Great customer service ! Car was fixed quickly with no issues.! Please dont be discouraged from these other reviews ! Moe takes on a lot and definitely does it at a way better price then the surrounding car shops.

Had no clue what they were doing, tried to charge me for something that my dealership said my car didnt even have. Never go there!

Really bad service tue man gave me a phone number that they never answered and they don’t have WORD the man told me that my can will be ready for a day an this day my car wasn’t even in the shop

He told me to bring my car he can look at it Friday my car been sitting on his lot for 5 days still haven’t touched it

This supposed to be some where you take your vehicle to be repaired but once they get your vehicle they take forever to fix it and parts end up missing from your vehicle this place is not the place to take your vehicle New York Auto on east colven street.

Mr Mohammad IbrahimI am not sure what was your experience with New York AutoI believe they would not scam no one. Yet, Mistake can happens. I am sure they would fix the issue if you communicate with them.I have personally a problem with my vehicle and they have done a great Job. The owner believes in customer service satisfaction.
