Let me start by saying, I usually use a different local shop in the area, so maybe I have become spoiled by good communication and repairs done on time and on budget.The first time I took my car in to Greeleys I dropped it off the night before and didnt hear anything till I called at 1:00. The vibration in the front end and their fixing it led to other things in the front end breaking and it was all of a sudden $2500. I was told all had to be replaced. Well after further conventions, they didnt all have to be replaced. Final bill, just over $2000. I guess things happen, and I understand that all repairs dont go as expected. Fine. Problem is that after all that work, I get it on the highway and now the steering wheel shakes at 65-70mph. I take it back in, dropping it off the night before and I hear nothing by 11:30. So I call. Im told they havent gotten to it and they will let me know when they look at it. When its 2:00 I call again and they tell me they dont know what is wrong and at that point I tell them I will just pick up the car and get it fixed somewhere else.Poor communication, and no responsibility for lack of communication or the new problem arising from the last repair.

These guys are continually exceeding expectations. Recently helped me get back on the road in under 2 hours after a flat tire on the interstate. One of the local car dealerships couldnt be bothered to assist me for at least 2 days... Derek and his team care about customer service - simply the best!

Went in for a coolant problem. They diagnosed it quickly. They got the part the same day and fixed it under 3hrs. $100 more than the estimate but I can say it was well worth every penny. I will be a returning customer! Very pleased with all the staff. You can tell how a business runs by the business it has and reviews steered me to them. 5 outa 5

Can not recommend this place enough! We’re actually not from the Syracuse area. On a road trip with 3 children, our van that had recently been repaired- dies! We absolutely lucked out to be near this place. They went out of their way to take it in ASAP and have us back on the road safely! Very thankful for all they did.

Full service garage offering good service. Prices on par with other quality garages. Would not leave my vehicle here over night in the lot though.

They will charge you to the MAX. Slow service and poor customer communication. A lot of these other reviews must be fake.

Dropped off my car for my 10am appointment, and they did nothing until close to closing time, just to tell me my car was uninspectable, and tried to charge me for inspection.

The owner not only has a big heart and cares about his clients, he is willing to take on any issue and explore every option until he comes up with a fix. I took a problematic car to him that no one else was able to fix and within a few days he called and told me my car was fixed and 100% ready for the road! Excellent Service. Nice little business that takes care of its customers. feel confident I can be treated like a values customer and not taken advantage of like some of the large chain services do.

Do not recommend. They failed 6 month old tires for inspection claiming dry rot. The tires were practically brand new! Over $500 in tires to pass inspection and the tires they sold me are terrible. Clearly taking advantage of NYS inspection rules. Avoid this shop if you can.

I recently had trouble with my car on the interstate and found Greeleys service center through a Google search. They were able to look at my car right away and I was back on the road within a couple hours. Really great service and reasonable prices.

I heard about Greeleys through work and then decided to use them for a few different things. One appointment was for swapping out my winter tires and an alignment, and it was quick, affordable, and they even explained everything they did so I understood. The second appointment was a SAME DAY (unheard of, really) turnaround. I contacted a few places to see if they could install a hitch for me and nobody would do it because I didnt buy the parts from them. Well, Im an idiot for not thinking of Greeleys first because not only did they do it for me, but they did it in under an hour. Truly great service and spectacular employees. #1 shop in my book.

Tonight I had to drive to Syracuse to pick up some items for my sister in laws funeral. I live an hour and a half away from there. To my dismay, I got a flat tire. I noticed 2 men standing outside of Greeleys Auto, and stopped hoping they could help. They were closed for the evening, but Derek was kind enough to open the shop & fix my tire for me so that my friend and I could get home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Derek. You were a Godsend. Local people, this is a place that you want to do business!

Its hard to find a repair shop that is totally honest and forthright, Greeleys is that. Ive never had a bad experience, and even when I hate the price, I know the work is done right and true. No wonder theyve been doing this so long.

Labor rate a little high but honest and do quality work.
