Honest and Knowledgeable mechanic went through my inspection for my car, and although it wasnt the outcome that I preferred, I certainly respect his honest opinion, and that means a lot,its hard to find that these days, & for that I Thank You, I would recommend this place to another.

I went to this auto shop for an insurance photo inspection. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and friendly. This shop is immaculate inside! They also sell late model used Chevys. I would highly recommend doing business at this auto shop.

My wife was driving home to Rochester from Brooklyn, alone, when something flew out of the bed of a rickety old pickup and shattered her windshield that left it undriveable....not only did Carmen fix the car to be picked up the next day, but he stayed past closing time to wait on the tow truck to bring my wife and her car. He helped her unload a car full of boxes (moving mother-in-law up to Rochester), waited at the shop with her until I drove the hour and a half to pick her up, and then helped us load the boxes up into my truck!!!! Above and beyond with his kindness and service!!!! Thank you Carmen!!!!
