This store is great. I actually got stuck in the parking lot for a couple hours when my car overheated. They had tons of food, produce, drinks and snacks to choose from, they have a bathroom and they even have a decent selection of pet stuff including small dog clothes. I got my chihuahua/terrier an awesome sweatshirt with sleeves and, some stuff to munch on and water for my car. They also have a restroom that was clean. Store is clean and doesnt have any kind of odor.

I have your app on my phone, it said I had a reward of 5.00 on 25.00. The line was long, thats OK I saw where people ahead of me were having trouble getting there rewards up on the phone so I turned mine on. The problem is mine never came up . I have T-Mobile and never had any problems with service. Finally someone in line got service and let us scan his. Outside the my service was fine.Your rewards are nice but if I wouldnt have gotten it after spending 61.00 I would have been pretty upset.You asked you got it.

Well they have nice stuff but there is a situation where they opened up the line first of all there was so many people with one cashier then they open up the lines and there was still a lot of people now you have two cashiers so I went into this line and there was four people in front of me when I went through and then the girl got to me and there was one gentleman behind me he had two items and then she gave me my stuff and she looked up she said oh so were closed I mean come on she could have did him he had two things so we had to go back in line and wait for all those people in front of him that was really rude and ridiculous

Convenient place for veggies and snacks.Fresh nopales, heirloom tomatoes, a rack of imported spices and dried herbs are some of the surprises you find here. Great place to shop for party supplies. Dont care for the laundry aisle because it makes me sneeze, but that happens,at other stores also.The store is neat and clean, staff will help find things if you ask. Altogether, glad this store is close by.

The lines most of the time are long cause they barely open the other registers and when they call for another register to open no one ever comes then they barely keep the same items in stock cause they get sent whatever the company sends. Over all its an ok 99 cent store. They could do better but it is what it is.

They have about what you expect of the dollar store. Decent fruit and vegetables.

Stopped to buy olives. The sign on the shelf clearly said 99 cents. At the checkout, they came up at $1.49. Cashier said they were being restocked and they didnt have time to change the price. I replied that the sign still said 99 cents. The cashier repeated herself. Long story short, she finally sold them to us at $0.9999 each. Still not 99 cents, but better than $1.49. The same thing happened about a month ago, with the same exact olives.Im not impressed.

They have a good selection but its not 99¢ only. I got 4 items and it was over $14 so no more 99¢ only. The lines where very long so the wait time is awful and lots of people were complaining. Please change the name of this business because it is very deceiving! I waisted my ride, money, time and gas.

I like this store because it has a lot of cheaper items that can save money. I do not like this stores location, the staff seems depressed. The outside of the building is depressed looking and the store is messy. I try to get in and out for the items I came for, it is worth the trip. Just dont expect a pleasant environment.

This is the biggest 99cent store I have ever been to. There is this one lady who is always helpful when I go, Dora. She doesnt tell me where things are she leads me to the isle. (Of course it is a Dollar Store, it wont always have what I am looking for). She is the best one there.

My 1st stop when I get paid and several trips throughout the month.. I buy all my salad fixings here, some fresh veggies and fruits, some cheeses, canned goods.. Libbys canned vegetables are always 2 for 99c.. Great greeting cards, party supplies, seasonal decor, garden stuff, lots of toiletries and much more! I buy so many things here that I used to buy @ Wal-Mart!!

It’s a nice place to go if you’re looking for something like a drink or a snack but I wouldn’t trust the produce too much as I’ve run across too many things that were expired and had obviously been there for a while. I bought two frozen cheeseburgers from them and not only did they charge me tax on them but one of them was 6 months past the expiration date and the other one didn’t expire for a whole year after this one which means it’s probably been there for over a year 🤢🤮 I also bought two lunchables that both expired that same day I bought them so be careful and check the dates. And it’s not going to be a quick trip 9 times out of 10 because they’re usually pretty busy not really their fault just don’t plan on running in and running right out.

I was pleasantly surprised with the selections. And they also have fresh produce, n deli department.Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back.

I go to 99 cents only stores because they carry more varietyfor a dollar store.The management needs to train employees on customer service. The cashier cut off the during service. They dont greet or say, Thank you for shopping at the 99 cents store and have a great day! Customer service goes a long way. It keeps customers coming back.

.99 Maybe. The name of the store is .99 only and then they have products that are over .99. Not sure when this happened. The store was clean and well stocked. Cashier was friendly just disappointed with the price thing.

