schedule a 10am appointment for oil change and inspection (I have been bringing vehicles here for 8 years because they are lowest price synthetic in the area). I arrive today at 10am for my scheduled appointment and the mechanic meets me at my car. I explain to him I am arriving at my scheduled time for oil change an inspection. He tells me well there is a 1.5 hour wait on inspections and I cant start the oil change for another hour. I say are you serious the oil change bay is empty and I have made an appointment to avoid the wait. He gives me attitude and says well thats what it is. I explain I have work today and other things to do and he didnt seem to care.
It was a inexpensive oil change. Good service.
When you pull up for an oil change and they leave you sitting there for 20 min and then tell you your car can only have special oil, when it really doesnt and you know this for a fact. NEVER AGAIN
