Unfriendly I was told to wait 15 minutes for Paul get in only for him to tell me 30 minutes later that he couldnt do the job until the next day. A simple tire job.
Tried to purchase a vehicle went to test drive it the first time and it was full of junk making it undriveable. Went back out to test drive on the day to pick it up he allowed a friend to borrow it. Wasted over 4 hours, he was rude and very unprofessional.

Replaced my perfectly good radiator and when I drove away from the shop I was still experiencing the same problem for which I brought it...drove straight to another mechanic and was told my engine fan had been unplugged. Thats why I was overheating
My entire family (3 generations) lets no one but Roger and his crew at Hensons touch our vehicles. They are fair and reasonable, work quickly and are very honest and knowledgeable. Id give 10 stars if I could.
John who towed my car was very unprofessional and rude. He did not introduce himself for explain what the process was. He literally pulled up while I was still sitting in my car and started attaching the chains to tow. After the car was towed to the garage the people I talked to on the phone and in person were professional. In general as a female I feel like I do not get treated well at car repair places and am afraid I do get overcharged. This place was not exceprional, just did their job I assume. Also the garage is located at the end of the road.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and are extortionists. They will be hearing from my lawyer. Roger this ones for you buddy, you dont take advantage of women!
Most of 5he time parts are on cars that are needed for my car. Or truck.
