In the many cities Ive lived in, Ive never met mechanics with more integrity. Their work is top notch and fairly priced and Ed will guide you away from unnecessary work. They have fixed all of our cars in emergencies, inspected any new car weve considered buying, and I wont trust anyone else to do routine maintenance. I tell everyone I know about this place. As a woman, Ive never felt patronized and Ed and his team have always dealt with me on equal terms; that alone says a lot about this place! They are a true gem in the city of Syracuse.

I have been going to Autotech for years. They do excellent work and are honest.I have recommended them to friends over the years and they rave about them too. To top it off they are nice people.

I took my car to multiple shops in Cuse and got upcharged and run around. Autotech is the first shop thats been good to me, given me fair prices, and are friendly. Theyve repaired my VW GTI multiple times and they always explain the problem and get me in and out quick. Make sure to schedule ahead because everyone goes here.

Only mechanic I will go to. Very honest and trustworthy garage. Eddie has saved our family so much time, money and stress. 1 great example: our daughter just bought a vehicle. Dealer tells her a few months later she needs thousands of dollars of work. Her father brings it in to Eddie. Turns out all she needed was filters. Vehicle is still running great. We seized our engine on the highway just before closing time last night and they were honest and accommodating. It’s not work they do- rebuild or replace engines but they were kind, helpful, and clear.

A friend of our family told me that my family and i should give Autotech a try...Several Years later, Autotech is our go to. (I dont even take my car to the dealership because of the b.s). Ed and his team are extremely reliable and very friendly and they always go the extra mile.

Called to get a quote and before I could even ask the question the man in the phone stated he was to busy to even look at it this week. All I wanted was a quote and he wouldn’t even do that- said there were to many variables....however every other local mechanic has been able to take the trucks info and give me a quote. Taking my business elsewhere.
