Party Planet is better than any of the other party stores out there, and the fact that it’s a local Surprise owned business makes it that much sweeter to give them business! They have everything you need for basically any theme party you may have, and they do an awesome job at showcasing merchandise that applies to the current season i.e.: graduation, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, etc…. They also can do a ton of custom decoration stuff and help you bring your vision to life, so they can really help you step your party game up!

I will never go to a party city again. The employees here are so nice! The prices are cheaper I feel as well. I’ve gone here twice now and both times the balloons came out perfect! Definitely recommend.

Had everything I needed to celebrate my daughters birthday! Seriously this place has all color ranges available with all the pieces to match. The prices are economical as well. I was also greeted with superior service.

Its a party store, a one stop shop for birthday, graduation and holiday celebrations. I rented one of their helium tanks for my sons first birthday, it filled about 40 balloons. Returned it same day, whole thing was simple and straight forward. Staff is friendly too.

Two years ago today I rented a ton of tables and chairs for a graduation party. Paid a lot of money for those tables and chairs. All for the chairs to literally collapse under my guests!!!Two years later I’ve paid them $42.23 for a balloon order ... they can’t find!!! Literally the day of our daughters graduation party!!!! I have had enough! I will never use this establishment again and I will do my best to make sure that everybody in surprise knows what a joke this business really is.

I was very pleased with my total experience. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was in a familiar safe place. The girls who took my order were very pleasant and I never felt rushed to order. My food was hot and delicious. They are practicing social distancing and all are masked up. This is on my favorite places to eat list now.

Its my daughters birthday today we came for balloons... staff are so nice ... Balloon selection was wide ... my daughter ordered her balloons on Amazon they had the same ones with confetti in them but way more colors ... I will be using them again for my sons birthday and not even bothering with Amazon

I would 110% recommend Party Planet! I ordered a huge number of balloons in short notice and they were able to choose the correct colors and completely the order flawlessly. Everything they put together turned out perfect for our event and the balloons lasted all day!The customer service was also incredible. They stayed in constant communication and were super accommodating. Party Planet was even able to deliver my balloons earlier than their typical delivery times. If you need balloons, Party Planet is definitely a great option.

There always so nice in there. It is a smaller scale Party Planet but so convenient to get to. And they have a very variety. Great for balloons, you can rent pop corn poppers or cotton candy machines. We are very happy to have them in town.

I have come into this store on a few different occasions and each time I was treated very nicely. But today was amazing customer service on behalf of Amber and Miranda. I initially called in for my moms birthday tomorrow to get some balloons ordered and Amber answer the phone she was polite and very respectful she was also very knowledgeable and was able to give me my prices to a T. I was able to order 20 balloons and a bouquet of balloons and big numbers. I asked her for something specific when it came to colors and she delivered when I came she had half of them done and the other half waiting for me to continue to choose the colors I wanted while inside the store Miranda was very sweet and held a conversation with building an amazing atmosphere with my family and myself. I will most definitely come back and recommend this store to others if you keep hiring people who are Harding working and respectful as they are. Thank you both so much I know my mom will love her surprise tomorrow.

My go-to spot for any balloon or party needs. Best quality, selection, service, and prices around. I purchased a balloon bouquet that sits on table for under $15 almost two months ago and it’s still in perfect condition fully inflated. In fact, it’s floating in pool, still perfectly intact almost two months later. I’ll never pay for grocery store balloons after finding party planet. Highly recommend!

I hate to do this because I have always liked this place and wanted to support them. We visited this place 4 times over the past month for various reasons. Only 2 times the service was just ok. The others were not good. Idk what has changed with this place, but it used to be great. One thing that really upset me was that we ordered balloons and paid for them for our sons party and we forgot to pick them up. Nobody bothered to call us or anything. I know that we are adults and should remember on our own, however we were super busy and completely spaced it. I just thought this was a family place and they would at the very least call us to remind us if its been a few hours. Nothing though. Kind of a bummer.

I highly recommend going to Party Planet in Surprise for your party supplies. I had the best customer service experience with Patricia and Andrew. They were both so helpful and kind. One of my balloons popped by the time I got home and Andrew didnt hesitate to replace it and was even kind enough to give me an extra one to ensure I made it home with enough balloons! Great customer service is hard to find in a lot of companies today and its always such a pleasure having someone care about service. I will definitely use Party Planet for supply needs again.

I love this store. It has all the selection you need. The prices are fair. However, it is soooo hot in there. I went on 2 separate occasions, both in summer, and it was too hot to stay long.

My sons 4th Birthday party was a KISS (the band) theme. I ordered his Cake with them because Ive heard they are very personal. I was overwhelmingly thrilled! They took time with me to make every detail to my specifications. They even added little details that I didnt even think of. Like the lettering. They did it in KISS style font. I will never NOT order cakes from them! They are also not close to me, its worth the extra effort.

What a great Party Supply Store!! MUCH much better and cheaper than Party City!! I love that prices are wholesale here and you can pretty much get anything for ANY occasion. From weddings to bachelorette parties to milestone birthdays, showers, and to New Years decor....if you have any sort of party theme in mind, this place has got it!!! The aisles are very well organized, although you do have to peruse the whole store to find exactly what youre looking for.There are balloons GALORE here and you can even rent a helium tank!!! And addition to all The amazing things they do Their is MORE! They do table/chair rentals, Cake deliveries, popcorn,cotton candy Machines rentals and Etc... This store is absolutely wonderful! I went in yesterday 6-25-16 to get some stuff for my up coming birthday next week and the boy who helped me was so helpful. I believe his name was Andrew. He took 30-40 minutes of his time making sure I got everything I was looking for and if we couldnt find something I needed, He tried to figure out where I could get it. Only reason Im rating 4 stars and not 5 is the Heat! It was so hot in that store it was almost unbearable! I felt so bad for the two boys working there, they looked absolutely exhausted and sweat rolling down their faces. I dont know what those boys get paid but its definitely not enough to be risking their health. Overall 4/5 will come back, Maybe just wait till winter time.

I do not live too far from this store so when I originally started my car and headed over it was still pretty hot outside being a hundred and five degrees. Well the fact that my car still had it cool down by the time I got there my car was way more cooler than that store. There is no air circulation and during this time of year that is a serious issue. Aside from that I really liked a few items that were on the clearance rack but I noticed that the original sticker price and the clearance sticker price in orange or the same and I went to ask an employee if it was 50% off the tagged price or not. They reply that knew it was not 50% off. That makes no sense why have the original price and a clearance tag price the same? I dont know but it was honestly a waste of my time to go in there and sweat like I was walking through the desert looking at Double tagged prices. Get it together!

We had service on the Fourth of July. We needed some balloons to twist and we called an entrance so we could have them pulled off the shelf and reserve. They were pulled the balloons off questions asked reserve the balloons for us and we purchased we needed for our gig. We highly recommend this place to anybody needs any Party favors.
