Not the best experience I have had with a business. Nick the tech I dealt with throughout this 3+ month processes was lacking appropriate customer service to say the least. Had a very smug at times rude demeanor at times and everything about this long drug out process seemed very unorganized and all over the place. It took many many many phone calls emails and more to get this company to finally do anything. When they finally determined the time to bring my vehicle in they originally said three weeks it would be done then it went down to two weeks then went down to a couple days and they didnt do nearly as much as they said they were going to do. Then upon pickup there was over spray on my tires and my complete front license plate Mount and license plate was missing. They eventually admitted they accidentally scrapped my plate with the original front bumper they replaced. So had to go to the DMV and get all new plates and registration. When I eventually showed my disappointment and frustration with them they stoped returning my emails in the middle of the entire process and stoped answering any and all the questions I asked.

I have been buying from Tony Rotellas for years. Theyre all great to work with. This year when I bought my Sno-Way plow I was initially upset, there was scratched paint and the setup overall wasnt what I was expecting. The plow was different but I ended up loving it. The guys here through in a snow deflector and a can of touch up paint.They did the plow install for us which was initially installed too low but it only took a second to raise it. They always make everything right and they truly seem to care about their customers. When youre buying from Tony Rotellas you feel like a VIP.

They replaced the door on my car. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I did notice some imperfections on my replaced door and they said to come back and they would take care of it for me.

I was in an accident, at the fault of the other driver. Geico referred me here and I was impressed from the 1st interaction. The driver had hit my passenger tail light, bumper and side. When I arrived, the staff were friendly and had everything ready to go, including the rental car. They walked out to my truck to go over the repairs with me and gave an estimate of 6 days. The repairs were done in 2 days! I picked up the truck today with all the repairs looking great. I would recommend this place to anyone! Overall, so impressed!

They text me frequently with updates on the progress of my car repair. They were so kind and helpful. I’ve used them twice for repairs after an accident. My car was done sooner than expected. They made the process of dealing with insurance and a rental car so much easier. Definitely recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience!! They are very professional, friendly, and organized. Getting into an accident is very stressful but they really make the process much easier. They had the car repaired in less than a week, which was a pleasant surprise. The car’s exterior came out perfect and they even seemed to have touched up the inside of the car, too. We got the car back cleaner than when we had taken it in! Just a wonderful, well established business. It’s hard to find such a well rounded and professional place these days, so good for them!! We will continue using Tony Rotella’s body shop and definitely HIGHLY recommend them!

I can not recommend Tony Rotella’s enough. They took care of my car like it was their own. Nick was wonderful to work with, everything was smooth and simple. They set me up with a comfortable loaner car for the time they had mine. When I came back to get my car, I was amazed! They did an absolutely wonderful job on fixing the damage and making the car look good as new! They even vacuumed the inside of my car and waxed it! I recommend you see these guys!

Good inventory, good service, they sell a well known name plow but I have to be honest the construction of those plows is not what they used to be. I would not buy a fisher going forward.

There are to many honest places to spend your money. Do yourself a favor and continue looking for a good place to do business and spend your money. This place is more like a chop shop. They don’t care about customer service, once they get your money they could careless about your satisfaction or your opinion. Absolute thief I wouldn’t go there again if it was the only place in 500 miles. Review your options look around there are better places to spend your hard earned money I can promise you that. Go to the better business bureau and just look at all the complaints these crooks have. Honestly can’t believe they are still in business

Took my 2018 BMW 330i to Rotella’s after being involved in a fender bender and they made the process as easy as possible. Their work is pristine and I would recommend them to absolutely anybody. This was the first time I ever needed the services of a body shop & I was so glad I went with Tony Rotella’s. I was able to pick up a rental car on the spot. The girl who helped me from Enterprise was very friendly & helpful. I took my car in on Monday morning & got a call late Wednesday afternoon that it was done. It looks like I got it right off the showroom floor again. I wish I remembered the name of the man who helped check me in & out. He was fabulous, answered questions & was very kind to someone who had never been through this before. I had superb service from the moment I walked in to when I drove away.

It’s really easy for rookies like me to get swindled at businesses like this, but i never have to stress about that here. Had a new Western Plow and a leveling kit installed on my 15 Sierra. The appointment I had happened to be on the day following our first ice and snow event ( friday 11/8/19 ) which makes things insane for these places yet they were still able to get the truck done in a reasonable time and maintain communication during the installation. This is only my second interaction with this company, so far I have nothing but great things to say.

I brought my jeep in for an estimate on body work. Not only was the estimate way more reasonable but the people working there were extremely nice and professional as well! The work was done in 2 days and they did an amazing job. The other thing that really stood out to me was that they also provided me with a free loaner while the work was being done on my car! Terrible service. Quoted 5 days to replace front bumper skin and a hood with a repaint of the front end. its now 8 Business days and still no car. They painted a hood and had the car ready fully ready to go and then noticed the hood had imperfections and had to order another hood and completely repaint it. Just Pathetic.

We do not missed our Appointment. Rotellas Tech and Geico Inspection person refused to inspect our car, they didnt believe our explanation about the accident while the car was parked at destinys mall. Even showing report from the police and cctv footage. It is a shame how these people treat USA citizens with Latino accent. I hope rotella goes out of business I guess karma will get them soon For discrimination to their customers. I will never recommend this body shop or Geico insurance to anyone. I guess I will have to repair my car by myself. Will be expensive but I will do it. Canceling Geico policy as well.