Only giving 1 star because you have to.I purchased $75 worth of party decorations. When I got home I realized I had gotten too much for the amount of kids attending the party and that most of my items were way over $1. I went to pick up my daughter from school and took the items I wanted to return, unopened and with my receipt. I didnt anticipate any problem. I was sorely mistaken. They have a sign that says Exchange or Store Credit within 9 days of purchase. No where does it say NO REFUNDS. I do not shop at this store - ever- because you have to pay close attention to what is and isnt $1. So, even though nothing was open or damaged and i had my receipt and it was the same day, the assistant manager REFUSED to give me a refund for $33.16. Nevermind the fact that I still spent $40+ dollars there. These GREEDY, greedy people could not be reasoned with. I explained that I do not shop at the store and also that they do not have a no refunds policy posted anywhere. She still refused. Not to mention, she was the assistant manager, the ACTUAL manager was not in the store, and she had to have a cashier walk her through the return process. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. I will not ever be going back there.Update: The corporate office just called me back because I filed a complaint. She sat there and argued with me just like the assistant manager at the store. They dont care that they dont have a NO REFUND policy posted and they have the most HORRIFIC customer service I have ever witnessed. Absolutely disgusted.

This is one busy store. Vegetables and bread products can be purchased here for a very cheap price. It seems each time we visit there is different merchandise.

A large variety of whatever inexpensive items you may need. Not everything is 99 cents though, theyve branched out and have more expensive items. You can get produce, canned goods, personal care items, toys, even books. They often have name brand products for only 99 cents. I stop in whenever Im in the area and always find plenty to spend my money on.

Stay away from this store! Horrible customer service, I normally don’t shop here however for a last minute gift bag I decided to come here and grab one. During my visit the cashier wasn’t too friendly and unprofessional screaming across registers asking someone to come and take her keys, this is before she even decided to say hi to me. Shortly after I purchased my items and walked out. I got home to wrap my wine bottle in a cylinder I had purchased made especially for wine and it is labeled as wine bottle holder, I realized it wouldn’t fit, so I returned to the store and was told they can’t exchange it as it is a seasonal item. It’s two hours old and not been used. So I asked for a manager only to tell me that’s how we get it and we do t make our own product, I told her I u derstand but I would like to exchange it for something I can use it’s obvious it won’t fit even a standard wine bottle her answer was, well perhaps the company that made it realized it wouldn’t fit so we get it cheaper and resell it.So thier products are not intended for what they say and it is defect items... stay away don’t give them even one cent let alone 99 cents of your money... horrible store and worse customer service. Maybe these employees get 99 cent an hour and that is why they don’t think twice about their customer service skills!!!

The employees could seriously use some customer service training. They are all incredibly rude and just about every time they are finished ringing me up, I have to reach to their side on the counter to grab my bags. Why is it so hard to be polite? Also, a lady who acted like a manager (in the sense that she was telling others what to do), complained to me (a customer) about her employees being so lazy. I dont care how much you dont want to be there, you get paid to interact with customers. Learn to do it right or find another job. I live close to this store but I would much rather travel to a farther store just for better customer service skills.

Name brands for cheap? Store is usually clean. Employees are nice. Sometimes it takes a while waiting in checkout line, but Im not in a hurry.

Although the store has a pretty good selection of items, I have to agree with many of the complaints. Employees have little knowledge of what items they have for sale or where they are located. They lack customer service skills. Frequently not enough cashiers to handle long lines of customers. I called the week of Christmas to see if they would be open Sunday, Christmas day, as I always pick up the Sunday paper each week. I was told that they would be closed that day, but would have the Sunday paper available Monday, December 26th. When I showed up on Monday, there were no newspapers. When I called the store later to complain, I spoke to Michelle. She said it was up to the Az Republic, not the store. I told her that staff should not be telling people that there would be newspapers available, causing customers to waste gas and time to go to the store. She hung up on me! No employee should EVER hang up on a customer unless they are abusive or cursing (which I was not doing.) You need to take some serious actions to deal with poor employee behavior. If you want repeat business, treat the customers better!

I visited yesterday to get a last minute halloween costume accessory and I noticed a broken mirror and glass all over the floor and a child about to grab a slice of the glass. I immediately went to find an employee and I found a woman coming from the back with a mop bucket I said Hi, sorry, I just wanna make sure you know theres some broken glass. The lady then with very much attitude said Yeah, I know. Im going there right now. And then I watched as she went to a whole new area where I guess there was more broken glass, so I walked up to her and again tried to tell her about the broken mirror 3 aisles down. Again with a lot of attitude she says Yeah, I know. Im cleaning it right now! I was shocked the way she snapped at me so I chose to find someone else and luckily I did and she was very nice and took care of the glass. I realized before I left the store that the very rude older woman was actually the manager. It really doesnt make me want to return.

Dont bother asking for help. Unless you speak spanish. Watch your receipt at the checkout. The place is called 99 cent ONLY stores but thats a lie. Just watch what you buy, some items go from $1 - $10. But honestly I was debating on 3-4 stars. Wife shops here all the time.
